Hey everyone. Who's ready to see what happens next? I know I'm excited to get this story rolling and I have so many cool ideas. I hope I can share them all with you all. Now let's cover the basic and get into the this chapter.

Chapter 9 Before Ever After part 9 (Coronation part 2)
Rapunzel takes a breath and the. let it out. "Okay." She said and Cassandra nods and the guards open the door. Eugene turns to see Rapunzel at the door. "Wow." He said seeing his girlfriend. Rapunzel tried to walk with pride but began tripping over the heels she wore. As she walks, Rapunzel's wig waves.
The princess tried to keep it still. "How embarrassing for her." The Duchess of Quintinia comments to Eugene. "This is going to take forever." The Duchess complained. Then leaves the room.
Rapunzel comes to stand before her parents. "The wearer of this crown is a shining example of the promise that is Corona, an ambassador of goodwill to those visiting from afar and an inspiration to those fortunate enough to live within her borders." Rapunzel turns to face everyone.
Eugene gives a thumbs up to her. As the coronation went on. Cassandra and Valor began to walk in with a Pascal on Cassandra's shoulder. He looks back to see a strange looking guard step in.
"But above all, the chief responsibility of the crown is to keep the people of Corona safe.." the guard puts the axe through the door. Pascal squeaks pointing behind. Both girls glance behind them. "..from danger, near and far. There are many."
Another strange guard appears. Valor frowns, but only catches a brief glance of them. "This mandate is not to be taken lightly." "Go find Max." Cassandra tells Pascal. Pascal squeaks and runs off as they join the others.
"There will come a day when the walls that surround Corona." Cassandra motions to Eugene look over to the exit. "Are threatened by malfeasance." Looks worried swing the stranger.
"A day.." "ATTENTION, PLEASE!" A voice doomed halting the coronation. Everyone turns to see... "Lady Caine?" Eugene gasp in shock. As Lady Caine standing there with her band of thugs coming in. As they raced in everyone began screaming and running. Only people not freaking out was Rapunzel's friends and king and queen.
Quickly Lady Caine's thugs rounded up the guest. The king steps forward addressing Lady Caine. "Release my guest immediately!" He demands. "What's the matter, Fred." Lady Caine snarks back at him. "Am I ruining your little girl's perfect day?" She asked him.
"The duchess?" Rapunzel said in shock. "Oh, honey, I am no duchess.." Lady Caine said hand on the hip. "I don't understand." "Of course you don't, Rapunzel. But try to follow along. This is all your fault." She whispers.
"What!?"
"You see, after your untimely disappearance. Your father locked up every criminal in the kingdom, including a simple petty thief. My father..." Lady Caine explains. "I saw him thrown into a cage and hauled off like some animals, never to be seen again." *sigh* "So, I thought I'd come back and return the favor." She points her sword at them.
Then a horse and jail carriage pulls up. "Load them up boys!" Lady Caine orders her men. The guest began walking into the carriage. "Your turn, Your Majesty." She taunts.
The king didn't move but had Rapunzel and his wife step back. "Oh come now, you didn't think we'd leave our prized big in the pen, did you?" Lady Caine asked him. They grabbed him escorting him to the cage. "Dad?" Rapunzel shouts. "Rapunzel, stay back." He tells her.
"But.."
"..No. There's nothing you can do. As your father and your king, I command you to stay put." The door was then shut in his face.
Eugene takes a step forwards but a sword pointed at him. "Don't be a hero, pretty boy." One of thugs tell him. Valor clenched her fist looks about. Then catches both Eugene, and Cassandra looks over at Rapunzel.
Rapunzel sighs. And the breaths. "Sorry, dad.." Rapunzel kicks off her shoes and removes the wig. "Rapunzel!" He shouts as she let's down her 70 foot hair.
"That's my girl." Eugene whispers proudly. "Let them go!" Rapunzel demands. As she approaches them. Chuckling. "It's amazing what you can hide under those wigs, isn't princess." She grabs the side of the cage. "Come on, let's move out!" Lady Caine orders.
Rapunzel tosses her hair. Wrapping it around the handle. Then pulls hard. Yanking the door off. Causing them to stop. "Ugh, now you're just making me angry." Lady Caine said. "Good, because I'm just getting started."
Everyone began exiting the cage. "Get those people back here, now!" Lady Caine orders her men. Rapunzel runs over. "Rapunzel, your hair!" He said in shock. "I know, we'll talk about it later. Please get somewhere safe and take care of my mom." Rapunzel begged him.
Rapunzel races off. "That's my cue..." Eugene slams the helmet of the thugs together. He grabs the sword. "Well my last day on princess duty." Cassandra grabs a candle stick. And spun it around. "Might as well go down fighting."
As a group advances on a group of guests. Valor leaps shifting into a wolf. Placing herself between the thugs and guest. She pining her ears and growls baring her teeth.
Just Rapunzel tosses her hair snagging the axe. From one of them. "Leave them alone!" She orders. They scatters. Rapunzel grabs one of them. Valor turns back to a young human girl. Turning to their guest. "Get over there!" She orders them. They are in shock but than ran off.
The king and queen along with a few of the guest stared in shock. Neither of them knew this about the young girl. Yet the king was more scared for his daughter.
As one of the tugs approaches her. Valor quickly rounds on him. With a sharp sidekick she sent the guy flying back. Eugene and Cassandra stood back to back. "So, you sure you can handle yourself?" Eugene asked her. "Oh I'll manage."
Valor snags a sword and runs over to help. Eugene who was double teamed. He jumps avoiding them. "Hey need a hand?" Letting her sword clash with one of them then with another sharp kick to the gut sending them flying. Eugene knocks the other one out.
Jumping down. "Heads up!" Valor and Eugene duck as the man flew over them. "Nice job!" Valor shouts to Cassandra. Gasping. "Rapunzel! Look!" Valor shouts to the princess.
Rapunzel turns around to see two tugs advances on two of the guests. Tosses her hair up wrapping it around a pillar. Then jumps up wrapping her hair around them. Jumping down she pulls them up.
Lady Caine walks up to Cassandra who points her weapon at the thief. "Aw.. cute." They fought but, Lady Caine disarms Cassandra. They square off again.
A gasp from Rapunzel as one of them grabs her hair. Quickly she tosses her hair. As it wraps around a frying pan. Then a sharp yank as she pulls it free. It came flying back knocking him out.
Eugene and Valor where soon surrounded. Valor growls as they got back up into a corner. Both had their swords knocked away. "Uh, Wolfe. Maybe now would be a good time to you know.. change.. er.. whatever you do." Eugene said.
Just then a blonde blur flew pass them. And next thing they knew Eugene was holding a frying pan. "Thanks blondie." He said Valor smirks. Then let's herself change into the large black wolf once again. Lowering her head growls at the thugs who froze and stiffen with fear. She swipes at causing them to back up.
Eugene grinning. "Wolfe duck." Then tosses the frying in a circle knocking them out. Valor laughs shifting back to her human size, "all right!" She cheers as Eugene picks it back up. "Ha! Now that feels good!"
Quickly Cassandra got the upper hand. Using the candle mount she pins Lady Caine down. As both Rapunzel and Valor approaches her. "Stay down." Cassandra orders her.
"You have no idea who you are dealing with." Lady Caine threatens Rapunzel. "Believe me, we've dealt with much worse." Rapunzel tells her. "You're the one who has no idea who they're dealing with." Valor adds her icy colored eyes turning silver as she stares Lady Caine. Quickly Lady Caine pulls free and backflips to the door. She grabs the axe. "You think this is over? Ha! I promise you, I'll be back!"
*THUD*
Just then as she removes the axe the door falls on top of her. And Max stood there with Pascal and the guards.
"Oh, *tsking* Lady Caine. It's impolite to leave in the middle of a party."
"You think you'd know that."
"How rude."
Rapunzel walks over to Max and Pascal. Then cheers and applause rang out. As the guards escort Lady Caine away. Rapunzel and party smile. Valor gives a shy smile unsure if this would be a good thing. Yet the heroes welcome the praises.
-line break-
Soon everyone began to leave. "Nice to see ya. Thanks for coming. Nice suit, buddy. Happy Coronation Day folks."
The queen runs over to Rapunzel hugging her. Rapunzel looks over at her father. Who stood off and away. Valor helps put the broken door back on. As the carriage rolled off. Valor turns frowning as she looks over at Rapunzel and her family.

Valor laid on the bed wide awake. She had offered to take up part of the blame but, Rapunzel told her not to both and she'll handle it.
The whole weekend hadn't gone as anyone expected. She was hoping it would be boring and yet she got the opposite. She had fun and got to enjoy life.
"I wonder how Rapunzel's talk with her father has gone?"
-line break-
Rapunzel sat in her room. The talk with her father ended up poorly. He had banned her from leaving without his permission. Now she was in her room moping and upset with Pascal.
Knocking on the door made her look up. "Come in." Eugene enters the room. "I believe somebody ordered room service?" He enters with a cupcake.
"Eugene, how did you know?" Rapunzel asked him. "Ah, I had a feeling." He said. "Look, I want to clear some stuff up." He walks over and sits down handing the cupcake to Rapunzel.
"I haven't had the chance to apologize for putting you on the spot with that proposal."
"Well looking back, storming out of the room probably was the best reaction." Rapunzel admits. Sighing. "So I'm sorry." She apologizes.
"No, don't apologize. Look I'll admit, I don't quite understand why you said "no". But I promise to do everything I can until I do." Eugene tells her. "Thanks Eugene." Rapunzel said. "In the meantime. We'll stay right here and take things slowly. I miss this." He say touching her hair. "Hey, promise me one more thing." Rapunzel said.
"Anything."
"That you will be patient with me."
"Absolutely."
They kissed briefly. "Good night Rapunzel." Eugene said. "Good night Eugene." Eugene got up and left, closing the door.

Rapunzel opens the window leading outside.
Stuck inside once again
And I'm gazing out
True I'm in here with
Those I hold dear
Surrounded by their love
And for some that's

No doubt
Sitting she looks out the window. Then the wind began to blow her hair. Looking she watches the pages turn back to what was written on the back cover. And smiles.
Then jumps out onto the balcony.
But I got the wind in my hair
And a fire within
'Cause there's something beginning
I got a mystery to solve
And excitement to spare
The rest of her began flowing in the wind now as she stood outside.
That beautiful breeze blowing through
I'm ready to follow it who knows where
And I'll get there I swear
With wind in my hair!
YAY! Thefirt episode of the serrises id done! I hope you all enjoyed the story. Tangled is a great serries and movie and I plan on completing thsis no matter how lng it takes me. I love all these characters and they all deserve their stories told. Now as for my Oc? How is she doing intros? Like i mean have I writen her well? I want to build a strong relationship wit h Vaor and Rapunel a sister ike bond with them. I think I would be very cool to see. Now then thnaks for reading and next chapters will be interesting.
