Harry was just getting out of the court when

"hey Harry we think we have found some dark artifacts below the guest room of the Malfoy so I have to go" said arthur Weasley clutching his shoulders tightly "wait here" said arthur before running away.

he soon returned bringing with him auror Nyphadora Tonks. "she will escort you back" said arthur before walking out.

"wotcher Harry you are getting skinny .

hmmm I think you are not eating properly" said Tonks with a grin"

"I am eating fine Nyphadora" retorted Harry knowing full well that it would piss her.

Nyphadora turned around quickly to give Harry a hard time but just collided with person . Tonks apologized "Sorry abo..." but was cut off by the man saying "watch your way"

Tonks hair turned a blushing pink then to a fiery blazing red "you watch your way you old man" said Tonks.

the person retort was cut off abruptly as a magical voice filled the air "all on-duty aurors please report in to 3rd floor.

the person walked towards the door not before glaring daggers at Tonks.

"c'me on Harry" said Tonks leading him to the third floor.

Harry couldn't wipe the stupid smirk of his face and unfortunately Tonks noticed "don't think that I have forgotten you calling me by my first name"

Harry grimaced before trying to make puppy eyes but Tonks just getting evilly

they reached the third floor and since Harry was not allowed to enter he was left at the permanent magical damage ward

Harry decide to venture inside and found none other than Gilderoy Lockhart with his award winning smile

" Hey kiddo you want my autograph" said Gilderoy Lockhart.

"yes please" said Harry sacarsm clearly evident in his voice but quickly yelped no when Lockhart took his quill out.

Lockhart looked suspicious at Harry but within seconds was fast asleep on the bed.

Harry sighed and shook his head sometimes he would feel guilty about him but a other voice in his head would say that he deserved it.

Harry thought to leave him alone and was about to open the door to walk out when he saw Malfoy sr clutching his left hand and walking towards the other side.

without seeing his face harry could tell that malfoy was in pain

then it all clicked :- Malfoy must be catching his dark mark

Harry hat a strong desire to hex him but roughly rejected the idea, since he had just been to the court for underage magic and he would surely be expelled for attacking lord Malfoy, so he did the only sensible thing to follow Malfoy.

It was easy because Harry did have his cloak here so he just sneaked past, when suddenly Malfoy took a sharp turn Harry found himself in a middle of a room, he quickly took his invisiblity cloak of and put it in his pockets on the other side he could see a battle going in the next room, which had many timeturners like Hermione had in her third year.

Harry was suddenly startled he saw voldemort smirking at him "well well how nice of you to join us"

Bellatrix let out a high pitched evil laugh that could chill you to your bones

"goodbye Potter" said Voldemort as he pointed his wand towards Harry and uttered the most feared word -

avada kadava !
