- Roman Torchwick is killed by the Reds and Blues.

- Cinder's Faction is forced into hiding after their plot to attack Beacon is exposed.

- Vale's White Fang branch weakens.

- The weakness and ineffectiveness of the four kingdoms is revealed, social political and economic reforms are drawn up.

- Fall Maiden powers are absorbed by Kaikaina Grif

- Agent Washington's Cerebral Hypoxia is cured.

- The Coalition is formed.

- The Remnant Wars begin.

The Torchwick Crisis (also known as The New Insurgency) was an armed guerilla war fought in the Kingdom of Vale and its territories. It was fought mostly between The Red and Blue Simulation Troopers of Project Freelancer led by Lavernius Tucker, and The White Fang led by Roman Torchwick. The first major battle was in northern Sanus when the White Fang attempted to raid the town for resources. They were stopped by the Reds and Blues, who forced them to retreat. The Blood Gulch Crew would later launch their own terror attacks against the faunus extremists, upon realizing they are a threat to their friends Teams RWBY and JNPR. Which quickly caught the attention of the global community. The last major battle was fought in Vale in an event known as The Breach. Roman Torchwick was killed, and the discovery of a plot to attack Beacon Academy was revealed to the public. The plot itself was orchestrated by Cinder Fall, Torchwick's puppet master. Cinder and her associates went into hiding and the Whit Fang's control over Vale weaken severely. The crisis was major turning point in Remnant's history, as it showed the weakness and ineffectivness of the four kingdoms. While also aspiring hope that White Fang could be defeated. Major social, political, and economic reforms were proposed by the kingdoms. While the Reds and Blues would form a secret alliance with Ozpin's Inner Circle and the Atlas Military, thus sparking the Remnant Wars.
