AN: Well this is is the last chapter of book 2! I'm so thankful to everyone who came back on this journey with me after I had to remove the story last time! Anyway, book 3 is a completely new story, it was never posted so it will be fun for all and I have finally got my behind in gear and have been writing the final instalment in book 4 which will tie everything up from the previous books. I've always had this planned, it was done before Brexit, before 2019 GE, before COVID-19 and so I am not going to change my original plans based on those real life events. This is fiction after all! Thanks again, and see you over in book 3!

Chapter Twenty-Eight

Ana was face down on the bed, her arms by her side-chained up to the heavy metal butt plug that was inside her. Christian was implanted inside her too, she felt him completely, every movement, he made her feel overwhelmingly full. He was on his knees behind her, between her legs. His hands gripped her hip, rocking her back and forth in time to his own leisurely movements.

This had become their routine over the last eight days, ever since Ana had won her no-confidence vote Christian started their day off with a scene before Ana would sulk off to the study to work on the manifesto for the General Election, she had absolutely no need to be in Parliament right now. There was a rush to get through waiting legislation before the 14 days were up and there had been no news from Number Ten though the media were camped outside there.

"Please Sir may I come?" Ana asked as he kept his leisurely and frustrating pace that had built Ana up slowly, there was no rush today, no hard pounding like Christian liked to give her and Ana loved to take.

"Yes. Come for me Ana." He whispered. Ana began to vibrate beneath him, a deep moan echoing in her throat. He stroked his hands up her back as she clamped down hard on him. He rocked his hips a few more times and came too just as she swayed in her position, coming down from her own orgasm.

He pulled out from her and quickly undid the lock on the chains that kept her arms to her butt plug. She groaned deeply when he removed it, going from feeling full to feeling empty. He quickly undid the wrist restraints and Ana collapsed to the side, unable to hold herself up anymore. It had been a challenge of strength with Christian taking his sweet time with her.

He lay down beside her and pulled her into his arms. She quickly nuzzled her nose into his chest. This was their heaven.

"I could stay here all day." She murmured.

"Me too. Though I don't think I'd be able to resist taking you again." He teased making her laugh, he loved making her laugh.

"I've got loads to get on with today though." Ana sighed, she was finalising the manifesto today, ready to take it to the people for a General Election.

"Me too." Christian replied, he was working with Kate keeping up Ana's social media presence and he was also now helping respond to her emails because as Leader she would get so much more.

They finally peeled themselves away from each other, Ana taking the dressing gown from the back of the door and Christian pulling on his tracksuit bottoms before making their way out. The door had barely locked behind them when Kate came bouncing up the stairs.

"Good morning love birds." She smiled knowingly making Ana and Christian laugh, she may have known they'd been having sex but Kate had no idea what they were doing on the third floor and what was behind the door of the room they were being seen exiting.

"What is it Kate?" Ana asked knowing Kate would have quite happily been in the kitchen with Gail normally so for her to come up the stairs to greet them something was going on.

"Elena Lincoln is on her way to Buckingham Palace and she's got a statement down for PMQs time." Kate explained. Ana's eyes widened, that meant a decision had been made.

"I need to get to Westminster then." Ana said looking at Christian, he nodded in agreement.

"Get dressed, Taylor is on his way." Kate smiled before going back downstairs. So much for working from home today, a trip to Westminster had become necessary.

After showering quickly, apart, to save themselves getting caught up in one another again, they dressed and met Kate and Gail in the Kitchen. Coffee was made to go so that they could get a move on to get to Parliament in time.

"What do you think is going to happen Kate?" Ana asked as they made their way down the Rhododendron Drive.

"I don't know Ana, she could be resigning to make way for a new PM, then that PM will have to call a vote of confidence, she could be asking the Queen to dissolve Parliament early and setting a date for a new General Election or she could be telling her Majesty that she is putting together a new Government."

"What do you think it is though?" Christian asked because he knew Elena better than anyone in this vehicle, he had a gut feeling he knew how this was going to go but it would intrigue him to know what Kate was thinking.

"I think the wisest move for her future is that she resigns and a new Prime Minister attempts to call a motion of confidence." Kate replied, but that didn't answer Christian's question.

"You sure you're not the politician in this car Kate?" Ana teased also noticing how she avoided directly answering the question.

"Ha. Ha." Kate replied. "What do you think Ana?"

"I don't know." Ana shrugged, she didn't have a clue and that's what made her most nervous.

When they arrived at Westminster Ana made her way straight to the Chamber and once again Kate and Christian disappeared up to the public gallery. This was history in the making and being able to watch it was incredible.

The chamber was already heaving and Ana joined Emma Phillips on the front bench wondering what was going on. It was crazy to feel like she was in the chamber so unprepared with no notes for any scenario that might happen.

"She's going." Emma said quietly, Ana shrugged. She wasn't so sure about that.

"She's going to announce when the confidence motion is." Ana replied, that's what she thought was going to happen, it was the only result that made sense to her. Elena wouldn't just go, there was no way and with no time for a proper leadership election for the Conservatives before the General Election the only thing that made sense was for her to try and get a Confidence vote in a new Government with her still being PM. The only thing was though, that Ana knew the whole reason the Tories had voted with her was to get rid of Elena so it was unlikely she would win a confidence vote, but it would be enough to drag this out to the General Election.

"She's outside Downing Street!" Kate said pushing her phone under Christian's nose. True enough, while the MPs had all gathered in the House of Commons for a statement from the Prime Minister she seemed to have bottled it and instead stood outside number ten.

The noise level in the Chamber grew as MPs all started pulling their phones out and putting live news coverage on. Emma Phillips and Ana shared a screen, it was almost impossible to hear it with the noise but thankfully as more and more MPs started to tune into the news the noise started to dip. Someone even passed The Speaker a phone so he could watch too. This was beyond unusual. This was not the way things were supposed to be done.

"That is why I have just been to see Her Majesty the Queen to ask for consent to dissolve Parliament so that we can have a General Election on the 16th of April to give the choice to the People of this Country whether they want a Strong Economy with me at the helm or Bankruptcy with the Leader of the Opposition. I am going now to Parliament to make a further statement on this matter, Parliament will be dissolved on the twenty-fourth of March. Thank you."

As Elena Lincoln walked away from the podium the Chamber became alive again. This was crazy, she'd called MPs to Parliament but made a statement outside Ten Downing Street first.

"Point of order Mr Speaker." Ana called, bringing the room to silence.

"Point of Order Ana Steele." The Speaker replied giving Ana the floor.

Ana rose to her feet, trying not to appear as nervous as she was because this was such a highly unusual situation, there was no convention here to guide things, this had never happened like this before.

Christian, Kate and Rosin almost had their noses on the glass of the public gallery as they watched Ana get to her feet. They didn't know what she was thinking, what was going through her mind and what she planned on saying. It made them all incredibly anxious.

"Mr Speaker, as there is no convention on this matter and we are guided only by the Fixed Term Parliament Act am I right in believing that we will need to have a vote on this matter unless the fourteen days elapse."

The Speaker looked surprised at Ana's question but rather than answering he turned to those sitting in front of his chair who was there to give him the advice he needed on such matters. They were frantically searching through their books and documents for the answer while Parliament patiently waited.

Ana watched as advice was scribbled on a piece of paper and passed to The Speaker. It was such a unique situation, no one really knew how things were going to go.

"Under the Fixed-Term Parliament Act, a General Election is automatically triggered on the failure of the Government to bring a Motion of Confidence, therefore, it is possible that the Prime Minister could announce that she will not be bringing such motion, allowing the fourteen days to lapse which triggers the General Election. It is the convention that Permission of the Monarch is sought for an early dissolution of Parliament for said General Election and while not a necessary precursor when a motion of No Confidence has been passed by this House it may be seen as only right to follow in the old Convention." The Speaker explained, in other words, Elena Lincoln had mixed the old with the new by going to see the Monarch and it was clear that she was not intending to resign and she was not intending on forming a new Government. Instead, she was letting the fourteen days lapse and had fixed a date for a General Election.

"She's completely lost it." Christian said quietly. "You'd think she'd realise her time was up, the Country is never going to get behind her."

"Good news for Ana." Rosin replied making Christian smirk, it was unlikely that Ana would agree with her advisor's view but he had to agree.

When Elena Lincoln walked in she looked as arrogant as ever. She took her seat, smirked at Ana, her eyes piercing and Christian even believed she was trying to be dominating. He laughed when he saw Ana smirk back, her hand going to the silver chain around her neck and twiddling it. Yes, Elena, she was a submissive, but she was a collard one, one who would only respond to her own Dom. Christian may have just fallen a little deeper in love with Ana at that moment. She was truly showing Elena who was boss and it wasn't the Prime Minister.

"Prime Minister!" The Speaker called, the House falling silent as Elena rose to her feet, still staring Ana down.

"Mr Speaker, having given great consideration to the will of this House, I this morning visited Her Majesty The Queen to discuss the dissolution of Parliament for an early General Election. Having been defeated in a vote of No Confidence, there is no need to seek a majority vote in this place. Therefore, it has been agreed that a General Election will now take place on the sixteenth of April, in line with the Fixed-Term Parliament Act this House will be dissolved seventeen working days before the event on the twenty-fourth of March. I believed, Mr Speaker, that the people of this great Nation will see through the meandering of the Party opposite, that they will see that with Leader of the Opposition, this country will be bankrupt by the end of the Parliament. This Government has done amazing work in bringing the public purse to financial stability, ensuring that public services work within their budgets and stop overspending. We are proud of what we have achieved over the last ten years and believe that the Public is too. Therefore, we believe the Country will make the right decision and return us to Government with a large majority so that we can continue the hard work. Does the Leader of the Opposition believe that she, an inexperienced young woman who doesn't have a clue about the inner-workings of Government, believes she can lead this country, that people can have any faith in her? She is incapable of even imagining what responsibility it is to govern and lead. I have a proven track record Mr Speaker, ten years as the Prime Minister, the people know what they are getting with me. The Labour Party are deluded putting someone so young in charge of their party, probably inhibiting them from governing for several years…"

Rosin was boiling beside Christian, this wasn't a statement, it was a public personal attack on Ana. It was disgusting and The Speaker was doing nothing to stop it either which was also disgraceful.

"I want to kill her." Christian whispered making Kate chuckle, he needed to be careful who might overhear him saying such things.

When Elena had finished with her personal rant against Ana the House was electric again. The Opposition jeering, the Conservatives cheering and Ana looked as stoic and as stony face as she could as The Speaker called for her to respond.

"Mr Speaker." Ana started, her voice strong and loud, bringing everyone to silence again. "I will not stand here and throw dirt at a Prime Minister who is already covered in it." Ana said making a load in the Chamber chuckle. "What I will say is that I am glad that the Prime Minister has decided to take this to the people, they deserve the final say on who governs them. What they will see, is a woman who has over the last ten years destroyed public services, destroyed families, destroyed lives. A woman who ignored the greatest terrorist incident this country has ever seen while I was out there saving lives. In a crisis, who do you want to be the one in charge the one who buries her head in the sand or the one who gets her hands dirty and helps…"

"Wow." Kate gasped, she didn't expect Ana to use Islington but jeez it was the right move to make, very cleverly worded use too.

"The bottom line here Mr Speaker, is that this Prime Minister has damaged this country but not beyond repair, with the Labour Party in charge they will see a Government who cares, who wears its heart on its sleeve. This Party will work to reduce homelessness, something that has risen dramatically over the last ten years, reduce hospital waiting times, something that has also risen dramatically over the last ten years, reduce crime, something that has also risen over the last ten years… need I go on? This country has had enough of the Prime Minister and this Government and we look forward to showing them an alternative."

Ana sat down and surprising everyone once again Elena Lincoln rose to her feet and walked out causing a mass jeering to erupt through the House of Commons. This was all so unusual, this was not how things were supposed to be done. Elena had truly lost it, there was nothing that she could do to save herself now other than win a General Election but the likeliness of that happening was getting slimmer by the minute, especially with the way she was acting.

The Speaker had no choice but to suspend the sitting, no one knew what they should do from here and neither did he nor his advisors. At least by suspending the sitting he was bringing the session to a close and allowing the normal business to resume. There would be a mass rush now to complete the readings of legislation and getting them before the Queen before the House dissolved and everyone had offices to empty before their jobs would become vacant once again.

Christian, Kate and Rosin met Ana in the atrium of Portcullis House. She was shaking her head as they walked towards her, amazed at everything that was going on.

"I don't think a politician in history has brought a Government down the way you have Ana Steele." Rosin laughed as Ana and Christian shared a warm embrace.

"Oh my goodness, that's my legacy right there right?" Ana teased knowing that if she became Prime Minister there was likely going to be a lot that would happen to create her legacy.

"I think so!" Rosin laughed.

"Ana you were amazing, she couldn't cope with the pressure, that's why she walked out. She's lost the confidence of the House but in the process, she's more than lost the confidence of the people. This General Election should be a walk in the park for you." Kate replied excitedly. Ana gulped, she didn't want the General Election to be a walk in the park, which would guarantee her the office of Prime Minister.

"You'll be an amazing PM." Christian said quietly, already sensing Ana's anxiety rising.

"You think so?" Ana asked because the way things were looking right now it was highly likely that Ana would be walking into Downing Street on April 17th and a new chapter in their life would begin. With her, in the most powerful position in the country.
