Ch 25 Yule Ball Pt 1
Hermione was dressed up in a pink dress and hair was combed nicely. She looks at the mirror to see if there's anything that is out of place. "Saber, what do you think?" she asked the Servant as he materialized.
"You look beautiful Lady Hermione," Sigurd said.
"You think? It's not too much?" She questioned.
"No," he said. "Just relax and enjoy yourself with your date."
Hermione sighs as she place on her shoes. "Alright if you say so Saber," she said to him. "Are you coming to the Yule Ball, maybe Lancer might be there," Hermione asked the knight.
"I will be present at the ball as security for the school along with Caster, Ruler, and Saber." He said.
Hermione look at Sigurd surprised that he gets to be a security for tonight's event. "Did Headmaster Dumbledore ask- No he doesn't know you're here, nor anyone else." She said.
"It was master's orders. If any chance Avenger of the Gallows appears, he has instructed us to take her out," he said.
"I see, I wish you luck then Saber." she looks at the time and panic a bit. "Merlin, look at the time, I'm going to be late for meeting Victor." She said grabbing her purse.
Sigurd looks at his ward confusedly. "Victor? As in Victor Krum?"
"Y-Yeah he asked me two weeks ago to be his date for the Yule Ball tonight." She said opening the door.
"Have a good time, Lady Hermione." He said to her as she left the dorm room.
Sigurd dematerializes to meet up with Gilgamesh, Holmes, and Siegfried to start their patrol tonight.
Chaldea British Outpost
Ritsuka got dressed in the suit that Medb just finished he looks at the mirror and was impressed by the Queen of Connacht sewing skills. He never expected this from her learn to sew sue to her being a queen but turns out she just picked it up once summoned to Chaldea in her free time.
A knock from his door caught the master's attention as he went to answer it. "Little brother, are you all set for tonight's ball?" Kingu asked him.
"Just a moment Kingu," Ritsuka got some oil for his hair to make it a bit tamed then put on white gloves on both of his hands. He fixes his cuffs and looks at himself in the mirror. "Now I'm set." He said to the Lancer.
Kingu looks at his little brother looking respectable as always when he dawns a suit. "I have to say if you're not taking Mashu as your date every female will be on you about now." He said.
Ritsuka smiles at his servant/brother. "Thank you Kingu, is everyone gathered in the lobby?" he asked.
"Yes mother is there too," Kingu responded. "She wants to see you in a suit and have a camera that Da Vinci gave her for this occasion."
"I see, well let's get going," Ritsuka said as both siblings went down to the lobby.
Once there everyone was dressed in Medb's clothes she made for each of them. Arturia in a white dress with aqua-colored bows around her bust and waist. She wore a tiara and white heels to complete the dress.
Arthur wore a striped light blue shirt with a blue tie with golden details to it. Over it was a white vest a white overcoat over it and white pants. He wore white shoes and blue socks to go with the look.
Scáthach wore a purple dress with the bottom a bit translucent that you can see her sockets that shared the same designs as her gloves. The pattern on her dress resembles snow that was sprinkled on. In her hair is a single light violet flower and a silver tiara.
Vlad III wore a white shirt over a black vest with gold trimmings and a black cost. A black choker was on his neck and had his combed over to the right side of his head. He wore black gloves and shoes and currently holding a cane that gave off a nobleman feel.
Mordred wore a white shirt with a black tie with a red jewel and her trademark logo over a brown vest. Her overcoat was black with a white flower and golden buttons that is like on the vest. She wore black pants and black shoes to complete the look.
Bedivere wore a navy-blue military coat with gold details to it. Over it was a white cape and on his hands are white gloves. He wore the same colored pants and brownish grey boots that went up to his knees.
Emiya wore a white shirt with a black tie. Over them was a reddish-black overcoat with a red scarf, he wore black shoes to complete the look.
Ritsuka was impressed by the clothing they wore as Medb was sitting on one of the couches in the lobby admiring her work. "You did great Medb, you can tell you worked hard on these." He said to the Rider.
"It's no big deal master, I just do this in my free time." She said.
Scáthach looked at the Rider. "Glad you put your skills at work Medb." She said to her as she shrugs it off.
"Master, Medb did a great job on yours," Bedivere said to him.
"I agree with Sir Bedivere, master looks handsome in that suit," Arturia said as everyone agrees.
Mordred crossed her arms with a big grin. "Everyone will look at their clothes and gag once master shows up." She claims.
"Sir Mordred please refrain from being uncouth during tonight's ball," Bedivere said to the rebellious Servant.
"Shut it, Goody two Shoes." She retorted back at him.
Ritsuka smiles at them as Tiamat is taking multiple pictures of him cooing at how he looks. He looks around noticing that two are missing from the group. "Hey, guys? Where are Mashu and Jeanne?" he asked them.
"Lady Jeanne is upstairs with Lady Mashu help her with the dress," Vlad said to him.
"Yes, they were in Mashu's room when I was going here to meet you all." Counter Force Guardian said.
"Ah," as soon he said it Mashu and Jeanne came walking down the stairs in Medb's dresses.
"Senpai, we're ready," Mashu said as Ritsuka turns to see them.
Jeanne wore a black dress with a black bow on the side and the side of her neck. She wore black gloves heels and blue and white flowers in her hair.
Ritsuka blushed at the sight of Mashu in a white dress that went above her knees. She wore a white ribbon on her neck and white gloves.
Mashu blushed at Ritsuka as he looks at her. "S-Senpai, you look handsome in that suit." She said looking away trying to hide her blushed cheeks.
"Y-You t-too, Mashu." He stammers.
Tiamat coos at the two as she took multiple pictures of them. "Laaa" she sang.
"They're so dense," Kingu said standing beside Beast II.
"Ahem," a voice interrupts them as the two came back to reality. The yelp as they turn to see the golden king crossing his arms standing at the main doors of the mansion. "Master, you're going to be late."
"King Gilgamesh!" they both said to the Archer.
"King of Heroes, don't speak to our master like that," Arturia said to the golden Archer.
"Tch, I can address master in whatever I want." He said stubbornly to this world's King of Knights.
Ritsuka smiles at his servant. "Arturia, you are aware that you are allowed to address whatever you want." He said to the Saber.
"Apologies master," she said inclining her head.
"In any case, Gilgamesh what is it do you want to tell me?" he asked the Golden King.
He gave a cheeky grin at him. "If you must know, I took the liberty of providing you rides to the mongrel's ball." He said to all present in the room.
"I have to say Gilgamesh this is highly like you," Jeanne said. "Letting us use your transportation to a ball that you dislike. What happen to you?" The saint asked.
He looked away from them hiding his blush face. "W-Well I decided to let master go in style, he deserves everything the world has. Besides master will be making a grand entrance if he took my carriages to that Ball." He said.
Bedivere looked at the Archer. "Carriages? When did you ever have the time to get carriages?" he asked.
Gilgamesh looked at the Silver Knight, "Remember when master and I went to Gringotts? I stuck around to get what riches that the wizard has one of those things are blueprints on carriages." He explains. "Turns out getting a carriage is like when you get the most expensive car in the world."
"I see, so, where are they?" Emiya asked.
"Enkidu is doing some last alteration to them; they'll be able to move without horses pulling them," he said to all of them.
"Impressive, I take it that it's a kind of Magecaft that only you two know?" The Romanian hero asked as the golden king nodded.
"Well, let's get going!" Mordred exclaims. "I want to party down at the ball!" she said to everyone as she walks to the exit.
"Sir Mordred please behave yourself tonight," Bedivere told her as she just ignores him.
Vlad looked at the Lancer. "Shall we, Ms. Scáthach." He asked the Queen of the Land of Shadows offering his hand.
Scáthach took his hand and interlocking with his arm. "Very well King of Romania."
"Saint of the Flag, shall we get going?" Arthur asked Jeanne.
"Why yes, Arthur." She said as both went out the doors.
"Arturia, shall we get going?" Emiya asked the King of Knights.
Arturia nodded at the Lancer. "We shall, Emiya."
"Mashu?" Ritsuka asked holding out his hand to his assistant.
Mashu nodded as she slowly held his hand. "Yes, Senpai." She smiles as a flash interrupts the moment.
They turn to see like a doting parent on their children on their prom night, Tiamat still taking pictures of the two. "Mother!" Ritsuka whines as the Beast coos at her youngest child.
Kingu flies up to her chucking at her snapping pictures of them. "Mother stop it, little brother will be late for the ball if you keep on snapping pictures of him and Mashu." He said.
"Laaa," Tiamat cooed sadly as she took one last picture of them.
Ritsuka and Mashu chuckle as they left the front doors. On the driveway, Enkidu was doing some Babylonian Magecraft on two golden carriages. "I didn't realize that you can do Magecraft, Enkidu?" Ritsuka said to the Lancer.
He finished with the second carriage before turning to speak with his master. "Well, I only know a few spells that were gifted to me by the Gods of Mesopotamia." He said. "It so happens that I know a self-movement spell on the object. I figure instead of taming horses I figure that it would be time-consuming, I went for the easiest option." He shrugs.
"Well good job, Enkidu," Ritsuka said to the Lancer.
"Thank you, master," he responded.
Mordred pops her head out of the carriage's window. "Yo, master, Mashu! Get in here!" she cried out.
"Coming Mordred-san," Mashu said as she turns around to face Ritsuka. "Coming, Senpai?" she asked the director.
"Just a moment Mashu," he said as Gilgamesh walks up to Enkidu and him. Ritsuka sighs as he looks at the two friends. (I can't believe I'm saying this) Gilgamesh, I'm leaving you in charge here. Keep this place safe." He orders him.
Gilgamesh huffs smiling at the only human he respect. "You can count on me, master." He said.
"Can I see that you won't turn this place into a Babylonian temple?" he asked.
Enkidu patted his friend's shoulder. "Don't worry about Gil master, I will keep him in check." He smiles making the king embarrassed.
Ritsuka nodded. "Thank you, Enkidu, Gilgamesh. We'll be back no later than midnight."
"Depending on the mongrels' actions towards you," Gilgamesh said.
Ritsuka helps Mashu into the carriage before he got inside. As he went inside the carriages started to move on their own to Hogwarts. Tiamat, Kingu, Enkidu, and Gilgamesh wave them off as they arrived at the gate. Kojirou opens the gates to let the two golden carriages through, he watches as the carriages that carried his master left thee eye range as the delve into the Forbidden Forest.
Hogwarts December 24, 2023, 6:30 PM
Lily greeted the students who were dressed up for this once in a lifetime occasion. "Welcome to the Yule Ball." She greeted more students. James walked up to his wife in a black tuxedo hugging her from behind.
Lily jumps as she turns around to see her husband. "James, is that suit from our wedding?" she asked him.
"Maybe, maybe not." He said taking a good look at her. "I see that's a new dress you're wearing." He said.
"It was lying in the house; I figure that I would try it own tonight." She said.
"Well it looks good on you," he said. "Hey Lil's, did you talk with Dumbledore about your sister raising Harry?" he asked hoping he was able to convince her it for the Greater Good.
"Mmm? Oh yes, now I think of it, it was for the good for Harry's safety." She said as the Auror Captain sigh in relief.
"James, Lily!" Molly cried out to the Potter parents as she and Arthur walk over to them.
Lily turns to see Molly in an orange dress that matches her hair. "Molly, you look beautiful in that gown." She said.
"As to you, Lily that dress goes with your eyes." She compliments her.
"James got to see you old chap." Arthur hugged James.
James hugged him as well. "Same to you Arthur, I have to say that we deserve a night to relax." He said to the Head of the Misuse of Muggle Artefacts Office.
"I can't agree more, this year is more hectic with your other son coming back and all." He said.
"I know, he's a big shot in the muggle world running an Organization we have little knowledge off." He said to Arthur. "Hectic isn't the word to describe this year."
Molly turns to James and Arthur. "Topic of Harry, didn't you noticed that there's something on his right hand during his time here?" she said remembering the symbols.
"Now that you mention it, I didn't really think of it at first and just wave it off as some kind of tattoo," Lily said to the three.
"A Tattoo wouldn't glow like that and faded away, I believe it's some kind of mark like those dark marks from the Death Eaters," James added.
"I do believe we should keep an eye on that boy, something tells me that he is not truthful on who he says he is," Arthur suggested to the group nodding in agreement. Then two golden carriages arrived at the front as the first open its door.
"Check it out, I bet Malfoy is the one who rode that carriage here," Charles said to Ron as he sneezes. The boys got a bit of a cold from being in the snow for at least an hour.
Hishiri walks over to the carriages waiting for whoever is inside to exit. Emiya and Arturia exited first as Vlad and Scáthach follow them. Arthur and Jeanne followed suit as each of the Servants lined up in a single file opposite from each other.
Everyone gasps at how they were dressed. They're like they were from a fairytale book. "Goodness me, just look at them," Molly said. "Th-Th-Th-"
"They're gorgeous, their hair, their clothes. They look like in one of those muggle newspapers with color and someone posing on its cover." Arthur said can't take his eyes off them.
"I know, look at the women th-wait, unique looking people, fancy clothes, expensive carriages, I know who they are," James said as the golden carriage moves aside to let the second carriage in.
The second carriage door opens to Bedivere and Mordred as they join the others in line. Soon Ritsuka steps down from the carriage as everyone looks at him feeling some sort of respect for the Magus. He turns to the door and helps down Mashu off the carriage.
He walks down the lined Servants as they follow their master behind. Hishiri chuckles as Ritsuka stops in front of him. "Making a grand entrance as always, eh Lord Fujimaru?"
Ritsuka tilts his head as he places his right hand on his hip. "You been in the Association for a long time Hishiri that you heard about my entrances."
"True, shall we get going?" The Magus from Polices said as they moved into the gates of Hogwarts.
"Ha-Ritsuka…" Lily was in awe at her son as he was like a nobleman with his entourage behind.
James glared at his son's Servant as they were close to him. 'Tch, he's becoming more and more like the Dark Lord.' He thought as they passed them,
Charles steps back sensing the strong aura around his twin's servants. Ritsuka stopped as he eyed his twin not moving his head. "Charles, Ronald." He greeted them as they left them.
"(Tch, Bastard.)" Charles whispers.
Professor McGonagall walks up to the Magus with a frantic look plastered on her face. "There you are Mr. Fujimaru, you were almost fifteen minutes late for the first dance."
"First dance?" Ritsuka question.
"Oh, I apologies that no one told you." Minerva inclines her head. "The Yule Ball always starts with the three- well four Champions with their dates dancing on the dance floor." She informs him. "Now why don't your entourage and Ms. Adshino head in first. You and Ms. Kyrielight go to where the other Champions are gathered."
Arthur leans in over his master's shoulder. "(Master…)"
"Saber it's fine, you and the others find a table in the hall," Ritsuka said to his Saber.
"Yes, master." He said as the Servants with Hishiri went inside the hall.
"This way Mr. Fujimaru and Ms. Kyirelight." McGonagall showed them the way to the other Champions.
