(Clinton POV)
We arrived back at base as Bella greeted us with a hug except for Kelly as she pushed past her and headed into the Hologram room as we followed her as I took off my mask and placed my goggles around my neck as I looked at them.
"Well...Looks like Arizona is done with all these Myths attack." I said as Arizona was finally cleared of all attacks from Myths as I sighed looking at the Map of the US. So far we've cleared two bases within these five months. We still got three more to go but we need to move. We can't stay here since there's nothing left to do with the spawn point now destroyed.
"So now what?" Bella asked as she was looking at the map with a building in Arizona and a building in Detroit was marked in a red x.
"Isn't it obvious? We head off to the next one" Kelly said rolling her eyes. I sighed shaking my head at the two before we heard the monitor behind us go static. We turned around as it turned black as I reached out to one of my guns.
"Easy there Clinton Pamplona. It is just us" The voice said as me, Bri, and Kelly recognized the voice as the one who sent us here.
"What do you want now?" Kelly asked annoyed at the voice showing up just as they were done.
"Simple. You need to move to Forks, Washington. It seems the universe is trying to keep on its track with you three here" The voice said as the screen went back to normal. I looked at them as Bri sighed.
"I'll go look for a vacant house for us to live in. Hopefully somewhere secluded" Bri said as she left towards her room.
"I'll...go play some games. I know you two can do handle these things" Kelly said smirking as I blinked before pouting.
"Oh come on..." I said as Kelly left chuckling to herself before I turned to Bella.
"I'll go see if my mom can let me live with you guys instead of my dad," Bella said as she left quickly leaving me alone as I sat down thinking.
What are they talking about? Why do they want us to move to a small town? I have a lot of questions in my mind right now but I sighed as I knew Bella's fate was intertwined with Edward. I thought by keeping her here and being part of the team. It would prevent that, but I was wrong. It seemed that fate has others plan and I'll gladly play by its rules.
(The Next Day)
The group was packing up everything as the base was inside a cube including some vehicles that they didn't want anyone to know. I looked at the house we're staying at for the last five months.
"Gonna miss this place?" Kelly asked me as I just smirked.
"Maybe. It is our first house that we stayed at for the last few months" I said to her as she snorted.
"Uh-huh. First dibs on choosing our rooms in our new house." Kelly said as she went the Hummer we were using to drive there.
"I'm not surprised at this point. I'm kinda surprised your parents allowed you to stay with us" Bri said as she placed her suitcase in the back as Bella did the same.
"Yeah well, As long as I visit my Dad. They'll allow it" Bella said as she looked at her as I walked towards the Hummer
"Well...We better get going. We have a long drive ahead of us" I said getting into the driver seat.
"SHOTGUN!" Kelly shouted as I heard Bella and Bri groaned as I snickered as Kelly got in the passenger seat as Bri and Bella got in the back seat as I started driving.
(Alice POV)
"Alice are you sure about what you saw?" Carlisle asks me as I nodded at him while I looked Rosalie looked at me, her face unreadable.
"I'm sure. Mine and Rosalie mates are coming" I said smiling as I couldn't help but smile at the thought since I was finally gonna meet the person I was met to be with. I wonder what he will be like and even if he will accept me considering what he and his group were hunting down.
"What can you tell me about my mate?" Rosalie asked as I smile knowing what her ex-fiancé put her through. She told me that she was bi and I knew that she was scared that whoever this person is might not accept her yet she was happy that she finally has someone.
"Well...The only thing I saw was that she was wearing a mask of some sort with a clock in one eye" I answered as I was a bit nervous since they were hunting monsters that shouldn't exist.
"What do you mean they were hunting monsters?" Edward asked me suspicious as I looked at the others nervously.
"Well...They were...They were hunting monsters like the Minotaur" I said to them as Carlisle's eyes widen at that point.
"The Minotaur but they never existed in the first place. Are you sure?" Carlisle asked me as I nodded since it was the one thing clear in that vision.
"It seems that there is something else behind the scenes. Something that even we or the Volturi don't know" He said as I began thinking wondering if the person, I saw was safe and how long were they doing this. I got up and walked towards the balcony as I looked out at the night sky as I saw a Hummer past by the house driving deeper in the forest.
(Clinton POV)
I kept driving as I saw the house Bri has bought as I looked at the three sleeping girls as I honked the horn causing them to jolt awake in panic as I couldn't help but let out a laugh as I felt they were glaring at me. I kept driving deeper into the forest before stopping seeing our house as it was near a lake.
"What the fuck did you do that for?" Kelly asked me annoyed as I snickered.
"We're here" I said to them as they looked out the window and saw our new house. I knew that Bri has good taste when it comes to things but this one. It looks amazing. It was a nice white house with some stairs going down to the water with a dock and a hanging lounge near the stairs. The house itself was a two-story house with a big garage to fit all our cars in it. It also had a balcony that connects to our rooms. It was a nice house overall.
"Damn...Nice choice Bri" Kelly said as Bri smiled at that as I looked at her in the rear-view as I wondered about a few things.
"So... What are we looking at?" I asked her curiously since from the looks of it we might have a big enough place for some of our vehicles.
"Six rooms each with their one bathroom. A state-of-the-art kitchen. A dock that drives off into the water if we ever want to drive a boat once we buy one. A big living room along with a movie room. Some big rooms we can turn into a game room or something. A garage that's big enough for our cars to fit in along with some extra space. There's also another two floors under the house we can turn into our you know what. There's more but we'll see it in time" Bri said grinning as I couldn't help but smirk at our new house. I saw the moving truck already there as I parked the car in front of the garage as we got out.
"I'm gonna go find my room" Kelly said as she immediately went into the house as Bri and Bella decided to help me sort the boxes into the house so we can put it where it's supposed to be as Kelly came back grinning.
"I found my room" Kelly said as she picked up a box as she started telling the movers where to put her boxes at.
(A few hours later)
(Kelly POV)
I couldn't help but grin looking at my room after I placed my stuff in the place where it was supposed to be. It looks amazing and decorated in my favorite color. The bed was a queen-sized bed with purple sheets beside it was a small cabinet with an alarm clock on it. On it's right was a light purple vanity mirror as to the left of my bed was a couch near the window as I finished placing my clothes in the walk-in closet of my room as I walked to the couch and just sat down as I looked around and was glad I was able to finish in time.
I look out the window as I saw Clinton helping put the cars into the garage as I heard a knock on the door. I went to it as I opened it and saw Bri and Bella. I held back a groan at that point since I didn't want to let my feelings be known.
"Hey, Kelly. Me and Bella are gonna set up the game room. You in?" Bri asked as I nodded since I don't like to admit it but they're amazing at games and quite a challenge which we like since it never gets boring.
"One condition. You show me your rooms" I said to them as the two sighed before reluctantly agreeing as we went to Bella's room first since it was the closest which I didn't like but I have to live with it.
"Well here's my room" Bella said opening the door as me and Bri looked inside and I whistled a bit impressed on how she made her room. It was a simple room with a queen-sized bed with two lantern fixtures hanging on either side of her bed. In front of the bed was a white bench and near the door was a brown desk with her things already on it as near the door leading to her bathroom was a mirror.
"I still can't figure out why you chose this room" Bri said confused. I couldn't help but agree with Bri since it was one of the smallest rooms even though it was still pretty big.
"It suits me quite fine besides I don't have to walk around as much if it was bigger" Bella said as I couldn't help but see her point on that one as we went to Bri room next. I was a bit curious since even at our old house, we never did get to see Bri room that much.
"Well, here it is. May I present my room" Bri said with a bit of a flair to it as I snickered as Bella snorted as Bri opened the door as I was stunned, to say the least since it fitted her. It had a queen-sized bed with white sheets, on it's right was a desk with her laptop alright on it and a lamp as beside it was a bookshelf already filled with books. Near the window were a lean back chair and a footstool with a floor lamp beside the chair.
"Really Bri? More books?" I said teasing her since she and Clinton were known to be smart since they created some devices we tend to use from time to time. Bri blushed slightly but glared at me.
"Yes. More books unlike you. I find reading quite enjoyable" Bri retorted while I pretended to be hurt putting a hand over my heart.
"Bri...How could you? You know I love to read" I said as the two giggled while I pouted as we were heading to the room that we were gonna turn into the game room when we passed by the door to Clinton's room as I looked at it. Bri was giving me a look as she knew what I was gonna do.
"Kelly...No..." Bri said not wanting to go in there without Clinton permission as I just grinned wider.
"Kelly...Yes" I said as opening the door and was just stunned since he was outside a few minutes ago but somehow made his room like this even though he just went in thirty minutes ago. It had a queen-sized bed with gray sheets and pillows. There was a tv hanging in front of it and a small cabinet beside the bed which had a lamp on top of it. There was a desk near the door with a music notebook, his laptop and some books.
Looking at Bri and Bella as they were also stunned at how fast he was able to make his room.
"How?" Bri asked confused about how fast he was able to do it. I can't help but wonder if he used his powers when he was in here.
"He must have used his powers" I said to them somehow annoyed at how fast he was able to do this while it took me a few hours which I couldn't help but be slightly pissed at.
"We'll ask him later. We still need to fix the game room and then I'll kick your butts at Smash Bros." Bella said smirking as I glared at her since she only got lucky one. Maybe two. She got lucky only a few times but this time I'll win.
"Oh no. I'll win this time" I said chasing after her as I want to get the Game Room set up quickly so I can kick her ass at Smash bros.
"No. I'll win" Bri said running past them entering the room as I followed with as Bella was the last one in as we saw we have a lot of work to do.
(Clinton POV)
I closed the Garage as I went inside and looked around wondering where everyone is. I went down to the basement and saw that it was big enough. I took a small cube as I dropped it on the floor as it opened up as it began making the place into our headquarters as a hallway opened up as I went through it as I saw a huge hatch under where I can see the water as I looked around and saw our flight vehicles. I went out as I headed upstairs as I heard shouting as I went to a door and opened it seeing the finished Game room. I was impressed that they finished this quickly as I knocked on the door.
"What is it, Clint?" Kelly asked me looking at me from where she was on the couch while she was upside down.
"Come on. We need to scout this place out" I said to them as the three groaned but got up since they knew it was true. We went to the basement as it looked like a normal basement. I pulled a hammer as a panel opened up as I typed in the code as the elevator opened up as we entered it and took us to our base.
"So...How much area do we need to scout out?" Bri asked as I activated the Hologram table showing Port Angeles, Forks, Washington. It seems we need to cover the town, the forest, and the beach. I began planning each one as I looked at them.
"Forest is too fucking dense for only one of us to scout it" Kelly said looking at the map as I sighed since that what I was afraid of. The forest was extremely challenging since there might be a chance of a monster ambushing one of us.
"Alright. Here's the plan. Two of us will scout the forest. One of us will scout the beach and the final person scouts the city. Remember we only need the general layout so we have an easier time navigating this place" I said to them as they looked at me and nod their heads agreeing with the plan.
"So...Who's going to where?" Bella asked me as I began to think and planning on which Hunter goes to where.
"Bri, you take the beach. Bella, you take Port Angeles. Me and Kelly will take the forest" I said as they nodded since it was a sound plan. Bri is good near where there isn't too much cover for monsters. Bella is quicker to move when she's in the city while Me and Kelly are great in forests since it helps with our stealth.
"Let's suit up then" Kelly said smirking as we suited up in our regular hunting outfits and headed to the garage as our bikes were waiting for us as we got on and drove off.
(Alice POV)
I was in the room drawing what I saw in my vision as I looked at my finished work but I would admit that it gives me the chill seeing it. It was like he was taken out of some sort of Horror Myth. Just what kind of person is he under that mask.
"Alice come on!" I heard Jasper yell outside as I went to the balcony and jumped down and looked at him, Edward, Rosalie, and Emmett as we were gonna hunt to satisfy our thirst.
"Stay safe out there" I heard Esme yell at us as we ran into the woods as I felt the rush of winds through me as we ran into the silence of the forest.
(Thorn POV)
I stopped behind a building as I stopped my Black Harley Buell and activate it's camouflage mode to hide it from prying eyes.
I climbed the ladder and began running jumping from building to building trying to find a high enough point to see the entire town. I know that Kelly doesn't like me, but I hope that I can change her mind at some point. I've been trying to prove myself to them these last few months and Clinton and Bri seemed to accept me as their teammate, but Kelly hasn't yet. The reason I accepted the offer was to help others and in the process, I was able to gain a new family that accepted me and helps me become better than I was before.
"Hey, guys. Come in" I said activating my earpiece as I heard Tobbi telling me to go ahead.
"The town is like a tourist spot. Nothing too serious at the moment. From what I heard most people spend their time here since there's a lot of clothing stores and things to do" I told them as I did see a few cars pass by and some groups.
"Alright. Stay in touch Thorn. If you got nothing else to do head back" Jane told me as I saw a high enough building as I started climbing as I looked at the town below me allowing my mask to scan it completely as I can't help but feel the wind blow past me as I knew something was gonna happen soon and no matter what it is. I'll try to protect what others don't know about and let them live.
"Better head back. Hopefully whatever I'm feeling isn't too serious" I said to myself as I started running back hoping that I just didn't jinx the others.
(Jane POV)
I can't help but think about these last few months. It's been wild sure and we've gotten used to our current line of work but it still haunts me. The fact that I couldn't save someone and it was because of a Werewolf. I got there too late and the worst part was it was an innocent kid that was killed. I could have saved her if I was fast enough. If I wasn't too stubborn to leave Kelly and Clinton to fight the Hydra. I could have saved her. It's why every time I hear we need to kill a werewolf. I'm usually the one to go out there because I want to make up my mistake but I know it won't be enough. I saw that I was near the beach as I slowed down my blue BMW K1200 GT before stopping my bike at the beach border.
I got off and looked around as I started to scan the beach as I started walking around as I felt calm near the water as I breathe in the ocean air enjoying the peace of the night as looked out a bit hoping that I could stay here but I can't. I made a mental note to come back at some point even bring the others for a nice day on the beach as I heard my earpiece turn on.
"Jane. It's Ticci, how you looking?" Ticci asked me through the earpiece as I tapped on it turning on its mic.
"All good here. Nothing seems to be out of the ordinary. From the looks of it we might have to deal with a few water monsters but otherwise nothing" I replied to him scanning the ocean
"Rog, Meet you back at the base later" He said before I deactivated my comms. I keep walking keeping my guard up as I saw a pack of wolves as I hid behind a tree quickly as I peeked out and looked at the pack
"You got to be kidding me. It's a pack of Werewolves" I said before my mask scanned them as it recognized that they're shapeshifters as I gritted my teeth annoyed that I can't kill them since they aren't on the list we need to hunt down. I saw a smallish grey wolf look at where I am as I couldn't help but stare back. I snapped out of it quickly as I cursed under my breath before I started heading back to my bike trying to avoid them since I don't need trouble right now. I need to tell the others about this once I get back to base.
"This isn't good. If Shapeshifters are here. Who else could be here" I wondered to myself getting on my bike and driving off heading back to base.

I was with Jacob and Seth before I looked to my right and saw a human girl. I started seeing her as she was talking to me and going on walks with me and hearing her saying something. I imprinted on her. I can't believe I imprinted on her of all people. I didn't expect to imprint on a normal human. I couldn't see past the mask as I saw her running away but I stopped myself from chasing her down since I don't know if I could trust her yet since she didn't do anything that proves it.
(Clockwork POV)
I never really liked Bella. I just don't understand how someone can be so reckless. How can she throw away a chance at a normal life just to join in hunting monsters. I know I would take the blue pill but she took the red without a second thought. If I was offered the choice, I would take the blue pill if it wasn't for two things or two persons. I know that the reason I'm here is because Clinton and Bri can't be left alone. If it wasn't for them, I would have said no but I need to be here because if I lost them then I lost any kind of another family I have.
"We're here" I snapped out of my thoughts hearing Tobbi's voice as I stopped my silver Honda Shadow 750 as Tobbi looked at me.
"Keep track where your bike is and remember. If you need help" Tobbi said to me as I nodded as I made sure that the earpiece I have is still there.
"Don't worry. I know, if I can't handle it. Call you or the others" I said to him before he drove off deeper into the woods as I started running into the forest using my ability to slow down time for a bit before stopping as I climbed up some trees and starting jumping from branch to branch avoiding not to fall before I looked around enjoying the peace of the night.
"No one's here" I said before spotting a deer as I knelt down as the mask started picking up something as I placed a hand on one of my daggers ready to fight as I saw a blur tackle the deer down and bite into it as I saw it was a pale girl around my age with pale blonde hair before my mask started showing that she was a vampire as I was on edge. She was breathtaking but I can't help but wonder what made me think that. I feel myself letting my guard down as I cursed inside my head wondering why this was happening before I turned back to her.
"Is she...sucking out its blood" I whispered as I knew that Vampires need blood to quench their thirst before I saw she was looking around as I cursed forgetting that they can hear things from miles away as she picked up on a smell before turning to where I was. I looked at her as I felt myself get lost in her golden eyes before I heard someone else coming as a big muscled man with curly hair. I knew that I needed to get out of there since if it comes to it I was outnumbered.
I started running quickly hoping that they don't follow me as I reached my bike and tried to call Ticci as I drove back to base knowing that somehow they knew we were gonna run into them and I scowled knowing that it was planned.
(Rosalie POV)
That girl if her clothes were any indication. I was annoyed at the mask she had on since I couldn't see her face. The way she was dressed and was that a clock in one of her eyes. She kept staring at me as I realized something. This was my mate, I was wondering what she was doing here and if I should do something before Emmett ran towards me as I looked at him before looking back at where she was seeing that she was now gone as I growled.
"You idiot!" I screamed at him as I finally saw my mate and she ran off the moment Emmett came.
"Woah. What did I do wrong now?" Emmett asked me confused before a playful smirk came over his face.
"You saw her didn't you?" He asked teasingly before I hit his head annoyed.
"Yes I saw her and she left before I could do something" I said to him before running off to find another animal. I begin thinking that she was around seventeen which means she might attend my school but it still frustrates me since I couldn't see her face from under that stupid mask. I don't even know what she thinks of me.
(Toby POV)
I drove deeper into the forest before I stopped as I parked my bike.
I started running into the forest trying to cover as much ground as possible. I blinked a few miles ahead enjoying the feel of the air passing me. I stopped at a tree and started climbing higher and higher as I reached the top branch as I balanced myself standing up while looking at the moon.
I can't help but think about the others. Hopefully, they're keeping safe. There were times I missed my old life, but I gave that up to help the people here live a normal life. Away from the monsters that are hidden in view. I didn't want Kelly or Bri involved in this, but they chose to with me here. I didn't ask them yet here they are. I constantly try to find a way to make them happy even when in exchange I couldn't be happy. They were my family, the people I can trust my life with and I'll keep them alive, help them live out their future even if it cost me my life.
I leaned back as I pulled down my hood and placed my glasses on my head enjoying the silence and wind that the place brought while giving out a soft sigh. I heard running from below me as I looked down and saw an Elk trying to get away from something as I felt the air quickly shift turning into a gust of wind as I saw the Elk was pushed down by a Pixie like girl. I watched as she bit down on the Elk and suck out its blood knowing that she was a Vampire. I saw her look up and look where I'm at as I saw her Gold like eyes looking at me as I bit back a want to swallow my adam apple at the way she looks at me. Definitely,a vegetarian Vampire if her eyes are any implications.
"You can come down here" She told me as I stayed silent, not sure if I should say anything to her.
"You don't have to be shy?" She said to me as she climbed up the tree I was on which startled me as I couldn't help but place a hand on one of my hatchets as she noticed as she places a hand on it and pulled it away.
"I won't hurt you. I'm Alice" Alice said to me as I try to fight back the urge to think that she was beautiful before we both heard someone else coming out of the woods as I saw it was a brown haired teen that I noted was also a vampire. I looked at Alice as I was getting ready to blink away as I looked back down and saw Edward looking at me then I realized he was reading my mind.
Alice looked at me as if she knew I was thinking of doing something before I blinked away pushing my ability to the limit without exhausting me. I reached a good distance with still a good amount of energy left as I started running towards my bike I got on it before revving it up and left heading back to base.
(Alice POV)
That was him. That was my mate. I couldn't help but get lost in those eyes of his as I felt giddy seeing that he was here. He looked just the way I saw him as. Now if only I could get him to lose those glasses and mask of his. I jumped down and looked at Edward who probably read my mind at this point.
"That was him? He was trying not to think you were beautiful" Edward told me as I smiled at what he said as I felt myself be taken out of reality as I saw that he was at Forks High School but I still couldn't see his face. He was hanging out with those three females at a table in the cafeteria. The vision stopped as I couldn't wait to see him at school.
(Clinton POV)
I pulled inside the base as I saw the other three were there as Bri was trying to calm herself down as she was shaking but I could tell it wasn't from nervousness but frustration at what she saw. I saw Kelly in deep thought as Bella was looking at the two concerned.
"Please tell me you two didn't saw..." I tried to say before Kelly stood up as she glared at me.
"Vampires. Fucking Vampires. They sent us here on Purpose and knew we would run into them" Kelly told me angry beyond reason as Bri snorted.
"Not only Vampires but also Shapeshifters" Bri said as she was breathing deeply trying to get her anger out.
"Damn...I knew there was a reason they told us to move here. You don't think that.." I asked them as they looked at me not wanting to accept the answers.
"It's not that they're ugly or the fact they're vampires but FUCK!. Couldn't they given us a warning or something. Not just all of a sudden say hey, you need to move here since your other half is here." Kelly said with some snark as Bri shakes her head glaring at the floor.
"No...You and I both know that I can't fall in love with...with a shape shifter. Not because they are that but...I need to get over my past first. If I look at her all I see is that I failed at what I could have done" Bri said as I could understand what she was getting at since it was just sudden and I don't want to involve anyone else in our mess as it is.
"Not only that but you guys barely know them. Didn't you tell me you need to get to know them first before you start dating them or even thinking about a relationship?" Bella asked us as I nodded as I begin to think as I sighed running a hand through my hair.
"Bella's right. We barely know anything about them and you're right we can't think about any kind of relationships right now. Not while the threat of those monsters is still out there and we all saw what they can do to Vampires and Shapeshifters" I said to them as I looked down as they knew what was going through my mind.
"Clint...You don't always have to do this alone. Why not give this a shot. Be happy for once?" Bri said to me as I shake my head at what she said.
"Bri...I can't be happy. I need you three to be happy first even if it cost me mine besides I don't deserve love. Not when at some point we might have to face a situation where...Even then you know I won't ask you two to sacrifice yourself when you two have a lot to live for" I told them since I can't ask anyone to be the one to sacrifice themselves if I can't be the one to do it.
"But Clinton" Bella tried to say to me before I shake my head knowing that they were gonna tell me something to try to change my mind.
"Don't...We have school tomorrow. We need to get some sleep" I told them as they sighed knowing they can't change my mind when I'm like this. I sighed watching them leave as I know they just want me to be happy but I can't...Not anymore. Not when a lot of people lives are at stake. I walked towards my room as I changed into some basketball shorts before I laid down on my bed as sleep slowly claims me as I wondered what tomorrow will bring.
