Instead of killing another villain, he investigates the strange lift buttons on Jaku hospital. He also concludes that the bullet he produces is working and making it in a smaller shell. He is also doing extreme exercising every day. Thanks to his intense exercise, he has more stamina, strength, agility, and sharp senses. While investigating the lift button, he decides to brighten up the photo, and he sees a number and a strange icon in it. He sees a horse, sword, shield, armor, heart, and warrior icon on every hidden lift button. there is also a hidden note in it, and it says

From there, Izuku ended the investigation and realize there is something wrong in that hospital. Izuku decided to relax a bit by watching T.V. channels. He found that U.A High School will be holding a sports festival. He thinks it is an excellent time to go there for an observation about any candidate of fake heroes. After that, he decides to take sleep to end the day.

The next morning after he's done with his jogging, he stumbled across a woman student who has brown hair with a perpetual blush on her cheeks.

"Are you alright, miss ?"

While he tries to figure out the icon, he suddenly sees a villain trying to kill a female hero. At first, Izuku does not want to help her, but he wants to try the wrist gun he created. He makes an upgrade on his wrist gun to be more silent, have more fast fire rates, and be more accurate. Without aiming at the villain, Izuku managed to shot the villain on his neck. After that, Izuku observe the bullet he created. He sees that the villain is dying and confused about where the attack is coming from. The female heroes are confusing too. She immediately calls the police and the other heroes to the location. Izuku concludes that the wrist gun he created is a successful gets a notification on his phone, and Izuku receives his salary from his job as a Jaku hospital doctor. At the same time, he was happy he gets his salary and feels something is not right in that hospital. Therefore, he needs to discover the dark side of Jaku hospital.
