A/N: So this idea was inspired by a pm from wrestlefreak36 who wanted another harem fic. I hope you enjoy.
It was Thanksgiving, so as they had done for the last ten years, Clark Kent and his family made their way to the house of Frank Reagan, the current Police Commissioner of New York City, and the father of Clark's wife Erin.
Clark had barely raised his hand to knock when the door was thrown open, revealing a smiling Eddie Reagan standing there.
"You could have waited till I knocked." Clark said, and Eddie laughed before she embraced him.
"I could have, but where's the fun in that?" She asked, and he laughed before walking inside, the rest of his family following after embracing Eddie.
"Well it's about time you got here." Jaime said as he walked out of the kitchen to meet them, handing Clark a beer.
"Sorry, someone couldn't decide what to wear." Clark said, hearing a growl from behind him in response. Clark just smiled before following Jaime to the dining room where the rest of the family was sitting. And what a unique family it was. There was Erin's father Frank, the current Police Commissioner and his father Henry who had been the PC before Frank. Then there was Frank's sons Danny and Jaime and their wives Linda and Eddie. Sean and Jack were beside their mother, arguing over who was going to win the football game this year. Erin and Clark's daughter Nikki had driven down from college and was with her husband Grant Ward.
"Nat always did have trouble deciding what weapons to use for an op." Clint Barton joked from where he was standing on the other side of the room, his wife Lara and their son and daughter beside him.
"Barton, the only trouble I'm going to have is to decide how badly to hurt you." Natasha replied, and Clint just rolled his eyes.
"As if."
"Uh, remind me who kicked your ass during the Chitari invasion?" Grant asked, making Barton roll his eyes.
"She got lucky."
"If you want to settle this-"
"Okay you two. No fighting before dinner." Frank spoke up, just as the doorbell rang again.
"I've got it." Clark said, heading over to the door, where he found Jack and Terry Bauer standing outside with NCIS Agents Leroy Jethro Gibbs, Tony DiNozzo, and Tim McGee. Gibbs wife Jenny, Tim wife Abby and Tony's wife Jeanne were with them, leaving Nick Fury and Phil Colson as the only two on the doorstep without dates. After exchanging greetings, they all walked into the dining room.
"You know, there's gotta be a rule somewhere about having an arms dealer at dinner." Jaime said, making the others laugh.
"I think that given how many feds are here we can overlook it tonight." Jack Bauer said from where he was embracing his daughter.
"Good, now we just have to wait on the others and we can get started." Linda spoke up, just as the doorbell rang for the second time.
"Speak of the devil." Danny joked, laughing when his wife slapped the back of his head.
"I'm sorry we're late. Wayne's flight was delayed, and I had a situation come up." David Palmer said as he and his brother and the current President walked into the dining room.
"Not a problem Mr. President." Frank replied.
"I've told you all, call me David." The current Director of the CIA said.
"And we've told you sir, that's not something we can do. Is this situation something we need to worry about?" Jack asked.
"I'll brief you all in the morning." Wayne replied, and Jack just nodded as Jakes, Johnny and Briggs came into the house.
"Well, I guess we can get started." Nikki said, laughing at the finally that came from Danny and Jaime.
A couple hours later, once everyone had eaten their fill, the large family sat around the living room.
"Is it time Dad?" Clark's younger daughter Sophie asked, and Clark laughed.
"Are you sure you want to hear it again Sophie? I think you've got it memorized by now." He laughed.
"You know it's tradition Clark. Don't make me make it an order." Wayne spoke up, and Clark laughed while Sophie just grinned at the current President. Wayne responded with a wink for one of his two favorite nieces, making Clark's wife Erica roll her eyes at The President's antics.
Clark looked over at each of his wives, amazed that he got so lucky. Amazed that Kim Bauer, Erin Reagan, Charlie Demarco, Paige Arkin, Erica Reid, Kensi Blye, Ziva David, Natasha Romanoff, Melinda May, Bobbi Morse and Daisy Jonson fell in love with him.
Fifteen Years Ago- Smallville Kansas
"Clark can you get that?" His mom yelled as the doorbell rang.
"Sure thing mom!" The seventeen year old called back, heading over to the door.
He immediately tensed as he opened the door, seeing a beautiful redhead with green eyes standing there. She was perhaps the most beautiful woman he had ever seen, but she was also a stranger. And in a town like Smallville, strangers usually meant trouble.
"You say the sweetest things you know that?" Natasha interjected, and Clark chuckled.
"Can I help you Miss-"
"Romanoff. Natasha Romanoff. We need to talk Mr. Kent. Alone."
"What about?" He asked, not moving from where he stood. Every instinct he had was telling him to slam the door in her face or grab his parents and run.
"Kal. Morgan Edge and Club Atlantis. Two years ago." She replied, and he walked out, telling his mother that he was talking to a friend before shutting the door behind him.
"What do you want Miss Romanoff?"
"Like I said, just to talk." She replied easily, and he glared.
"So talk." He replied, but she shook her head.
"Not here. Somewhere a bit more private."
"And if I refuse?"
"I'm afraid I would have to insist."
"And if I still said no?"
A moment later he felt something pierce his neck and he fell to the ground unconscious.
"Like I said. I'd have to insist." She said, tapping a communicator in her ear.
"Secure the house."
SHIELD Helicarrier
Clark opened his eyes, finding himself seated in a chair in an otherwise empty room. There were no windows and only a single door, but what it led to he couldn't tell. It wasn't even safe to break his bonds with the two camera's that were on either end of the room. Although he suspected that Natasha and whoever she worked for already knew about his abilities, it wouldn't do to give them anymore information than they already had.
"You know, this isn't a great first impression."
"Then let's see what we can do to change that." Natasha said as she walked into the room, a beautiful blonde and brunette following behind her.
"Well you can start by letting me go." He replied.
"I think we all know those ropes aren't holding you." She replied, and he glared, resisting the urge to show her just how right she was. Instead he just shook his head.
"I've got no idea what you're talking about. But I will admit, I'm curious."
"About?" She asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Where's Charlie?" He asked, making the three laugh. Melinda May, Bobbi Morse and Natasha Romanoff were the furthest possible thing from angels. They were three of SHIELD's top assassins, and they were quickly finding that Clark wasn't what they had expected. They had expected a terrified farmboy. He was calm, cocky, almost arrogant. Whether he realized it or not, he had natural talent that made him an ideal candidate for SHIELD.
"We're not angels. We're agents for the Strategic Homeland Intervention Enforcement and Logistics Division. But you can just call us SHIELD." May said.
"Alright then. I know who's holding me. Now let's get to the important stuff...What do you people want from me?"
"You've done good work in Smallville. Handled things that would make other people either go insane or die. We would like your help dealing with threats that affect more than your little slice of the world. Threats that could result in the death of thousands."
"You've got a funny recruitment pitch. Knocking me out. Kidnapping me and taking me to God knows where. My parents will be-"
His eyes widened as the thought crossed his mind.
"Did you touch them?"
"No. They're safe." Natasha replied, completely honest. The Kent's had been knocked unconscious, courtesy of SHIELD's new twilight darts. They would wake up in the morning with no memory of the last twelve hours.
"So what happens now?"
Bobbi walked over to the chair, pulling out a knife and cutting his bonds.
"Now you make a decision. You can help us. Or we can shoot you with this." She said, pulling out a twilight dart.
"It's a twilight dart. You'll be knocked out, and when you wake up tomorrow you won't remember any of this. Or you can help us. We'll teach you, train you to help people. Well, more than you already do."
"I'll have to kill." He said. It was a statement, not a question, but the three nodded nonetheless.
"Yes. But we'll help you through it."
For a moment Clark was silent. Part of him wanted to say no, to go back to the life he had when he woke up this morning. But another part of him wanted more, wanted to make a real difference in the world. He wanted to be around people who didn't think he was some kind of freak. These three obviously knew he was different, but they didn't act like he would have expected. They didn't talk overly much about his gifts. They simply offered him a choice. And that made all the difference.
"I want my family protected. My friend's too. And no one ever find's out what I have done." He said, and Natasha nodded.
"Agreed. Besides, the last ones kind of a requirement. Spies don't want everyone knowing what we do."
"Okay. Now can I get out of here? I missed lunch." He said, and they laughed.
"C'mon rookie. I'll buy. Then we'll give you the tour." Melinda said, and They walked out of the room. As he walked out of the room and into the hallway beyond, Clark knew that he had left his old life behind. He had entered a whole new world, the young man only hoping that he was ready for the challenges he was going to have to face.
