Jubelius Lemodo was in many ways, not an original story in the Cult Mechanicus. Born from the union of two menials on the Forge World of Beta Cortix, his intelligence was noticed early on by the overseer of the factory. The Magos in charge took him under his wing to the joy of both of his parents who dreamt of a better life for their boy.
From an early age learned the secrets of the machine and the sacred rrites . Although it was harsh under the tutelage of Magos Telvinix, he perservered and learned more than you ever could have known in the factories. For thirty years you learned secrets from him, some beyond legal and near-heretical.
Ultimately, his master parted ways with him, determined to continue the quest of knowledge but left behind a talented Tech-Priest. He mastered the ways of Plasma, from the smallest pistols to starship reactors rivaled only by the Magi of Forge World Ryza.
His first deployment off-world was an Enginseer to the Gothic-class Cruiser All Flare where he used his skills to massively improve the main reactor output by nearly 20% and the auxillary banks by an addition 10% in power. The ship would be instrumental in taking down a traitor operated Grand Cruiser, the sheer firepower and rate of fire piercing the munitions storage that would blow up a third of the ship.
After 15 years of service on other ships, he returned to his Forge World, now knowledgable in the art of starship construction repair albeit not as much as a dedicated magus As it turned out, a new manifactorum opened on your Forge World and requiring a new Magos to be put in charge.
Most of the Magi does not want to run a manufactorum, preferring go to Explorator Fleets and research, seeing factories as a necessary evil. He however, was not fazed and petitioned to be chosen.
The Fabricator General of your World accepted and you were put in charge of a manufactorum dedicated to production of civilian equipment and low end Imperial Guard tech like Lasguns and Russ tanks. Some hidebound magos might have been insulted but he was never to shy away from any challenge.
Utilizing his skills, he not only improved the power generated by the reactor but made use of Plasma smelting which increased production by a significant margin. This not only gave him intricate knowledge in industrial practices and their uses but also in mass-production without sacrificing too much quality. Naturally, you also used the time to improve the common Plasma Gun, creating a new pattern superior in cooling and utilizes a automatic shut down system to reduce catastrophic accidents which was put into production after years of testing.
Within 2 decades and a half, his manufactorum had become one of the most productive in Beta Cortix and has expanded to twice his original size, becoming a full fledged Forge Hive. This attracted the attention of Magos Hadorix Gallan, a Magos specializing in military weaponry, having served as an Engineseer for hundreds of thousands of Leman Russes, Chimeras, Baneblades and even the Aeronautica Imperialis for a full century. His long service has gained him a significant knowledge in weaponry of many types, limited only by his lack of talents outside this particular field and his continous obsession with 'modifications', a word barely tolerated alongside innovation.
Despite his misgivings regarding this magus, he bent his talent in plasma technology with his skill in military vehicles to recreate the fearsome Leman Russ Executioner, only now produced in Ryza and slate it for mass production on your forges. After 3 years of work, you and him were able to begin the mass production of the Cortix Pattern-Executioner, utilizing an advanced cooling system and much more reliable albeit less powerful. It boast a dual firing mode which can be used as a wide attack weapon and a mode for anti armor as well as automatic shut down system to prevent the main gun from overloading.
This gained the attention of the Fabricator General who was quite pleased in the production of this rare model of tank while some of the more conservative Archmagos were wary of this model and consider it borderline heretical.
Nonetheless, news of this model soon spread throughout your Forge World and your name has become a common one amongst the Halls of this magi, with many seeing you as a brilliant Tech-Priest or a near heretek.
No matter what, his name is now known to his Forge World.
