After Gwen announced to Eddie that she no longer wanted to see him due to his douchebag personality and his exposure as a fake photographer, he went to a bar and got completely drunk until he was thrown out due to raging in a fight.
Bartender: Anything to drink?
Eddie: I'll take the strongest type of alcoholic drink you got.
Bartender: Here you go.
Eddie: Thanks. (gulps it down and gets more in order to drain his sorrows away) More please.
Bartender: Here you go. Last one?
Eddie: Last one? No I want more than 2!
Bartender: Sorry dude, that's the policy. So suck it up!
Eddie: Fine! (gulps in down again)
Bartender: Say aren't you that fake photographer for The Daily Bugle.
Eddie: Yep that's me. Got fired after the other photographer Peter Parker exposed me. Now my dreams have been destroyed, lost the girl of my dreams, and got kicked out of my apartment.
Bartender: That's what you deserve so deal with it.
Eddie: What did you just say?!
Bartender: You heard me. Suck it up!
Eddie then punches the bartender and goes behind the counter to drink as much as he can which results in a fight between the bartenders and himself.
Manager: Hey! Stop! (knocks Eddie down)
Eddie: Get your hands off me!
Manager: Guys throw him out!
Eddie: No give me another drink now!
Manager: You are not allowed in here ever again!
Eddie: Aaahhhhhhh!
Eddie then spends until the night time hiding behind an alleyway thinking about his future and how it's going to be the end of him soon. He then decided to walk towards the Jazz Club to relax and get more drunk until he sees Peter with Gwen. This caused his hatred towards Peter to rise to it's highest causing him to go to the local catholic church.
