3rd Person's P.O.V
The winged duo's routine changed when school started up. Izumi would be gone before Keigo woke up, leaving a plate of breakfast in the oven. Always having a small note, wishing him a good morning and a happy day. Keigo would bring the note to work with him, looking at it every time he felt down.
After school, Izumi would head home alone, her classmates wanting nothing to do with her. She hated taking the train after some guy had plucked one of her feathers just because they were pretty. she slapped the man and had moved to sit next to a boy her age with a bird's head. The two had become friends after that incident, exchanging numbers promising to keep in touch. Even Dark Shadow liked Izumi calling her 'Golden Bird'.
Tokoyami and Izumi would have lunch together on the roof away from everyone else. Even when the press invaded the school, they just watched from the edge, laughing at the other students who ran into walls. They could barely breathe they laughed so hard. When Keigo heard what happened, he did the same. Keigo didn't mind his tiny girlfriend's bird boy for one simple reason, the teen is gay for his classmate, Shoji Mezo.
Izumi's P.O.V
Shifting over away from the man next to me, Fumikage couldn't make the train. His class was having a special trip today, meaning he had to get to school early. Walking off the train, I rushed out of the station and down the street hoping to shake off this uneasy feeling. Looking back, I saw the man from the train following me. Taking out my phone, I texted Keigo and Fumikage about the man using the distress alarm. I was able to send it before being grabbed from behind, cloth over my face stopping me from screaming. Black dots clouded my vision, mind feeling muddled
" Mph..." I slumped over not being able to fight off the drug coating the cloth. 'Keigo' was my last thought before passing out.
3rd Person P.O.V

Everyone stared at Fumikage as he pulled out his phone in a hurry when a loud alarm blared from it.
" Izumi" he whispered out seeing the message for only a moment before his phoned sparked and died.
Fumikage dropped his phone in shock, not paying attention to his classmate's too worried about his friend's safety. Above his shoulders, Dark shadow emerged scowling when villains appeared from a portal of mist
"Golden Bird" the raven shaped shadowed cried out, seeing Izumi limp over a villain's shoulders. Her hands and wings tied together, tape over her mouth.
