It was quiet in the Koiwai household when the fifteen year old girl said something to her father.

"I feel like total dirt, Dad."

"Why, what's the matter?"

"I don't feel happy at all no matter what I do."

"Have you tried doing something else, like going outside?" He suggested.

"It's too cold and windy." She replied.

"Okay, then how about we play like we used to?" Koiwai put his boxers on his head.

"I'm Boxer Man!"

"That doesn't mean anything anymore, Dad."

Hmm, that always got her to laugh in the past. Koiwai thought.

"Okay, how about DVDs on dolphins or penguins?"

"Nah."

Wow, she's in quite a slump. He thought.

"What about your comics?"

"I've read them all twice, nothing helps."

"Maybe allow yourself to be bored for a minute, and then you're bound to be creative."

"That's the thing, I've tried to be bored and I don't have any ideas."

"What about music?"

Yotsuba shook her head.

"What about your phone or friends?"

"My phone's charging and my friends are out of town for the holiday."

"I'm sorry you feel this way. Let's hug it out."

"Okay."

They embraced one another. After a while, Yotsuba started to feel better and said to her father, "Thanks Dad, I needed that and I love you."

"Glad I could help, love you too."
