"You're an entitled piece of shit. You're just a pot smoking good for nothing, Kids today, yeah, they don't want to work. I made mistakes, I'll admit, I gave you participation trophies, Maybe I'm to blame, maybe I'm not. All the books I read proclaimed That they had cracked the secret Of instructing me on how to raise a man, And yet a quarter century elapsed, And what do you have you to show for it? You play with the piano while I work."

Gore warning. Also, sorry it's a small chapter.

Spinel heard a rustle. She shot up, watching the door open and a figure step in. She pounced at it full force, sending it tumbling. She pinned it easily, paw placed on its chest fluff, claws unsheathed. She snarled, then widened her eyes to see that 'Connie' character. "Oh. It's just you.." she walked over her, sitting beside the sleeping hybrid, poking him with her claw. He groaned, sitting up. "What is it..?"

"v-visitor." She huffed, glaring at connie, looking her up and down, before walking to the balcony.

Connie sat beside Steven. "You doin alright?" She asked.

"Yeah.. I'm more concerned for spinel, though." He replied.

Connie nodded, "yeah, she attacks ANYONE who comes in.. it's kinda scary..."

"Well.. I'm sure she will get better soo--" "AAAAAAA!!!!"

Steven shot up, shaking. The scream came from the balcony. He rushed over, only to be greeted by the twitching body of the once vicious, now bleeding out from the stomach and throat, pink cat-gem. Her eyes were wide like moons. Blood poured from her mouth and wounds, yet she hadn't poofed yet.

Steven screamed. "GO GET THE GEMS!" He didn't want to yell, but he was in a state of panic. Connie rushed off.

They arrive, only to be greeted by a pool of blood, no-one in sight, but a note.

"Hello, Gems. Surrender or we finish off your 'pink diamonds.' Have fun :)"
