If Aizawa expelled…

Chapter fourteen: Invisible Intrigue

The audience that had been summoned by the Realmcrafter Talespinner69 had just finished watching realm number thirteen out of twenty that featured Aizawa expelling a different one of his students in class 1-A. It was a realm that had very much entertained Mirko, mostly due to how Ryukyu in that realm took to seeing one of her girls in Aizawa's class not only getting axed, but she also ended up being axed for nothing as she was revealed to not have cheated.

"You're enjoying yourself way too much, Mirko," Ryukyu remarked dryly as she turned her head to face the rabbit hero.

Shrugging, Mirko replied, "What can I say? The realms we've seen are pretty damn entertaining, especially the last two that involved your girls in Aizawa's class and you losing your shit as a first response."

"I...didn't exactly throw a fit in the one with Uraraka," Ryukyu pointed out, "All I did there was assault Aizawa's ribs."

As the two female pro heroes talked, Aizawa was talking to his fellow UA staff members. "I think that it's safe to say that we'd do a proper investigation if claims like what were made in the realms we've seen up to this point are made in real life," the underground hero said, "Not just blindly take the first claim or bit of evidence solely at face value."

The other staff members all nodded in agreement with Aizawa. "Yeah, just look at what you ended up getting due to blindly believing one of Sekijiro's boys about Tsuyu," Nemuri remarked, "Ryukyu, as well as Tsuyu's little brother, wrecked your shit."

"I'm surprised Fat Gum didn't go apeshit in the realm where Aizawa expelled Kirishima," Hound Dog commented.

Shrugging, Sekijiro said, "I think it's due to how Komori went apeshit in that realm instead by channeling her inner Toga and killing a bunch of folks because of how she was yandere for Kirishima." Over where she sat, Kinoko, who had heard her homeroom teacher, shrank into her theater seat as she blushed with embarrassment.

"Oi, you lot!" Tale called out from where he and Kotaro were standing in front of the big theater screen, "Kotaro and I have the next realm ready to play!"

Everyone in the audience turned to face front and center, watching and waiting to see which student of Aizawa's that he'd be seen expelling next. Whatever the case ended up being, there was no way it was going to end pretty for the underground hero.

...

(If Aizawa expelled Toru Hagakure)

"He's expelling me now?" Hagakure in the audience said, sounding surprised; it was then that some folks noticed that Hagakure was still invisible, even though Tale said he had disabled quirks for the most part.

Nodding in confirmation to Toshinori when he brought this up, Tale said, "Yeah. For the most part. There are certain things I'm leaving on, like Hagakure's invisibility and Endeavor's decorative flames."

Folding his arms over his chest, Aizawa said, "I'm just waiting to see why I expelled Hagakure in this realm, how I fucked it up, and how I get screwed for it.

It was a well enough day at UA for everyone there. ...Well, except for Momo Yaoyorozu, who was walking with the other girls of the first year hero course, aside from Hagakure who for some odd reason was missing. The group of girls eventually reached the office of Nezu and made their way in, where Nezu was waiting with Aizawa, Sekijiro, Hizashi and Nemuri.

"Has it been cleared yet, sensei?" Yaoyorozu asked as she addressed Aizawa.

"Okay, so I'm involved in the reason behind Aizawa-sensei's expelling of Hagakure to an extent, it seems," Yaoyorozu in the audience remarked.

Shrugging, Hagakure said, "Yeah, but what did I supposedly do to you, Momo?"

Gently shaking his head, Aizawa said, "Not yet, I'm afraid."

"Wait a minute, I'm confused kero," Tsuyu began, "What is Yaoyorozu aiming to get back? And how does this all connect to why Yaoyorozu told me Hagakure was expelled?"

With a guilty look on her face, Uraraka said, "It...has to do with the combined two-hundred thousand yen, split evenly, that was found in me and Reiko's respective dorm rooms, along with the notes that were left."

"According to what the senseis concluded from the evidence," Reiko began explaining, "Hagakure decided to be like Robin Hood and steal the two-hundred thousand yen in cash from Yaoyorozu while she wasn't looking, then redistribute that money between me and Uraraka, who are the two poorest students in our year."

"I'm poor in this realm?" Reiko in the audience said, looking surprised.

"And Hagakure supposedly robbed me to give the money she stole to the poorest students in our year?" Yaoyorozu asked.

"Who the fuck carries two-hundred thousand yen in cash on them?!" Spinner exclaimed as he gestured to the big theater screen, "You see, It's shit like that which inspires the lower class to want to give the wealthy elite the French treatment!"

Nodding in confirmation, Aizawa said, "Indeed. We concluded that Hagakure is the thief since she can simply do the crime while wearing no clothes due to how she's permanently invisible. As such, I expelled her from UA for her little vigilante act. It was good of Uraraka and Yanagi for turning over both the letters and all of the money."

Itsuka, with a curious look on her face, asked, "What do the letters say?" The girls were all invited to gather around and read the letters left with Yaoyorozu's money that had been distributed to Uraraka and Reiko. Both letters said the same thing, though;

Greetings and salutations from us, the Sherwood Bandits! We present onto you this treasure! Be wise with it and live well!

In the audience, a number of the people watching the currently playing realm had dry looks on their faces. "...That looks like one of Tenya's hammy attempts to act villainous," Kyoka in the audience remarked dryly, "No way can that be Hagakure's doing."

Gesturing to the big screen, Izuku said, "Yeah, this wouldn't fool anyone for real."

"There's also this note that was found in Yaoyorozu's room," Aizawa said as he took out and presented the letter in question, allowing the girls to read it;

Nyarharhar! We the Sherwood Bandits have plundered your profits! Rest assured that it shall be going to a worthy cause, however!

After the girls all read the letters, Kyoka looked up and said, "...I'm not entirely sure that it was Hagakure who did all of that, Aizawa-sensei. Hell, this looks more like one of Tenya's hammy attempts to act villainous if you ask me."

In the audience, Kyoka clapped her hands together as she exclaimed, "Boom! Called it!"

Turning to regard Kyoka, Yui of class 1-B said, "Oh I'm sure he isn't that bad."

"Whenever Tenya tries to play the role of a villain for whatever reason," Kyoka began dryly, "His quote unquote 'villainous' acting comes off as so incredibly hammy that you can literally taste ham in your mouth."

In the audience, Tenya slumped in his seat, giving off a defeated air as he said, "Yeah, I know my acting as a villain isn't the most convincing in the world..."

"Have Bakugo play the villain role next time we need someone to do it," Mineta suggested, "He's got the act down so good that it's pretty much actually being a bad guy."

"Uhh, no," Bakugo retaliated, "We'll have you do it instead Grape Head, since there's not anyone more evil than a pervert." This comment got a lot of people cheering, as well as throw dissing shouts at Mineta.

"I very much doubt that Tenya has anything to do with this case, girls," Aizawa replied, "And we have reason to believe that Hagakure was the one who robbed Yaoyorozu, so until we can get things cleared, the two-hundred thousand yen that we're currently keeping in the tan sealed bag in the storage closet as evidence will-"

"Wait Shouta," Nemuri said, a hint of worry in her tone, "That money was evidence?"

A number of the girls, as well as the other UA staff members there, all turned to face the eighteen only hero. "Nemuri..." Aizawa began, his tone making it clear that he was going to most likely get upset slash disappointed at Nemuri.

"...She had no idea that it was evidence," Yaoyorozu in the audience said dryly, "Took it for herself and spent all of it, didn't she?"

"I would have asked about it first at least!" Nemuri declared.

...

Later, the girls were all hanging out. "I can't believe it," Yaoyorozu huffed, "How can it take the school so long to get to the bottom of this?"

"And to make matters worse, Nemuri-sensei owes you two-hundred thousand yen now," Itsuka remarked, "She'll be in deep for a while, mark my words."

"Well at the very least, we can agree that Hagakure had nothing to do with this whole mess unlike what Aizawa-sensei thinks, right?" Kyoka asked.

At that point, some of the girls looked unsure. "...Well she is the most likely to be able to pull it off without getting caught," Yui commented.

"I can't really trust anyone who says such horrible things about Eijiro's dorm room," Kinoko said, "His room is awesome and loaded with his personality."

"Kinoko is crushing on Kirishima again!" Mina in the audience exclaimed in amusement as she pointed at the theater screen while Kinoko shrank into her theater seat.

"...Wow, I had no idea that comment I made struck a chord with so many," Hagakure said, "Sorry again if my comment about your room from the dorm room contest hurt your feelings, Kirishima."

Shrugging, Kirishima replied, "Just...be careful with what you say from now on, alright?"

Speaking up, Uraraka said, "I told Izuku about it, and he agrees that there's no way Hagakure could be responsible because it just doesn't fit her personality."

"Todoroki also said that he just can't see Hagakure being a Robin Hood-esque vigilante," Reiko commented.

"Well regardless, we need to do something to prove Hagakure's innocence," Setsuna stated.

Shrugging, Kyoka said, "I'm pretty sure that Tenya is involved because those notes that had been left behind reek of his hammy villain personality he uses whenever he has to play the bad guy role. Just to be safe, let's go grab All Might's detective friend Mr. Naomasa and have him use his quirk while interrogating Tenya."

"Mr. Naomasa is gone on vacation and won't be back for a while," Uraraka pointed out, "So we're on our own here."

Snapping his fingers, Aizawa in the audience said, "Damn, there goes the failsafe. Naomasa usually clearer the air and helps uncover what really happened."

Shrugging, Tenya said, "Well maybe it really was me like how Kyoka suspects, so now they just need to get the me in that realm to confess."

Pounding a fist into her hand, Pony said, "It's obvious that it's Tenya, so let's go beat the shit out of him and make him spill fucking everything!"

The other girls all looked at Pony with surprised looks, not able to believe what all of them had just heard the half-American girl say. "...Wow, Pony," Ibara began, "I, umm, would have to say that your Japanese is a lot more polished now. Must be because your new boyfriend is giving you some...colorful language lessons."

Nodding in agreement, Pony said with a happy smile and an innocent tone, "I learned a lot of strong language from Bakugo!"

"Again with Bakugo dating the hot part American girl!" Mineta in the audience exclaimed out of clear jealousy, "How does he keep getting so lucky?!"

Crossing his arms over his chest, Bakugo said, "Because despite how I'm one of the baddest motherfuckers ever, even I know how to treat a girl right, unlike you who is so horrifically lewd that I wouldn't be surprised if a girl decides to off herself just to get away from you!"

Gesturing to the big screen, Itsuka said in a dry tone, "And you call corrupting Pony by letting her passively learn foul language from you 'treating a girl right'."

"Hey, at least I'm not tricking her unlike the hysteric holler monkey in your class," Bakugo shot back.

Monoma, with a bemused look on his face, said, "Oi."

"In...any case, " Mina said, "We need to do what we can to prove Hagakure's innocence, because there's no way she robbed Yaoyorozu." The other girls all cheered in agreement as the lot of them went on the hunt for answers.

...

Kyoka, deciding to take the bull by the horns as it were, went right up to Tenya, who was her number one suspect. After she confronted him with all of the evidence, she told him to just save everyone a lot of trouble and confess.

"I'm sorry but I have no idea what you are talking about," Tenya said, "Besides, if I did want to do something along the lines of leaving money anonymously in the rooms of our lower class fellows, then why would I resort to stealing said money from Yaoyorozu?" Folding his arms over his chest, Tenya pointed out in a dry tone, "You forget that I'm from a very financially well off family as well."

"Yeah, but you and your folks aren't exactly two-hundred thousand yen pocket money wealthy unlike Yaoyorozu," Kyoka pointed out.

Tenya, arching a wry eyebrow, said, "...Does she seriously carry that much cash on hand? And here I thought that she had more sense than that."

"The boy on screen seems to agree with the you here, Spinner," Stain in the audience remarked casually, "And I have to agree with it as well."

"Just for the record, I do have more sense than to carry two-hundred thousand yen in cash on hand," Yaoyorozu stated.

Even though she still strongly suspected Tenya, Kyoka had to back down for the time being as he did bring up a point or two. She decided to go check on how the other girls were doing.

...

Things were not looking good for the girls; they had failed to find any irrefutable proof that said Hagakure didn't steal from Yaoyorozu. "We'll just try again in the morning," Itsuka said as she and the other first year hero course girls returned to their dorm buildings for the night, intending to tackle the matter in the morning.

...And they got a fresh start too, given that not only did Yaoyorozu wake up to find the three-hundred thousand yen in cash that was in her wallet missing, but a note was left in its place that was clearly from whoever wrote the notes from last time. Also, Uraraka and Reiko found that Yaoyorozu's money was split between them, and left with notes of their own.

"The Sherwood Bandits have struck again!" Toga in the audience exclaimed as she pointed at the big theater screen.

"Oh, so now it's THREE-hundred thousand yen in cash!" Spinner said, "What the literal hell?!"

The girls submitted the notes to Aizawa and Hizashi ss evidence, and Aizawa, knowing what happened the last time, decided to tell Yaoyorozu to just keep the money. "This has to be proof of Hagakure's innocence, Aizawa-sensei!" Kyoka exclaimed, "She wasn't even on UA campus at the time!"

Shrugging, Hizashi said, "She could have just taken her clothes off to be fully invisible and then sneak her way onto campus." Aizawa nodded in agreement. As the girls were starting to complain, they were cut off when Nezu, Toshinori and Naomasa came walking over, leading Hagakure with them.

"Yeah, I just got back from vacation and Toshinori told me what was up," Naomasa said, "So I had Hagakure come to the station and interrogated her with my quirk. She's innocent."

Throwing his hands up into the air, Aizawa in the audience said, "I knew it!"

Gesturing to the theater screen, Toshinori remarked, "And once again Naomasa saves the day."

Breathing a sigh of relief, Hagakure said, "Whew! For a second there it seemed like I might have been in a bit of trouble."

"We're going to be reinstating miss Hagakure, by the way," Nezu informed everyone, "And we will also be doing a proper job of apologizing for the misunderstanding." With his gaze somewhat more aimed at Aizawa, Nezu said, "Are we clear?"

Knowing that he had fucked up, Aizawa said, "*sigh* ...Yes, sir." After Nezu, Toshinori and Naomasa took their leave, Aizawa and Hizashi gestured for Hagakure to go and join the rest of the girls. "Nezu does have a point," remarked the underground hero, "I'm very sorry for having suspected you of robbing Yaoyorozu, Hagakure."

Shrugging, the invisible girl said, "Frankly, I'm just glad to be back in UA."

"Maybe Hagakure could help with finding whoever the quote unquote 'Sherwood Bandits' are and help stop them from continuing to rob Yaoyorozu while redistributing the money around," Setsuna remarked.

Pounding a fist into her hand, Kyoka said, "I say that since Mr. Naomasa is back, we get him to work his magic on Tenya who has to be the one behind all of this! Those notes that were left were way too hammy to have been anyone else's work!"

"Now girls, we can't abuse the good detective's quirk like that," Hizashi said, "Besides, Tenya has no reason to rob Yaoyorozu because he's rich as well, remember?"

Gesturing to the big screen, Aizawa said, "As much as the Hizashi on screen has a good point, there's no other way to truly resolve what happened in this realm."

Shrugging, Hizashi replied, "I like it when I have a good point."

Although the girls were stuck in their hunt for who it ie that keeps going Robin Hood and taking Yaoyorozu's money to redistribute it, Hagakure was proven innocent and she had been accepted back into UA.

...

That night when everyone was asleep, Yaoyorozu was out cold in her bed as four darkly clothed persons snuck onto her room. One of them found her wallet as all of them searched around, opened it to remove all of the money inside, left a note, and proceeded to leave.

One of the mysterious individuals paused, went over to Yaoyorozu where she laid, turned around and hunched over slightly so that their butt was aimed at Yaoyorozu's face and proceeded to cut a rather notable fart into Yaoyorozu's face before leaving with his or her fellows.

"One of them farted in my face while I was sleeping?!" Yaoyorozu in the audience exclaimed, "What the hell?!" While Yaoyorozu was pissed, a number of audience members were all laughing their asses off, including a fair portion of the UA students, but some others such as some of the villains, Hizashi, Emi and Mirko.

The first three thieves were waiting outside of Yaoyorozu's dorm room for their fellow who went and passed gas into the face of the sleeping Yaoyorozu. That fourth thief came out, gently and quietly closed the door behind them, then took their mask off, revealing themselves to be Juzo of class 1-B.

"JUZO?!" most of the audience members from UA exclaimed. As for Juzo himself, he shrank down into his theater seat out of embarrassment.

The other three thieves took their masks off, revealing themselves to be Monoma, Sen and Kosei. "Well boys, I'd say that our merry-making is a work in progress," Monoma commented to his fellow class 1-B boys.

"I just hope Yosetsu never finds out we've been periodically robbing the girl that he has a crush on," Kosei remarked.

Turning to face Juzo, Sen asked in a curious tone, "Speaking of Yosetsu's crush, why did you fart in her face before we left, Juzo?"

Shrugging indifferently, Juzo replied, "Because fuck her." The four boys from class 1-B then left to go redistribute the money they had stolen from the rich and to the poor.

FIN

"...Tenya was innocent?!" Kyoka in the audience said, "And what's more it was a bunch of boys from class 1-B?"

"And it was Juzo who farted in Yaoyorozu's face?" Yosetsu exclaimed.

"I swear I'd never do that for real!" Juzo exclaimed.

Down in front of the big theater screen, Kotaro said to Tale, "...Yeah, I wasn't expecting that either."

Nodding in agreement with Kotaro, Tale replied, "Well who was, I ask you?"

END OF CHAPTER

Author's notes;

Yeah, robbery accusations were the best that I could come up with for Hagakure, and I'm sorry if some of you were expecting Tenya to be at least partly responsible given what the notes implied. Anyway, the next chapter should be out before too long, provided I don't have to rely on public Internet due to issues at home.
