Forgiveness looked at the main six, they are unaware that a fourth presence is watching them. She sighed, none of those ponies realized the importance of forgiveness. All they did was beat Nightmare moon and forgave her. But she could tell that it was not a deep forgiveness.
She looked at the party celebrating Luna's return from being trapped in Nightmare moon for a thousand years. Luna would be a good pony to give the element of forgiveness to, but she was a princess and has duties to her subjects during the night. How long would she have to wait before she could find a good element bearer for the element forgiveness. Well she waited since the tree of harmony was found by the Royal sisters, she could wait a little longer for an element bearer.
The spirit of Forgiveness looked at Twilight as she entered the portal to a realm that is different from the Equestria she is used to. She followed Twilight and found Canterlot high. There she met Sunset Shimmer. She almost foiled Twilight's plans of returning to Equestria, but the elements of harmony connected to their counterparts from this world and rainbowed her back to a regular filly. 'Interesting', thought the spirit, as Twilight pulled Sunset out of the crater the element bearers created. She might be just the pony I'm looking for. But she sighed, she still had to go back, after all she's one of the spirits of harmony that tries to help Equestria when it's in danger.
Starlight Glimmer, and Twilight Sparkle held hooves as the spell for time travel drifted away. Forgiveness grabbed it and teleported herself to a place in the Everfree forest where no pony could find it. The spirit felt triumphant, she finally found a pony eviaplant to Sunset Shimmer that could bear the element of forgiveness. The green flower glowed as the spirit leaped around with glee. She placed the flower in Starlight's bedroom in the castle of friendship. Or at least that's what Forgiveness called it. Then in a flash of light the one of the petals turned red and disappeared. The spirit felt some of the other elements magic leave as well. Forgiveness realized that some of the magic of the elements left to the other Equestria. She ran to where Twilight kept the mirror and jumped through it. It teleported her to Canterlot high. She floated to the place where the elements were calling her. She gasped, rocks with seven colours sparkled in the cave. One was the reddish orange that her flower petal turned into. Joy flooded through her as her first choice of element bearer is chosen to bring forgiveness to this land. She went back to the portal, jumping in. Twilight's castle appeared and she silently floated back to where she left her flower. It now has six petals. She left satisfied that the forgiveness flower now had a living pony to keep it alive in this Equestria.
The spirit of forgiveness watched as Starlight talked things out with Stygian the pony of Shadows. Forgiveness watched as Starlight helped the pillars forgive Stygian and recognized that they made a mistake. Starlight is growing into a wonderful bearer of forgiveness and the spirit couldn't be more proud. Sunset too is also becoming a good forgiver. Every villain that they fight she forgives them easily and if her friend gets on her nerves she eventually forgives them. Wallflower blush is a prime example of how Sunset forgave somepony that wronged her. Wallflower erased the memories of how she changed from being a highschool bully to a hero. Her friends followed suit and forgave her as well and they became friends. After waiting for so long her element is finally being utilized by Equestria and the other Equestria.
Twilight and her friends have grown a long way from being just from being the heroes of equestria. After Clestia and Luna retired and Twilight's coronation. The villains that have risen up have not stood a chance at defeating them. There have been some that have reformed and have been forgiven. Which is all the Spirit of Forgiveness could hope for. Her element is finally becoming known and Starlight is doing a good job at forgiving the villains that have risen up, even if they are sent to prison and not reformed. She hopes that forgiveness and friendship can continue to grow and help Equestria in dire times.
