No, not at all dear Watcher, not at all, just had to add this before finishing the next two chapters and please repair the wall you just damaged and get the hell out of here please. Now let's start.

"Little Hieda…. You're still the little kid that used to follow Hakurei around the forest, good to see something hasn't changed" Akyuu turned her head towards the voice and there he was standing behind her with a wide grin.
"I am not a little kid anymore Watcher-sama" She bowed a little. "But, it is nice to see you again and please call me Akyuu"
"So… how's the village these days little Akyuu?"
"The villagers have started to accept the more friendly youkai into the village but they are still cautious" Akyuu sighed "Most have already forgotten how the village even came to existence"
"Hmm….. that's rather sad, what are the tengu even doing after I gave them the instructions?" Watcher muttered loud enough that Akyuu could hear.
"It was all for the balance of Gensokyo, after your disappearance new youkai groups started to appear and tried to take control of the village, to prevent that the village was appointed as a neutral zone and no youkai were allowed near it" Akyuu answered and looked around. "Where are Keine-san and Mokou-san, I thought they might have more information about it since they meet with youkai frequently"
"They're enjoying the party" Watcher motioned towards a group. "Do you want tea, sake or some fruit juice from the outside"
It was a chaotic group, Mokou and Kaguya were fighting with their fist, Keine trying to stop them, Reisen trying to strangle Twei and Eirin talking to another Watcher.
"Tea please"
"Two cups of tea with some special cake from the outside coming right up" Watcher reached inside a a gap but unlike Yukari's gap this gap was glowing bright blue. After a few seconds he pulled out two trays with two cups of tea and different variety of cakes that Akyuu has never seen. "Will you be able to eat all these little Akyuu? Haha"
"Watcher, nice of you to drop by" Yuuka smiled, a smile that would send chills down people's spine. "Promising not to watch this part of the universe, was it a wise decision?"
"Just say you missed me, no need to add unnecessary details Gaia" Watcher also 'smiled'. "What about you Shinki?"
"You never visited me after I had Alice, what kind of grandparent would not visit when his granddaughter had a child?" Shinki pouted.
"You mean that child is your daughter? I didn't felt your power in her like your other children… wait you gave birth to her naturally?"
"No, I found her as an infant. Apparently her parents offered her as sacrifice" The mood got darker but Shinki brightly smiled. "I see her as my real daughter and nothing can change that. But recently Alice has been distancing herself from me and says it's embarrassing whenever I try to spoil her" *sob* *sniff*
" Don't worry Shinki, it's natural that your daughter would be like that" He tried to reassure her. "Even Yukari and Gaia here don't want to openly show how much they missed me"
"My name is Kazami Yuuka now so call me by that name and I would like some tea please, I am not in the mood of getting drunk tonight" Yuuka said while patting Shinki's head.
"Yeah I thought you would need a change of name, O mother of Titans" Watcher said snickering.
"Tenma, didn't I told you so?" Watcher poured sake in a sake dish and gave it to tenma.
"I don't think I understand Watcher-sama, I am old now even for my kind" Tenma took a sip.
" When you were little you used to complain how your elders were so serious and secretive" Watcher grinned "And now you, who always tried to play pranks on me and Hakurei is now being respectful and just like the elders?"
"Those were good old times Watcher-sama and the current miko is really like Hakurei on how she treats us youkai and the humans" Tenma laughed and took a sip again "I still remember Hakurei almost beating me to death, that really served as a lesson for me"
"And now it's that reporter who will be taking your place as the one who will get beaten half dead by the current Hakurei" Watcher was looking at Aya who appeared out of nowhere and started pestering a drunk and pissed Reimu for an interview. "I am glad I got out of there in time"
" Ah… she can take a few hits, I am sure she wrote it in her job description" Tenma lightly laughed "Still though Reimu is like Hakurei's reincarnation, we tengu along with the sages have been selecting the mikos for years, sometime with pure Hakurei bloodline and sometimes not but not one of them had that much power Hakurei Reimu has since Mima and Mikasa"
"I am not quite dead tenma…. I've been watching" A female voice came out of nowhere leaving Tenma with a surprised expression.
"And that's also the reason I came to visit, though I might stay for a while" Watcher poured sake in another sake dish and giving offering it to Tenma."Here this is a stronger kind for tengu like yourself"
"Fairy General and Princess, hope you're enjoying this place hmm?" Watcher softly asked the two fairies in front of him while Rumia was trying to climb over his head.
"We are very much enjoying living here Mister Watcher" Daiyosei replied happily and motioning to Cirno who was standing stiff."Especially our General here"
Cirno jumped at the mention of her rank and muttered in an embarrassed tone. "Princess! you don't have to mention that"
"Good to see the two of you are enjoying and General, good to see you haven't frozen another settlement after coming to Japan" Watcher smiled at them while balancing Rumia standing on his head. "Rumia! Seriously?"
Now Watcher was trying to get Rumia off his head but it was like she was stuck to his head. "Rumia! Get off my head, even though we are at our holiday doesn't mean you can act like this to your superior!"
This scenario made the two fairies smile and laugh.
"Looks like little Kaguya is more cheerful now unlike on the moon" Watcher observed the fight in front of him and laughed. "But still a spoiled brat, at least she isn't like the rest"
Eirin was silently listening to Watcher as he talked about the lunarians and how he expected them to just mind their own business on the moon but recently they almost magaged to open a gate to another universe using the probability manipulation that was used to get them on the moon in the first place.
The technique manipulates the chances of an event occuring and the lunarians manipulated the chance of people going to the moon and it was a success. The technique was taught to a few of the lunarians by Watcher himself and Eirin was one of them.
"I thought only few knew about that technique…. Only four people including me ever knew of that and we signed a contract not to teach it to anyone" Eirin was in deep thought. "And to manipulate the chance of opening a gate to another universe would need all four of us to make it stable unless…."
"You're right, my student, you're right, the gate was unstable and it has attracted the attention of a lot of people from the other universes too" Watcher sighed. "I managed to repair and prevented the intervention of those people but in the future I might no be able to, after this I will be visiting the lunar capital and have a word with them"
He sighed again and said "In the future the outside world, Gensokyo and even the lunarians may have to work together but the possibility of circumstances which may lead to that is small"
"I understand sensei I will get the plans ready, assuming Yukari knows about this too" Ask Eirin
"Yes she know,...let's hope everything goes well"
"Glad to see something never changes, like your height little Remilia" Watcher said snikering while patting Remilia's head while her face went red with anger. "The last time I met was when you were only a hundred years old, when you used to say your mother was short"
"I am not a child anymore!"Remilia pouted.
Watcher gave a glance towards Sakuya and smiled, she returned the smile.
"So have you been able to cure Flandre's condition?" He asked Remilia.
"No…. We haven't been able to to find a cure"
"How about asking the immortals for help?" Watcher pointed at Eirin's group. "They might be able to help without losing their lives"
"I considered that but….." Remilia couldn't seem to get word out of her mouth.
"Throw that pride of yours away for your sister's sake, and let's continue this conversation later"
Watcher pulled out a bottle of wine. "This is from the stash I bought from your father, this thing is older than you now. Wanna have a taste?"
He pulled out four wine glasses and gave them to Remilia, Patchouli and Sakuya and poured the contents into the glasses.
"Patchouli, I will give you the grimoire I promised you at a safe location"
"Satori Komiji, right?" Asked Watcher. "I am sorry for bringing you up to the surface, I couldn't meet you in the underground myself due to circumstances"
"No need to apologise, we are having fun" Satori replied. She was a little guarded since she could not hear any thoughts from the person or more accurately she could hear whispers of many voices from him and at the same time there was silence. And what business did he had with her that seems to be so urgent. "My sister and pets are having fun so it alright"
"This was a letter given to me by your parents" He took out an envelope and presented it to her. "I was suppose to have it to you last year at your six hundred birthday but I was busy"
A letter from her parents? Satori had little memories about her parents she didn't even knew their face anymore, a side effect of hearing multiple individual thoughts at the same time. How did he knew her parents, why did her parents left a letter for her?
"I met your parents about a week after you were born, and they entrusted me with the letter. Honestly… I didn't understood they way of thinking until now" Watcher smiled at her. "Haha, they were often called weird even by the other satori. They were the only satori who were brave enough to trade with the humans and other youkai groups"
"I… I would like to know more, if you're okay with it" Satori couldn't pass up this opportunity to know more about her family.
"Sure why not we got the whole night and these drinks and food too!" He replied with a grin. "So I met them when…."
"I am sorry Byakuren but it seems our guests are behaving quite nicely tonight" Watcher stood next to Byakuren on the stairs to the donation box of the shrine.
"No need to apologize, it is better to be prepared than deal with the problem when it occurs and it's the Hakurei shrine" Byakuren replied smiling slightly.
Watcher offered her a glass of pineapple juice out of nowhere. "You and Myouren used to love this mysterious drink when you were just little kids haha"
"You still haven't told me what it is"
" Pineapple, a type of fruit"
"Pineapple…"
At the beginning of the meeting
"Hey, where's my payment?" Twei asked grinning at Watcher. They were behind a tree hidden from view of most of the guests.
"Isn't being my shikigami and having power enough for you, little rabbit?" Watcher sighed and gave a large pouch to her.
"Power isn't everything master~" she giggled then sighed"Leading those two into the bamboo forest and building them a mansion with my rabbits wasn't easy"
"You did well for a little rabbit"
Sigh... I love writing a lot even if it is shit haha.
