After having saved the day once again and fixing the Eiffel Tower, Ladybug and Cat Noir came away from the scene.
"I don't call the shots, m'lady. You're the hero who captures the Akumas, I'm just the charming, ultra cunning Cat Noir." Cat Noir said.
"Right. You have the easy job." Ladybug said.
"Easy? I just make it look that way." Cat Noir said.
"Cunning as you are, that little prank earlier almost made my Lucky Charm fail." Ladybug said.
"Y'know why Master Fu gave you the Ladybug Miraculous instead of me?" Cat Noir asked.
"Because it requires a sense of responsibility?" Ladybug replied.
"No, you just don't have a Sense of humor." Cat Noir said. "But don't worry, you have so many other great qualities. Let me supply the witty banter."
Cat Noir's Miraculous beeped.
"Better get going before you lose your clown costume." Ladybug said.
"Miss you already, bugaboo." Cat Noir teased.
"Hey, don't call me-!" Ladybug snapped before Cat Noir vaulted away.
"I was right!" he called getting away.
Meanwhile, at the Galaxy King…
"So what are the duo up to today?" Ven asked.
"They're going to be shooting a video while Juleka models Marinette's new clothes." Rarity said.
"It's nice to see Juleka more and more happy with her friends after that Class Picture incident." Leviathan said.
"She's always been a little reclusive." Hope said. "I feel for her struggles to break out of her shell. Not standing out herself is what made her turn into Reflekta before."
"Don't remind me. Major fashion nightmare." Rarity said. "Everyone's colors clashing and looking identical. Like a waking nightmare."
"You must have some fun nightmares." Emo called out while reading one of his books, chuckling to himself.
*Clang*
"Ow." Emo deadpanned as he nursed the mark left by Stoj's frying pan.
"Seriously, Emo. Shut up." Mayumi said.
"Still, though. Marinette's line of modeling seems to have been going well lately." Sectonia said.
"Yeah, even Chloe's Mother was awed by the hat she made that Adrien modeled for." Saaya said.
"Speaking of Chloe, she's been shafted a lot from these kinds of incidents lately. I'm hoping that it's not a sign of things to come." Sectonia said.
"She's only being shafted cause she went and transformed in public. Everyone knows her face and that makes her an easy target." Zoro said.
"Especially with that Peacock Miraculous Holder now in play." Kagura said.
"What does the Peacock Miraculous do exactly?" Bow said.
"It's like the Butterfly Miraculous. It can enter a treasured object of someone and create a giant monster or construct to aid the one in danger or in need of strength." Flamberge explained. "Y'know, I've actually dubbed the feathers and monsters myself."
"Really? What did you name them?" Glimmer asked.
"I call the feathers Amoks, and whatever they create Sentimonsters." Flamberge said.
"It would be known as Amokization then." Papelne said.
"Yeah, her description is pretty much spot on. The Peacock Miraculous gives the power of Emotion to its wearer. The reason these supposed Sentimonsters are so strong are because of the emotions they are conjured from." Levy said.
"They could be formed from anyone the Peacock chooses, even Supervillains." Lance said.
"They don't have to be villains. They can be formed even without a villain." Levy said.
"She's right, you know. Like a lot of powers, what it's used for depends on the nature of the user themselves." Sectonia said.
"Still, given we haven't seen many Sentimonsters since that Heroes Day event means they might be…" Levy said as they felt the ground shake as they looked out to the city to see a large machine. "Sparse?"
Just a few minutes ago, Juleka had fallen into a state of depression, thinking she ruined everything. Hawk Moth and the New Universal Villains noticed this.
"It's time we bring Reflekta back…with a twist." Techno said as Hawk Moth prepared an akuma. "Nathalie, are you ready?
"I certainly am." Nathalie said putting on the Peacock Miraculous. "Duusu, spread my feathers!" she said, tossing her glasses aside as the Miraculous glitched for a bit before she stood there in blue with her skin turning blue as well with the whites of her eyes turned black as she held her fan, transforming her into the villain Mayura.
With their powers combined, they not only recreated the self reflecting villain Reflekta but with her is a new toy, the Sentimonster that amplifies her power, Reflekdoll.
"Sentimonster incoming. Looks like Hawk Moth's little assistant is working her magic again." Ross said.
"This is definitely the power of the Peacock. Luckily, it functions similarly like the Butterfly. Find the object the Amok is in and purify it." Levy said.
"Okay...should be simple enough. Besides, the duo is over there as we speak." Jexi said.
"Yeah...uh...about that." Lucy said, pointing to the two Miraculous on the counter with their Kwamis. "Marinette and Adrien took them off so they could do the shoot today."
"Well, guess it's all on us. At least we can ensure their shoot goes off without a hitch." Sectonia said.
"Yeah. Howre you gonna do that?" Plagg said before Jexi grabbed him and his miraculous.
"First we'll send you to find your owner." he said, tossing him out the window.
"Uh...think I'll just go the normal way." Tikki said as she flew out with the others.
"Why did you toss Plagg out like that?" Hope asked.
"To make sure he actually tries and find his owner instead of taking matters into his own destructive paws." Jexi said.
"Makes sense...wait...what if everyone already looks like Reflekta?" Hope asked.
"Hopefully he finds someone." Jexi said.
It wasn't long before they reached the sight where they saw a cat-like hero facing off against Reflekdoll.
"Way to go...Marinette?" Rarity said.
"Lady Noir for now." Marinette said.
"Save the mix-up explanation for later." Sectonia said.
"Yeah, less talk, more fight." Leviathan said.
"Don't get in my way!" Reflekta said, blasting her amped laser at them as they evaded.
"Watch out! If that beam so much as touches you, you'll turn into a copy of Reflekta and be unable to fight!" Megaman warned.
"We can see that." Catra said, avoiding a beam.
"Don't worry. I can handle it." a voice said as Adrien approached wearing the Ladybug Miraculous.
"Ooh, a little switcheroo going on here." Sectonia said.
"Yeah. But it's no big. Mister Bug is about to call out a mirror with his Lucky Charm." he said.
"It doesn't work like that. You can never…" Lady Noir said.
"Lucky Charm!" Mister Bug said getting a mirror. "Heh. Nice. I can just reflect the beam back at them and…"
"Except there's no idea of when to use it. Plus now you only have minutes before you change back." Lady Noir said. "But no worries. I can handle things for you. Cataclysm!" she said as she struck the Sentimonster. However, while it cracked, it didn't get destroyed and simply sparked. "Huh?"
"Sentimonsters may seem like objects or constructs but they are technically powered up living creatures. That attack must have been like a bee sting to it." Levy said.
"Yeah and...it doesn't look like it's taken it so well." Vector said as the mech fired randomly as Reflekta was screaming.
"Please! Please help me!" Reflekta cried out.
"Hold on. We're coming." Sectonia said.
"A villain asking for help? You don't hear that very often." Leviathan said.
"Leviathan, it's still Juleka in there. Villain or not, we have to get her out." Sectonia said as she charged.
The group fought off Reflekdoll's berserk attacks as Lady Noir jammed her polearm in one of its eyes, buying time for them to rescue her.
"I'm gonna give you all makeovers." Reflectka said, readying her blaster.
"Not today. I actually like who I am now." Sectonia said as she broke the mirror, sending the akuma out as Mister Bug purified it. "Come on, Juleka. Let's get out."
But before she could, Reflekdoll hit her with the beam, making Juleka look like Reflekta.
"We still have an out of control Sentimonster." Miles said.
"Think, Miu. Think… Ah, I got it! The amok should be in there somewhere. Try to find an access point to enter from." Miu said.
"I got something!" Peni said as Sp/dr dodged the laser and eyed a hatch. "There's a small hatch on the back of its head. It looks like a really big coin could fit in there."
"Or a mirror." Mister Bug said jumping onto the Sentimonster and unscrewing the hatch. "Found it. The Amok is in a hairclip!"
"Nice. Now smash it!" Flamberge said.
"I'm on it." Lady Noir said smashing the clip with her staff, releasing the amok.
"Got it!" Mister Bug said catching it before releasing a pure white feather. "Bye bye little feather. I've always wanted to do this next part. Miraculous Mister Bug!" he said as the damage was reversed and the Sentimonster faded away.
"Another day saved. And you both walked a mile in each other's shoes." Hope said.
"Yeah. I guess being Ladybug isn't as easy as I thought." Mister Bug said.
"We all have our own roles to play." Lady Noir said.
Back at Hawk Moth's lair, he and Mayura de-transformed as Nathalie fell to her knees as out came a small bird like kwami.
"Whoohoo! That was incredibly exciting!" he said before seeing Natalie. "Oh. Not so exciting. Are you okay, miss Natalie?" he said sadly.
"She'll be fine, Duusu. She just needs rest." Gabriel said.
"Yes! This was so much fun!" Duusu said.
"It was a big risk using the power of the Peacock again. You know it's damaged." Techno said.
"I know. And I regret having her use it. But, I need as much help as I can." Gabriel said.
"We need a new strategy." Pete said. "We can't just keep throwin' villains at those guys. We gotta throw a wrench in their alliance."
"Except it won't work. Those people are as close as family." Compress said.
"The alliance maybe… but not Ladybug and the other Paris heroes." Techno realized. "I think I know just the bug we can catch… but first, we'll need to get close."
