Disclaimer: this is just embarrassing now...NOOOOO i don't own victorious!

Heh i'm working on the sixth chapter already….even though i posted the fifth chapter just last night..welp.

I thought about telling someone..anyone. I quickly disregarded that realizing I couldn't really tell anyone anyway. They wouldn't listen. I even thought about telling Tori. She was my friend right? I played out the scenario plenty times in my head of how I thought it would look like and I simply couldn't see it changing.

Here's how it would go,

I would tell Tori that I needed help with something and then she would agree and start rambling about her own problems. OR, she lets me speak and i do tell her i have a crush on jade, but then she would laugh and tell me i'm silly and confused. She won't take me seriously. I would know. I sighed and closed my locker. The weekend had been so fun. I wish I could go back in time and go relive it. We watched movies and laughed practically all weekend. She left around 7 at night Sunday saying she needed to go home and finish her script asap, forgetting about it for those 2 past days. I haven't seen her since so I'm extra excited to go to Sikowitz and see Jade!

I skipped happily to his class, almost bumping into Helen. "Watch your step bunny rabbit!" she called back laughing. I giggled. Bunny rabbit. Bunnies were so cute! And Jade loved them too!

"Kay, Kay!"

I walked in the room with a smile. Aw i wish i had a joke to bring in today. Before I even got to my seat a ball was hurled at me. A scream quickly escaped me as I fell to the ground dodging the ball. Mean blue ball!

"Good morning, Cat!" Our teacher called. I hopped back on my feet and seated myself down. Well it was a good morning. I shot a hard glare at the ball still rolling around. I wasn't going to let little things change my mood. "Good morning!"

I looked back to Jade for a quick second finding her completely asleep in her chair, arms crossed with her head down making her hair shield her face. Oh no, did she not finish her script? She probably finished it and didn't get any sleep.

The class went by quickly. Only five more minutes left. There were rumors that they would give us all 2 free cookies today at lunch! My mouth watered just thinking about it. The bell rang, everyone jumped out of their seats, grabbing their backpacks. Jade stirred awake and rubbed her eyes. I laughed at her, "wake up sleepy head" I waved my hand in front of her. She groaned and pushed my hand away, grabbing her bag off the floor. We headed out the door together. "Hey can we go to the black box for a little? It's so loud in here and I just need 5 minutes to lay down" Her eyes pleaded.

"But they're serving cookies today.." I whined. "AND, they're free!" I shoved two fingers in her face, "two cookies!" I followed.

"I promise we'll have time for lunch. Just five minutes I swear" I believe her. She looks super tired anyway, dark circles underlining her eyes, and a little messy hair that she not surprisingly pulls off. I nodded and took her hand, leading the way to the black box.

We sat down against the wall, a clear view of the double doors. She yawned and rubbed her eyes, taking off her bag. "Sorry but i'm just gonna.." She trailed off, leaning in to lay her head in my lap. Her eyes were already closing. I felt my cheeks heat up. STOP IT!

Her breathing quickly became steady. I ran my fingers through her hair soothingly. I wonder if she minded me doing this? I sighed and slumped back a little, getting comfortable.

I knew she said only five minutes but I figured this would shortly turn into a lot more minutes if I let her. And I would. I did want those cookies but I didn't dare try to move or even sneak around her. Not because I thought she would be upset if she woke up but because, I didn't want her to leave. Didn't want to lose this precious contact. I even hoped for my sake that the bell would ring a little late today so she can stay like this. This meant much more to me than 2 cookies.

I looked up when I heard the doors barge open. Tori. She looked at us confused but made her way to the stage. I raised my finger to my lips, shushing anything she had to say. She nodded understandingly. "She must be really tired to sleep on you like this" She noticed looking at Jade. She bent down getting a closer look at Jade. The way she was staring at her made me feel...weird. I almost wanted to cover her face with my hand to stop her from looking. Seeing such a pretty face so relaxed. Her eyebrows finally relaxed and not pushed down into her usual brooding state. I looked at Tori again and frowned. She was still looking at her! She looked like she was taking personal candid photos with her eyes!

"Yknow she almost looks nice here" She said and got up, not noticing my frown.

"She'll be really mad if she finds out you found her sleeping like this" I stated with an innocent shrug. Her eyes widened with a nod. She made her way out before stopping, "So did you want me to bring you two cookies? You guys can share them?"

And just like that my smile was on again, I nodded vigorously. She laughed and left, the doors closing behind her. I grabbed my phone and checked the time. Five more minutes. Our 30 minutes went by more quickly than it felt like. And I was not happy about it. I gently shook her shoulder. "Jadey you have to wake up now.."

She yawned and pulled herself up. "Sorry but the bell is going to ring any minute now" I explained.

"Oh! I'm sorry Cat I said only five minutes. Why didn't you wake me up?"

I shrugged. "I didn't want to wake you. Besides I'm sure the lady saved me some. She loves me" I beamed. She nodded, getting up.

"C'mon then we can go really quick and still not be late to our next class" She smiled grabbing my hand. I felt the butterflies again start to fly again. She pulled me with her, running across the school to the lunch stand. We laughed, out of breath. The nap seemed to do her well. She seemed bright and awake now. "Ah there you are miss Cat, I was wondering where you were" The lunch lady smiled sweetly. She handed me and Jade a cookie she had left over.

"Yeah I was helping Jade with something" I lied easily, already munching on my cookie.

"Oh well Jade must be pretty special then." I stopped eating, my face getting hot. She turned to Jade, "She's always first in line for these special desserts we have" She explained further. My face was already so hot I couldn't stand being here another second.

"Well thank you!" I yelled and grabbed Jade's hand to lead her back into the school.

I really had to get my blushing under control.
