"So what have you gathered us after school for, some kind of new club?" Reiko said. "Ohmygosh! It's the Summoners!"
"That's enough of that," Kenshin said. "We know each other."
"You really think they remember?" Kurai said.
"Of course we do, but I was protecting my Princess." Reiko said.
"You were protecting her?" Sanosuke scoffed.
"C-come on Summoners, you can trust me..." Reiko said nervously.
"The Priestess ordered us to protect you from the Youma and that is what we are going to do." Yahiko said, and opened the door to Karaoke Crown, and their secret room.
"Whoa you guys really worked hard on this, picking something our Kurai likes." Reiko said.
"All Lunarians love music." Kenshin said to Kurai. "Remember?"
The song "Search for Your Love" danced through her head again, but she didn't remember anything.
"Now Kurai, would you like to go out on a date while the others stay here?" Kenshin said. "Yahiko and Sanosuke will be Reiko's bodyguards."
"Well, as long as they're safe, I'd love to go out!" Kurai said.

Kenshin led Kurai to Joyland, a theme park in Juuban.
"You like music, I know that..." Kenshin said. "Do you like my music?"
"Of course I do!" Kurai said. "When you play...I feel at home. Originally I didn't like your music at all. I don't like boy bands and I don't like concerts. But then, hearing you play..."
Kenshin smirked and took her on the Ferris Wheel. Kurai laughed and pointed out Karaoke Crown below.
"I wonder if Reiko and Mana are alright...if they're even alive..." Kurai said sadly. "I can't believe I couldn't protect them. Why am I so weak when the rest of you are so strong?"
"Kurai, you are not weak." Kenshin said. "You're power is different from ours. It's unknown. You became a warrior after we were all dead and in doing so you saved everyone. You are the Soldier of Salvation."
In response, Kurai leaned in and kissed Kenshin. "Thank you Kenshin. You know I love you."
Those were the words he wanted to hear most, but Kenshin tried to play it cool. "Yeah. Me too."
