Ch 27 Yule Ball (Yule Brawl)

Ritsuka and his company were heading to the school's courtyard for the fight that the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Magic challenge them two. "Master, are you sure you handle the magical energy drain that we're going to use for this fight?" Arturia asked.

"I have to agree, the strain will be too much for you to handle," Arthur said agreeing with his counterpart.

Ritsuka smiles at his Servant. "You guys don't need to worry, Caster has already done some tweaking on this suit and the other Mystic Codes that would replenish my magical energy if it goes to a dangerous level." He said.

"That's right, Da Vinci-san was worried that Senpai would faint due to the loss of his magical energy. She decides the best course is to add some magic reserves in the Mystic Codes so he can either use that to give a boost to you all or save it for a backup." Mashu said as they made a right in the hall.

"I have to say, the Head of the Technology Development Department is a genius," Scáthach said.

Back at Chaldea Da Vinci was working on a secret side project with Archimedes when she sneezes on the side. " Da Vinci, are you alright?" Archimedes asked the renaissance woman.

She waved back at him. "Yes, I'm quite alright." She said. "I'm pretty sure that Fujimaru is talking about me." She smiles.

Back at Hogwarts, the Chaldeans stopped near the entrance of the courtyard only to be block but a set of identical twins with red hair like that Ron kid. They both look at the Magus and his entourage as they move closer.

"Hey,"

"Aren't you,"

"Zelertch's apprentice?"

They asked the young Magus. Ritsuka froze at the mention of the Dead Apostle's name. "May I asked how do you two know my mentor's name?" Ritsuka asked them.

They both look at each other with a mischievous smirk. "Your,"

"Mentor,"

"Is the,"

"Best at pulling,"

"Pranks!" they said with admirations for the Dead Apostle.

Ritsuka had this worried look plastered on his face. "What did mentor do to gain your admiration for him?" he asked both of them.

"Well…."

Flashback

Fred walks down the hall as he looks back and fronts for any teachers or students that were around the area. "Coast is clear." He said to himself as he presses the bricks entering the code as the wall began to open up to a secret stairway that was heading down.

He went inside the stairway as the wall behind him closes. Zelretch witness the passageway opened making his way to it. He pulled out a red gem as it glowed revealing the pattern to access the stairway.

"George, I got the supplies for the ultimate prank!" Fred said to his twin.

George looked behind him and smile. "That's great, I already made some plans for the prank we're about to pull." He said as his twin made his way to him.

Fred looked over the plan and sighs. "George this is great and all, but I heard that Sirius, Professor Lupin, and Mr. Potter had already pulled this prank with the supplies we have."

George grabs the paper out of his hand and crumple it into a ball and throwing it with the others. "Damnit, almost everything we tried to do the original Marauders already done it." He said grabbing another paper to jot down a new plan.

"Don't give up, we're the new generation Marauders." Fred encourages his brother. " I'm sure we can come up with a prank that would live up to the Marauder's names."

"Do you need any assistance?" a voice said as both of them look over at the stairs.

The figure came out of the shadows revealing the mentor of Harry Potter smiling at them. "H-How did you find this place?" Fred asked.

Zelretch threw a red gem in the air and catching it in his palms. "Magecraft,"

"You can really do anything with this Magecraft," George said.

"Hey, aren't you Ritsuka Fujimaru's mentor? Zel-re-tch." Fred asked. "Yeah, Zelretch."

He smiles at the two, "Why yes I am, prankster extraordinaire." The Dead Apostle introduces himself.

"You're a prankster? I bet you got so many pranks you've done." Fred said.

"Well I do remember all of them, but first things first." He said. "Let's plan for this prank you're going to do," he smirks at the two.

"Yeah!" they both said excitedly for the prank they're about to pull.

End Flashback

"I see, and what prank did the three of you pull?" Ritsuka asked.

They look at each other with a mischievous smile. "Just a little of Zelertch's special concoction that we replace an ingredient for a brew that Professor Snape was making," Fred said.

"And what happened?" Vlad asked the two,

"Glitter," George said as Ritsuka's eyes widen.

"The glitter concoction prank, I see." He said. "Well, I hope you three had fun."

They smiled. "Definitely, we just want to see if you know the prank for ourselves," Fred said.

"I do, I know every prank that mentor did," Ritsuka said.

Mashu pulled on the sleeve of Ritsuka's suit as he turns his attention to her. "Senpai, we're going to be late." She said.

He realized what she meant, turning his attention back to the Weasley twins. "Sorry to keep this short but I need to get to the courtyard." He said.

"Oh, that challenge,"

"Mind if,"

"We tag along?"

"I don't see anything wrong with that," Ritsuka said. "Oh, mind if I get you names?" he asks the pair.

"I'm Fred and this-"

"I'm George, and-"

"We're the new generation of Marauders!" they said in unison leaning back to back.

"So my father, uncle, and godfather inspire you two to be pranksters? Interesting." He said to them.

"Anyway, we wasted enough of your time Mr. Fujimaru," Fred said.

"We'll see you at the courtyard," George said

They both left him alone with his entourage until he calls out to them. "Hey you two, you want to join us? We're heading to the same place anyway." He offers them.

The two looks at each other and nodded. "Sure," they said as all of them went to the courtyard.

Courtyard

Hermione, Victor, Ginny, and Neville were on one side of the courtyard waiting for Ritsuka to arrive.

"Hey, Hermione," Victor called his date.

Hermione turns to her date as he looks at her. "Yes, Victor?"

"Vhat are ve doing on this side of the courtyard? Shouldn't ve be with the others?" Victor asked.

Hermione looked over to the other side who were supporting the ministry. She sighs "I don't want to hear their insults to Ritsuka. He's been through a lot for the past months."

Victor scratches his head undecided what to do. "I guess I vill stay here, personally I don't appreciate those who insult a fellow champion." He said.

"Thank you, Victor." Hermione appreciates him. She looks back at the other side who is chanting to encourage the Undersecretary as she speaks out to them.

"We will show Harry Potter the power we possess as Wizards and Witches by defeating his so-called Servants!" she exclaims as screams for his downfall erupts.

"I do hope they won't hold back against them," Ginny said.

"Agree, even though I'd didn't see them in action unlike you Hermione. I do want him to win." Neville said as Ritsuka enters the courtyard as boos were given to him and his group.

Charles peered to see that the Weasley twins were with them. "What're your brothers doing there with that Dark Wizard, Ron?" he asked him.

Ron looked over and scoff. "I'm guessing they betray us, I wonder how mum will react." He said imaging the scenario with them and his mother.

Ritsuka stops in front of them as he motions Arturia, Jeanne, and Bedivere to step forward. The rest stood behind him guarding his backside. The twins went over to where Hermione and the others were as Ritsuka stared down at the pink toad.

"What were you two doing with Ritsuka?" Ginny asked her brothers.

"Sis, we're supporting Ritsuka," Fred said.

"Yeah, we don't like how everyone is treating him," George said staring at the crowd.

"I see, we're in the same boat," Hermione said as everyone agrees.

Ritsuka sighs as he sees the opposite side were four cocky wizards are standing trying to look intimidating. He looks up at them "Are you sure you want to still do this? These aren't the normal average familiars you all are used to." He said.

They laugh at them. "Yeah right, you're just saying that cause you are a weak wizard." One Auror said.

"Once we're done, they'll be under ministry control and serving the minister," Umbridge said pointing her wand at them.

Ritsuka sighs as he looks at the three Servants. "Make sure you don't overdo it, they're still human." He said not really into this.

"Yes master," they said as they went into battle position.

Mordred scoff at the sight of the opponents. "Tch, master I should've been there with father," Mordred said.

Ritsuka looks at the Knight of Treachery with a smile. "Saber, I know how you fight. You will get out of control without realizing it." He said as she pouts knowing it's true.

"Ready to lose?" A cocky Auror said.

Ritsuka held his hand out. "Saber, Saber, Ruler, defeat the wizards!" he orders them as each Servant summon their weapons.

"Show no mercy!" Umbridge said as they shot spells at them.

Each Servant spread out to take one wizard. Jeanne took the Auror on the right while Bedivere took the one on the left leaving Arturia with the Pink Toad.

"Read to lose?" she said as she cast multiple spells at the saint.

Jeanne sighs as she casually dodges each spell that she cast toward her. The female Auror eyes widen that she was dodging each spell at a quick pace. "damn you!" she said as she steps backward as Jeanne moves forward.

Bedivere stared at the male who grips his wand. He sighs as he steps forward to him. "Bombarda!" he cast the exploding spell at the Silver Knight as he jumps avoiding the blast.

He looks everywhere for that Servant seeing that he disappeared from where he was. Then a voice came behind him "Let's make this quick." Bedivere said as he poured mana into Airgetlám.

The Auror jumps as he was surprised that he was able to sneak behind him. "HOW DID YOU-" He was interrupted when Bedivere punches the Auror in the face with a bit of force that would just render him unconscious for a few days. "There we go, though I rather handle this in a civilize manner, master's pride is on the line." He said standing over him.

Jeanne sighs as each spell were so slow she was getting tired of it. "Well, I guess I should wrap this up." She said as she ran with Servant agility. The female Auror gasps only to be struck on the nerve.

Arturia stood before the pink toad. "Madam Umbridge this is your last chance, give up and lay down your wand," Arturia said to her.

"And why should I listen to you? Can't you see two of the elite squad of Aurors hand-picked by me already defeated the other two." She smirks not noticing they are restrained by the two.

Arturia tilts her head. "Are you sure about that?" she asked.

She gritted her teeth at this woman's remark towards her. "Yes, just look ar…ound …you." Umbridge looks at the two Aurors that were by her side just a moment ago being restrained by Bedivere and Jeanne.

Arturia took the distraction the moment to strike as she summons Excalibur still cover in the invisible air hiding it's identity to all but the Chaldeans. Umbridge didn't have time to counteract as she appears before her with inhuman speed. "HOW DID-"

In a split second Arturia releases the mana dense air towards her that pushes her back causing Umbridge to tumble on the ground dropping her wand.

Everyone was shocked to see that Ritsuka's Servants were able to defeat the elite of the Aurors with ease. "Impossible," James said still in shock.

Umbridge struggles to get up from the ground as she glared up at the King of Knights as she walks up to her she steps on her wand snapping it in two. Arturia points Excalibur at the Pink Toad. "Yield!"

Umbridge glared at her as she hates to admit it there's no way that she won't defeat her on her own. "I…yield." She scoffs as Arturia dismisses her sword.

"Consider yourself lucky that master wants us to go easy on you." She said before walking off with the others in tow.

Hermione claps at the three Servants soon did the people who supported Ritsuka and his Servants.

Ritsuka smiles at his three Servants for restraining themselves when they face the Undersecutry and her dogs. "Great job you three," Ritsuka said not noticing that Umbridge smirks.

Mashu smiles when she saw something in the corner of her eye. "SENPAI!" An Auror was able to sneak behind them and lunches himself to Ritsuka with his hand in hand.

Ritsuka turns around in a calm state as the Auror saw a flash of red coming towards him.

Everyone gasped in horror as the male Auror was impaled by a red spear that went through his body. He gasps for air as black lines travel through his body. "I should have expected this kind of dirty trick from the Ministry," Scáthach said as she brought down Gáe Bolg with the Auror still attach to it barely alive. "Challenge us without a motive is highly suspicious, to begin with." She said.

The Auror grasps the spear trying to pull it out before she pulled it first. He coughs out blood as the last thing he saw was the crimson eyes of the Queen of Shadows as he drops down on the floor.

Scáthach spun her lance getting rid of any blood that remains before dismissing it. "Your kind are all dishonorable that even your founders and messiah Merlin would be ashamed of you all." She announced as they remain silent.

"Let's go back inside, I need to rest for a bit," Ritsuka said as his Servants follow suit.

The wizards moved out of the way dumbfounded at how powerful they are as they made their way back inside the Great Hall.

Hermione and the other stood there in shock of what happened with the male Auror. "I never thought that the Ministry would do something that dirty," Ginny said.

"I know, they have gone too far in this," Victor said.

Neville remained silent still shock at what transpired. The twins look at each other and nodded.

"It's official,"

"We're going to ally ourselves,"

"With Ritsuka,"

Ginny looked at her brothers. "I have to agree with you after today my opinion of the Ministry has changed." She said as Hermione shakes at the thought of the blood that was spilled. She looks at Hermione with a worried face. "Hermione? Are you okay?" she asked.

"Y-Yeah, " she said. "I-I just need to be alone for a moment." She said walking out the courtyard. Victor tried to stop her but Ginny intercepts him.

"Allow me to talk to her, she needs a friend right now." Ginny reason with the Drumstrange Champion.

"Very vell," he said as she went after her.

Ginny looked around for her friend around the grounds of Hogwarts. she soon found her sitting on the grass staring at the moon. "Hermione, why did you run off?" she asked going up to her.

She turns to her friend. "Oh Ginny, sorry I don't do so well with blood." She said.

Ginny blink at her and smiles. "Is that all?" she asked as she sat down next to her.

She nodded. "I get a little bit sick at the sight of it. Nothing major."

"Ah, no wonder you almost freaked out when Charles fell off his broom doing that stupid trick." She said chuckling remembering that time.

"Yeah, I remember that." Hermione chuckles as Ginny got up from the grass.

"We should get back, they're probably wondering where we are." She said to Hermione.

"Yeah, we should."

They walk back to the school when they heard a roar in the distance. "Do you hear that?" Hermione asked as multiple roars echoes in the night.

"Maybe just our imagination?" Ginny asked.

Soon the roars became louder as multiple of the strange beast came from the eastern part of the Forbidden Forest. The two girls were frightened at the sight of these creatures.

"They're almost like lions but more…more…" Ginny was too terrified to move when one of them sniff the air and stared back at them.

"Demonic," Hermione said as the beast who spotted them came rushing over to them.

"Run…RUN!" She exclaims as they started running when the second one intercepted them growling at them.

"They're intelligent, how is it possible?" Hermione said. "The only intelligent beings are humans and creatures that close to human or creatures that has a kind heart," Hermione said the two beasts came forward roaring.

The two girls close their eyes ready to accept their fate. They heard a slashing sound as they peer their eyes open to see a man that Hermione know all too well.

"Saber!?" She cried out.

Ginny looks at her confused. "Hermione, do you know him?" she asked.

"He's one of Ritsuka's contracted Servants, he is my bodyguard ever since Avenger of the Gallows threaten to kill me." She said.

"You two stay close to me," Sigurd said as he cut down the other Demonic Beast. He looks at the other beast as they ran towards the school. "Damnit," he cursed.

Soon the Demonic Beast that was heading to the school was killed swiftly by golden lighting that reigns down upon them.

"Caster," he smirks as golden spell-like projectiles reign down to the enemy.

"Saber what's going on?" Hermione asked. "What are those things? And how are you able to kill them so easily?" she asked the knight.

"No time to explain, all I can say that Caster was able to cast an illusion upon the school so this battle can't be seen by the wizards." He said. "Only you, Ginny, and master knowledge of what is happening here." He said as Siegfried came running down the hill and slashes each beast that came his way.

"Are those the representatives?" Ginny asked as Saber was continuing his assault on the beast as Caster provides support with his spells.

Sigurd slashes down another beast that was sneaking to them. "These types are foot soldiers so that means."

"A mother is around." They all turn to see Ritsuka walking down the hill with Holmes escorting him.

"Ritsuka what are you doing here?" Ginny asked the Magus. "I thought you were back inside the Ball?" she added.

"I lied that I need the restroom so I can assist my Servants in this battle." He said as he looks at the field as more came from the forest. "It's been a while since I faced a heard of Uridimmu," he said casually.

The two girls look at him in shock. "Wait you face them before!?" Hermione said.

Ritsuka blinks at her. "Well yeah, plenty of times even the other variants." He said as something came across his mind. "Strange, this variant should be extinct only existing in Babylon twenty-six hundred fifty-five A.D in the land of Mesopotamia. How are they able to exist?" he said pounder on it.

"Fujimaru, if I could intervene, we have a situation to face now," Holmes said as Siegfried cuts down more and more beasts only more to replace them.

"If they're extinct why would they be around this time?" Hermione said.

"Avenger…" Ritsuka said. "It must be Avenger of the Gallows. But that's for later, for now, we must kill the mother."

"And how are we going to that?" Ginny asked.

"I have a suggestion," Holmes interjected. "We follow where they are pouring from." He points to where the Uridimmu came from.

"The east part of the Forbidden Forest," Hermione said as Ritsuka starts heading there.

"You two will be accompanying me since being with Saber and Ruler is the safest." He said.

"I will not anything happen to you two, as my honor as a knight," Sigurd said as they nodded.

"Sure," they said following the Magus and his Servants.
