At the catholic church Eddie enters with putting on holy grease on his forehead while Peter tries to get rid of the black suit for good.
Eddie: It's Brock sir, Edward Brock Jr. I come before you today. Humbled and humiliated, to ask you for one thing. I want you to kill Peter Parker. He has ruined my life the best way he could and he just needs to be sent to hell for good.
Once the bell rang and Peter screamed, he got up to check it out since it sounded familiar. He went to the clock tower to look above and it looked like Peter was Spider-Man.
Eddie: Parker?
After a few seconds of trying to figure out if Peter was Spider-Man, a piece of the symbiote landed on his hoodie making him taking it off scared of it. He caught a piece of it on purpose and the whole symbiote lands on him telling him all of Spider-Man's secrets including his identity as Peter Parker. He then becomes Venom with an ultimate goal to kill Spider-Man for good. As Peter, escaped from the tower naked and tried to web swing home as he could, Venom web swinged up their to find out he had been gone.
Venom: Parker? Where did he go? (looks in the mirror) Yes, this suit gives me the power to destroy Spider-Man once and for all! Together we will call ourselves Venom!
Venom then finds Sandman. The two team up to kill Spider-Man using Mary-Jane Watson as bait. From the Stacy household, Gwen notices on camera that Eddie is Venom after a brief pause and zoom. She then drives over to the construction site to watch the fight and try to get Eddie to his own senses even though she didn't want to go back to him. She makes it just when Harry as The New Goblin attacks Sandman with his goblin bomb.
Captain Stacy: Gwen! What are you doing here?!
Gwen: I just found out that Eddie is that Venom creature up there trying to kill Spider-Man!
Captain Stacy: No way! It can't be!
Gwen: It's true! Just believe me when he gets revealed by Spider-Man himself!
Captain Stacy: We'll see about that!
After the battle, Spider-Man as Peter Parker with his real clothes on and Mary-Jane Watson come out from the bottom of the construction building and bring out Harry as the New Goblin unmasked.
Jameson: Parker! I was looking all over for you!
Guy: Weren't you Spider-Man?
Parker: No I wasn't. It must've been someone that resembled me.
Reporter: Is this Harry as another Green Goblin.
Mary-Jane: Yes, but he was the New Goblin but had a change of heart after finding out that his dad was the first Green Goblin who tried to kill Spider-Man but killed himself.
Reporter: Mr. Parker, were you one of Sandman and Venom's hostages in the site.
Parker: Yes I was and I'm glad Spider-Man came just in time before Venom could kill me. I took photos of some of the battle for you Jameson. Venom was actually ex-photographer Eddie Brock.
(The crowd gasps)
Gwen: Told you daddy.
Jameson: No wonder why he chose you to be another hostage to kill.
Parker: As for Sandman, he told me that he accidently killed my Uncle Ben so I ended up forgiving him for that. He seems to have reformed by giving up his criminal ways.
Reporter: Unbelievable!
Parker: And Eddie died with the symbiote, after Spider-Man used one of Harry's goblin bombs to destroy it.
Captain Stacy: Relief that he's gone for good.
Gwen: Yep
After the interview, Peter walks over to Gwen to apologize to her about last night at the Jazz Club.
Peter: Gwen, I just wanted to say I'm sorry for using you at the Jazz Club to make Mary-Jane jealous. I was going through a hard time and…
Gwen: I forgive you Pete.
Peter: How about we start over again by going somewhere else. Not for a date but just to chat and such.
Gwen: I'd love that Pete. I'll contact you and we can set something up.
Peter: Great! Good luck on that physics final! We can study more if you'd like!
Gwen: I'd love that!
