Hey there Dravenites, welcome to chapter 6, I hope you're all enjoying this so far because it's far from over.

'' How does this one look?''

'' Terrific, if you want to be able to be identified as Earth's new moon.''

Riley was a bit taken back. She knew her best friend could be quite direct, but she was sure she would never tell her she resembled a celestial body, even if it were true. Dress shopping was exhausting for her, she had already tried on 3 dresses. This would've been fine if it were t-shirt shopping but this was wedding dress shopping, a totally different concept. T-shirts were easy, wedding dresses had zipper and pearls and other things.

'' I disagree, I say the moon dress is more interesting than its lacey predecessor'' Smackle said.

'' C'mon guys we didn't even take half as long to get your bridesmaid dresses, why is this taking so long?'' Riley moaned.

'' Not sure sweetie but take your time. It's only 10AM and this place closes at 9PM'' Maya said.

Growling, Riley went back into the room.

'' So how's Zay?'' Maya asked Smackle.

'' He's fine, he's still wondering why his letter from NYU hasn't arrived yet'' Smackle answered.

'' From what I hear Lucas has been driving Zay insane, the poor guy's becoming my husband's servant instead of his nurse'' Maya responded.

'' I can see that, my poor Zay, his self esteem needs a boost'' Smackle laughed.

'' How's this ladies?'' Riley asked as she came out of the fitting room. The dress Riley was now wearing was lacey but it was also strapless and was floor length.

'' Not bad but it doesn't scream Riley Minkus '' Maya stated.

'' Agreed, the strapless dress seems a tad too risqué for you, dear friend'' Smackle said, adjusting her glasses.

'' Ouch'' Riley said as she re-entered the fitting room for what seemed like the 100th time that day.

'' So Smackle do you ever see you and Zay getting married?''

'' Someday, I'm currently focusing on my teaching at Columbia university.''

'' Oh right, Riley mentioned that, you teach astrology right?''

'' No. I teach astronomy'' Smackle corrected, a slight twitch evident as she had to correct Maya.

'' So, space stuff?'' Maya asked.

''Yes. I am currently teaching basic astronomy to undergraduates. The poor fools.''

'' Hey Riles, you holding up OK?'' Maya called.

'' I'm fine'' Riley called back, she had now changed into what she hoped would be the final dress.

Riley emerged in a spaghetti strap , mermaid style dress. It was a shade of pale blue and had a thin platinum – colored sash across her stomach.

'' Wow, I think we have a winner'' Maya clapped.

'' Seconded, it's much more you and its also much more you than the other ones were'' Smackle agreed.

'' Thanks Izzy'' Riley smiled.

Smackle shuddered, she had tried to get Riley and Maya to call her either Smackle or Isadora, but for some reason they insisted on calling her Izzy.

'' I wonder how the guys are doing?'' Maya asked, as she wondered what tuxedo shopping would look like.

'' Damn, I look good'' Zay complimented himself as he emerged from the fitting room.

'' No, just, no'' Lucas said shaking his head.

'' C'mon what's wrong with it?''

'' It's too Steve Harvey '' Farkle commented.

'' No its not'' Zay dismissed.

'' Its purple'' Lucas and Farkle said in unison.

'' No. It's violet, the clerk told me it was'' Zay protested.

'' Dude, you look like you're wearing Barney's purple skin'' Lucas laughed.

'' Fine I'll go change'' Zay whined.

'' Well in the mean time how does this look?'' Farkle asked.

'' Not bad, but shouldn't you go for a suit that matches your color scheme?'' Lucas asked.

Farkle had chosen a navy blue colored tux. It also had a black dress shirt under it with a navy tie.

'' I am'' Farkle answered.

'' How?''

'' Our color scheme is blue and platinum, since I don't want to wear a white suit, this seemed perfect as it was never specified which shade of blue we were using'' Farkle explained.

'' I,uh, ok'' Lucas stuttered.

'' You however need to change'' Farkle stated as he looked at Lucas's suit.

'' C'mon man what's wrong with this shade?''

'' Its electric blue. You'll be visible from space its that colorful'' Farkle answered. Farkle wasn't wrong. Lucas's electric blue suit was only worsened by his turquoise shirt and tie.

'' Fine'' Lucas sighed as he entered the fitting room.

'' Ok how's this?'' Zay asked.

'' Better, we'll see what Lucas thinks'' Farkle answered as he analyzed Zay's outfit. Zay had changed into a light navy blue suit this time. It was complete with a black dress shirt and a white tie.

'' Ok Farkle I'm beginning to sense something here'' Lucas said as he re-emerged. Lucas was now wearing a navy suit, similar to his friends, a navy dress shirt and an onyx tie.

'' Much better'' I'm going to go get a quote and we'll take it from there, Farkle said as he walked to the nearest store employee.

'' Wow, he's getting married soon'' Zay said.

'' First off, he's only getting married in 9 months time. And secondly why is that so hard to believe?'' Lucas asked.

'' I don't know. To be honest I never thought he'd end up with Riley, I always thought it'd be Smackle.''

'' Right, and in the end you ended up with Smackle.''

'' Yeah. She's awesome'' Zay looked up and smiled. '' How about you, did you think you and Maya would get back together?''

'' Honestly no. I thought it was over. Don't get me wrong I loved Riley and I still do, but as a sister. Maya…she's different. She's sarcastic, a bit mean, she teases me-

'' Right all the things you want from a wife'' Zay smirked.

'''But she's kind, she's smart, she's loyal , she's the best artist ever, when our kid's born she'll be the best mom in the world and she's incredible to look at'' Lucas smiled.

'' How about FArkle and Riley? Did you see them getting together?'' Zay asked.

'' Oh sure. They have the kind of relationship that always ends in marriage. To be honest Maya and I had a bet as to if they would end up together.''

'' Who owed who money?''

'' I have to make my superhero alter ego Ranger Rick'' Lucas said, slightly ashamed.

'' Hey guys, I'm back'' Farkle said jovially.

The pair smiled at him.

'' Why're you smiling?'' Farkle asked.

'' Just because'' Zau shrugged.

Well this chapter was pretty fun to write. I tried to explain through Lucas and Zay as to why I ship Zaydora and Lucaya. Hope you guys enjoyed it because the next chapter is on the way.
