"Hey, Alderheart!" Velvet called as I walked into the school. I casually flicked my red bangs out of my eyes.
"Hi, Velv," I said cheerfully. We walked together to our lockers, which were conveniently assigned next to each other, and grabbed our books. I quickly hung up my denim jacket in my locker and quickly ran to my Maths class when I heard the bell ring.
"And that is how you use BIDMAS," Leopardstar finished. "Any questions? No? Okay then complete these questions." Leopardstar is that sarcastic teacher who never waits for an answer to questions like 'Does anyone have any questions?'.
"But, Miss," Heathertail of WindClan began, "I do have a question."
"Oh, you do, Heathertail? Why, feel free to ask once you've completed the questions," Leopardstar said sternly.
"Okay, Miss..."
"Oh, and young lady, that's detention for you."
"But,"
"NO BUTS!"
I looked at Heathertail and caught her eye. I smiled and she smiled back.
"You can't really for sorry for that pigeon brained imbecile." Dovewing, who sits beside me, hissed.
"What do you mean? Leopardstar was eng unreasonable,"
Dovewing rolled her eyes. "Whatever."
When the bell rang, I quickly got out my phone and texted Velvet.
