"I don't give a fuck! We need to find her!" Bakugou screamed.
No one was really arguing with him but he felt the need to scream anyways. Sidekicks and even a few heroes cleared away from his war path. Shouto shot Izuku a small smile as they followed him.
"She's been a fucking month or more and no one can tell us where the hell she went?!"
Ochako had been gone for about seven weeks already. She was gone without a trace and no one had any idea where she went. It was troubling.
"I don't think yelling is going to help."
Katsuki shot Shouto a dirty look and kept going. It had been a week before Gunhead ended up calling Katsuki back pissing him off even more.
"Where is he?!"
Gunhead came out looking tired and no one even saw his face. Just the way he carried himself screamed it to anyone who passed by him.
"Come on boys," he said waving them back.
Shouto and Izuku followed behind their angry blonde friend into Gunhead's office.
"What the fuck took you so long?!" he shouted.
"Can you stop with the foul language? I understand you're mad but you need to calm down."
The three young men sat down across from the experienced pro hero.
"Did you find out anything?" Izuku asked.
"I did. I had talked to Thirteen and discussed why Ochako might've left her agency six months ago."
"I thought it was weird she did but I never asked why," Izuku admitted.
"She told Thirteen she wanted to be able to do more. Uraraka had expressed wanting to me more than a rescue hero but she never pressed further about it. I have went out to any kind of requests any of my heroes have if their sudden disappearance. I had to make sure this was real and I have my sidekicks sweeping the city for her."
The pro hero opened a drawer and pulled out a pink folder with stickers plastered all over it.
"After some looking and rereading, Ochako wanted in her disappearance to pack up her apartment and send all the money to her parents and pay for a storage unit. I was going to ask you guys to help me and investigate her apartment. Maybe there is some kind of clue to why she's gone or to see if foul play is involved."
"I want to help," Shouto said finally speaking up, "She's been there for us."
"Alright, let me get another hero in here and we can go. I have some boxes loaded in my truck."
"We'll meet you there."
Izuku jumped in his car, Shouto in the passenger seat and Katsuki in the back. The ride to Ochako's apartment was a quiet one. He parked his car and they waited for Gunhead to show up. Katsuki continued to fidget in the back seat. The dual quirk user sighed in annoyance. The blonde was still as annoying and angry as he was when he was in UA. Not much had changed after a little over a year.
"What's your problem?" Izuku asked as he looked out the window.
"Anyone find it fucking weird she just disappeared without a single word to anyone? How do we know metal head didn't fucking send her out somewhere?" he snapped.
"Are you still in love with her?" Shouto asked turning around, "All you've done is bitch since the last sports festival when she almost crushed you. You couldn't even be happy you won- you complained for weeks."
"I AM NOT IN LOVE WITH HER!" he shouted almost loud enough to shake the car a little bit.
Izuku had his hand covering his mouth so he wouldn't laugh. Both of them teased him mercilessly about it and he fell for it every time.
"Ochako kept a lot of stuff to herself," the freckled man said, "How do we know she didn't go out on her own? Maybe she was following someone?"
"That doesn't seem like her."
"Why would she leave Thirteen though?" the blonde asked aloud, "She always wanted to be a rescue hero. It unlike her to do anything outside of that."
"Wow, a whole train of thought without cuss words," Shouto said, "I'm proud of you."
Izuku cleared his throat loudly.
"Hey boys!" Gunhead said as he got out of his truck.
A large moving truck was parked on the other side of him.
"Let's get started."
The four men went into the apartment and started searching her apartment. It seemed like there was nothing to uncover at all. Everything was how it normally would be. This seemed to bother all four of them. Her apartment was clean of any foul play. They continued packing up each room together to get things done faster, when one of the other pro heroes of Gunhead's came in.
"Gunhead, sir. We have some news."
The four of them stared at the pro hero.
"Go on."
"We have discovered Tomura Shigaraki is gone as well. It seems Overhaul and his crew has disappeared from the city."
"So... are you suggesting Ochako's disappearance has to do with those villains?" Shouto asked.
"Well," the pro hero said, "The thing is, Shigaraki is missing. The League of Villains has been tearing through the city leaving a trail of hurt bad guys. Our sources believe Shigaraki was kidnapped. Maybe Overhaul was out for revenge after what he had done to him."
Izuku stared at them.
"What would Ochako have to do with any of them?" Shouto asked.
Izuku looked over at Katsuki who was unusually quiet.
"What do we do now?" the freckled young hero asked.
"I'll talk with my father. Maybe he wouldn't mind if the three of us went off and investigated her disappearance."
"If he doesn't, I'll just fucking quit," Katsuki finally said.
"Alright, let us finish here tonight. Tomorrow, I want you three to rest. I'll contact Endeavor and we'll start the day after. Uraraka is one of the best promising heroes to grace my agency. I cannot allow this to pass."
The three young men nodded.
The four men didn't finish until two in the morning. A few sidekicks showed up and drove the truck away to unload it into the storage unit. The three of them piled back into Izuku's car in silence. Izuku was rather glad now the three of them lived in the same apartment. Shouto didn't want to live off of his father's money, Izuku had no money and Katsuki didn't want to live at home anymore.
It was rather ironic Ochako was more successful than them already money wise considering they were in Endeavor's agency.
Izuku parked in the parking garage and they made their way up to their apartment. It was unusual for the three of them to be this quiet but their heads were buzzing with thoughts of Ochako and figuring out where she was. She could be anywhere but what did she have in common with two of the biggest criminals in Japan?
"I'm going to bed," Katsuki said.
He disappeared to his room without another word. Shouto and Izuku shared a look of worry but they were tired too.
This wasn't going to end well.

Ochako finished her laps around their white room, taking a moment to have a break. Shigaraki sat by himself in his spot watching her the whole time. He hadn't really noticed it before, but she was really cute. She had naturally pink cheeks and big brown eyes. She looked so innocent but he had seen her in battle and she was fierce enough to strike fear in him when she managed to rip a giant tree out of the ground and swing it at them with such force even Kurogiri was a little worried.
"What are you starin at?" she asked interrupting his thoughts.
"Just that you seem disgustingly nice and yet you came close to killing me a few times."
She grinned and it looked a little evil. It was kind of hot.
"Thanks."
"How did you continue to go forward being a hero when there was people out there like me?"
Ochako blinked.
"I don't know. I never thought about it I guess? It didn't keep me up at night or anything."
"Hm."
Not the answer he had expected.
"What about you though?"
"What about me?" he asked.
She rolled her eyes, "How could you keep going knowing you attacked kids?"
"I was brought up to take out whoever was in my way."
"Hm."
"Are you surprised at all by that?"
"A little. Who raises a child to be a killer?"
"Who allows a child to roam the streets ignoring them when he was begging for help?" Shigaraki asked rather annoyed.
The two of them fell silent. Ochako stared down at the white floor.
"Is that what happened to you?" she asked quietly.
He didn't say anything.
"What happens in the white room stays in the white room."
Shigaraki glanced at her once she moved closer to him. She sat down in front of him crossing her legs. She took his hands and gave them a small squeeze.
"Tell me."
"It was what happened to me. There isn't much you could do about it."
Ochako's face expressed the sadness she felt for him.
"I guess we both struggled a lot... though yours was more than mine."
"I think your friend suffered a similar fate as me."
Ochako stared at him funny.
"What are you talking about? Shouto?"
Tomura arched an eyebrow.
She doesn't know.
"What's said in the white room stays in the white room?" he asked quietly.
"Of course."
He hesitated. It was something that he wondered about on and off every night before he went to sleep.
"Your friend Midoriya was born quirkless. So was your hero All Might. My sensei was the original person One for All came from but it was passed down reaching your friend. My grandmother was also a holder of that same quirk and her quirk was the ability to float. The reason he hated heroes and I wasn't allowed to be one."
The color drained from Ochako's face quickly.
In some way, she knew Izuku and Katsuki shared a secret. They had on and off training with each other and with All Might. Sometimes they would be talking and when she entered the room they would stop. She never thought much of it. Boys said some weird stuff and Izuku always was embarrassed so it could've been anything.
"I only know because Sensei looked everything up and found the info."
She blinked unable to form an opinion the information she just learned.
"You ok?"
"That's... that's a big secret... I..."
"I honestly don't think I will make it out alive."
Ochako stared at him mildly surprised.
"I haven't told anyone. I was... angry. The similarities between me and that green haired brat angered me. That I was so close to him. I was so close to All Might. The thing that pissed me off the most was Sensei had killed my hero grandmother and I had no one to talk to about it. Even if you don't finish me off, Overhaul will so at least I got to finally say something about it."
She blinked back her tears. That had to be hard to say.
"I'm so sorry!"
She threw her arms around his neck, startling him. He had no idea how to respond to such a thing. It wasn't like anyone was giving him hugs on a daily basis. Shigaraki cleared his throat and patted her back slowly. He had no idea what to do.
"You have no reason to be sorry."
Ochako pulled back, staring at him.
"I don't but it really does suck. You could've been one of the heroes I looked up too. You could've been a lot of things."
He swallowed hard.
I never really thought about it like that.
Awkward silence fell between them.
"What about you?" he asked, "Anything you have been struggling with?"
Ochako stared at him before turning bright red.
"What? Are you blushing?"
"Shut up!" she snapped before covering her face.
He gave her a weird look.
"I um... a few of them had figured it out... like my friends but I used to crush hard on Izuku actually. I never told him."
"Used too?"
For a moment, this angered Shigaraki and he didn't know why.
"Yea... in our last year, I let it go. I didn't want to hang on."
The villain cleared his throat quietly and patted her shoulder.
"Sorry?"
She busted out laughing.
"Did I say something funny?"
"The fact you're uncomfortable. Thanks for not making fun of me."
"No problem. It's never everyday you find out a villain wanted to be a hero at one point in his life either."
She smiled.
"What made you stop thinking about him?" the villain asked.
He had to know. Something in him wanted to know.
"The fact I had started following you. I wanted to be known for more than just a rescue hero. I realized I idolized him more than anything."
He stared.
"Overhaul caught me with you. I had no idea he was following you too."
"So you were tracking me to make a name for yourself?"
Ochako nodded.
"Stupid isn't it?"
Tomura made a face, "I guess not really? I mean the fact I never noticed you were there is a big indicator I'm not very good at being sneaky or you're just better at it."
She laughed a little before turning pink.
"I just being isolated from the world isn't so bad, huh?"
"I guess."
The two of them sat there for a few minutes quietly.
"So, um... what did you learn about following me around?" Shigaraki asked.
"You have a very boring life and you're really moody," Ochako said with a big grin.
Tomura snorted, "Gee, thanks."
She just giggled and looked up at the ceiling.
Maybe this wasn't so bad after all.
