"Here it is!"
Pinkie Pie slide the drink towards Rainbow Dash. The rainbow pegasus stared at it with suspicion.
The drink was rather pretty looking. A mystery soda that was somehow every color of the rainbow, even after Pinkie gave it a little mix with a straw.
"Alright, what's wrong with it?" Rainbow asked, raising an eyebrow.
"What do you mean?" Pinkie gave her a little tilt of her head.
"You just so happened to invent a rainbow colored soda after we decided to prank those ponies."
"Yup! It was so hard to keep the colors separated, and I'm glad to say I was able to find a way, if I'm allow to brag."
Rainbow still narrowed her eyes. "And how am I suppose to know it isn't filled with stuff from the weather factory?"
Pinkie gasped. "Why would I do such a thing? I mean, how could I even get it?"
"Really?"
"Oh, come on." She waved her hoof around the clear glass. "How about I take a sip? I'll prove to you that it's completely safe to drink. See?"
Pinkie locked her lips over the straw's tip and drink the glass's contents. It was no trick of the eye as the soda slowly disappears until the glass was half full.
The pink earth pony smacked her lips together in satisfaction. "Yummy?"
Rainbow still stared at her in suspicion, but decided. "Okay, fine. I'll drink it."
She pulled the drink towards her and took a sip from the straw, but from that single sip, spiciness hit her tongue.
"Ggah!" Rainbow screamed in pain, steam coming out of her ears and mouth as she became several different colors of the rainbow in a flash.
Coughing, Rainbow shouted, "How isn't it affecting you?!"
"Oh, it is." Pinkie Pie casually said.
Then at the drop of a hat, steam came out of her ears and mouth as she wring under the heat of the drink, changing colors just as Rainbow did before.
