Months passed by fairly quickly for the two after that night. They fell into a routine, Hawks would wake to Izumi already finishing breakfast. Keigo would come up behind to kiss her cheek distracting her while he stole a piece of bacon. After breakfast, Keigo goes to work and Izumi lays out on the couch laptop on her lab doing her analyst of villains and heroes alike.
Then for lunch Izumi having already prepared lunch would join Keigo in his office. When they finished Keigo and Izumi toke to the training room to figure out what her quirk could do. Izumi found out the flames she controlled had two different modes. Her golden flames were offensive but she could turn them a beautiful green that could heal wounds. the duo decided to register it under the name ' Phoenix'.
Once work was finished for the day they would cuddle together on the couch watching a movie before bed. Keigo usually fell asleep trapping Izumi in his arms so she would end up sleeping there too.
When Keigo would get the weekend off they spent them off in another city. Visiting the sites and trying the signature dishes. Izumi was always excited about the hot spring inn they stayed at. Though both also loved getting back to work at the end of their vacation.
