"Tomura... I would advise against going to the hospital... We can drop her off there but-

He slammed his fists into the bar.

"I don't give a fuck! I want her there! She needs it to get better! I won't leave her alone!" he screamed.

The League of Villains had seen their leader angry more than once but this was over the top.

"Overhaul fucked her up! Fucked me up! I won't make it either! I know the fucking risks! I'm willing to risk it all! I DON'T FUCKING CARE!"

For several moments no one spoke. No one had no idea what to say. He had been missing for almost a whole year... Who knew what happened to them in there.

"You love her?" Dabi asked softly.

Shigaraki turned to look at his purple scarred friend.

"Yes. More than anything."

"Alright then. Let's get her there. We'll get a hold of Deku, Shouto and Ground Zero. We've been working together trying to find you two. I won't hide this from them. It could help us later."

Tomura's expression softened up.

"You worked with heroes... to find me?"

They all nodded. Dabi walked away into the hallway as he pulled his phone out.

"I..."

He swallowed hard, looking over at the couch Ochako was laying on. She looked pale like she was dead.

"He turned her into a black hole. He... altered her DNA and forced her quirk to evolve faster than her body can handle. I don't know when those drugs will wear off... Her condition is different than mine. I need another week or so before I can use my quirk again. I can force it out when under extreme stress but that's it."

Dabi came back out.

"They're going to the hospital. Deku will send his location and Kurogiri can send you there."

He only nodded.

Tomura picked Ochako up even though his body was screaming at him. They both lost a good bit of weight but Ochako still had more muscle mass than he did and he was weaker than he used to be. The warp opened up and he carried her to the opening. He looked back to all the people who were part of his messed up family. He nodded to them, gave a small smile and began carrying her through.

I had thought once we made it out of the white room we would be out and over this. Instead he's still fucking haunting us out here in the real world. We can't make it away from him. Not until they can fix it... They can fix it for us... They can hate me and kill me but I want her to be ok. For her to be ok and be a hero again.

He stepped in front of the hospital with Ochako in his arms. All three heroes jumped at him but he jerked back quickly.

"Don't!" he snapped.

"Give me her!" Bakugou growled.

"Don't touch her!" Tomura yelled almost looking feral.

Izuku looked at Shouto with a lost look. Shouto stepped forward.

"We know you two are tight with each other after all that. We just want to help her. We want to help you both. It is obvious you two helped each other through this and I don't want to tear you from her. Let's get you both help. Let's get up there and we can question you for everything that happened that caused you to be in this condition."

"Ok... I... I'm afraid she'll kill everything..." he whispered.

The three heroes stayed quiet. The three of them looked a little stunned.

"She will if she doesn't detox right... I used a shit ton of quirk repressants on her... because she wasn't in control... It will wear off for me soon enough but for her... I don't know. She's not the same Uravity anymore."

His red eyes watered up.

"I don't want her to kill the people she saved because that isn't her. I don't want that for her."

"Let's go talk to someone first then. They have to have specialist here for that kind of stuff. Let's go in. Shouto, can you stay here? We'll be back."

Katsuki shot Shigaraki dirty looks but went anyways. Shouto didn't try anything.

After ten minutes of silence, Izuku and Katsuki returned with six doctors.

"They're aware of the risks. They are going to take you to the very top of the building for less risk of everyone else. You both can stay in the same room. Can we put her on a gurney?"

Tomura nodded slowly. Three nurses came out with the bed and he placed her on the bed. A fourth nurse came out with a wheel chair.

"What's that for?"

"For you. I can push you," Izuku offered.

"I want... I want to be with her."

"You will. The bed is made for one person," Shouto said.

"Ok," he answered.

They got the two of them in a room. Upon Shigaraki's request, they took care of Ochako first. She had several IVs hooked up to her body and several images done to see the damage Overhaul had caused to her. The villain waited for them to finish with her before they did anything to him more.

Shigaraki sat in the comfortable blue chair with six different fluids running into his body. It made him feel cold, tired and a little better honestly. It was something weird alright. He never thought he would be in a hospital and having people care for him. He didn't notice anyone looking at him with disdain or any kind of hatred. Or was it that he brought her to the hospital even though they were both enemies as far as they knew.

He didn't save her because she was a hero and it was the right thing to do.

He did because he loved her and didn't want her to suffer if she killed people she cared about.

Tomura put his face in his hands.

No matter how I look at it... this is it. We end here in this hospital. I'll have to walk out and leave her alone. With her friends. I'll have to leave when I'm better enough and separate myself from her forever. This is it for me. I fell in love and this is what I get. Would it have been better if I stayed on my side of the room and stayed away. Ignored her smart ass comments?

He put his head down more and cried silently for a few minutes. It was rough.

"Shigaraki?"

His head jerked up. Izuku Midoriya stood there staring at him. He looked worried.

"What do you want?" he snapped but his voice wavered again.

"You do love her. You're attached to Ochako."

The villain's angry expression fell.

"What-

"I can tell you were. You... you never acted like that with anyone. Even the other villains you hang out with you treat like crap but this is different. You look at her a certain way. Psychologically... you feel like you can't live without her because you two depended on each other-

"We didn't."

Izuku pushed the hospital room door shut.

"What do you mean?"

"We fell in love... Like normal people. Or as normal as we both could be. I let her know my dark secrets and she told me hers. We trained together, came up with plans but there was no dependency. I saved her from being raped from Overhaul. She saved me from dying from malnutrition and those drugs. We... we had sex. She tried to kill him herself to save me. To save herself."

Tomura watched the emotions that over came the hero's face.

"She was her the whole time and so was I... I was myself. The drugs made me doubt my whole life. It was like a fog of some kind. My thoughts, emotions... choices. Now... my brain is clearer than it has been in months and I can process everything. I love her."

Izuku grabbed a chair and pulled it next to him.

"I want to make sure she's completely ok. I'll probably leave before she's awake."

He nodded.

"I have a favor to ask."

Izuku arched an eyebrow.

"When I can get off of this... Can you go with me to kill Overhaul?" Tomura asked.

The hero leaned back in his seat and stared at the villain for a few minutes. The silence was deafening.

"Do you think it will resolve what he did to you? To her?"

"I guess I would be less for killing him if it was only the drugs but the fact he came close and sexually harassing her for a while. That's why I would feel she would feel better if he wasn't around anymore. She's strong but it will haunt her. Knowing he's out there. I have things that haunt me since I was seven and there's nothing that can change it. I want her to have once less worry in the world."

Izuku didn't even give it a minute of thought.

"I'll go."

Tomura looked shocked.

"I agree with everything you said. As long as this isn't some test of my heroics-

"It's not. He didn't care I was hitting him last time. I need someone who is strong enough to knock him the fuck out so he can't use his quirk on us like he did her. Or at least help me just in just it goes bad."

Izuku's mouth parted slightly. He looked horrified.

"I never saw it but she told me about it. Like she was on fire."

"I..."

Izuku sighed with a conflicted look on his face.

"They said you would be ok. There was no lasting damage."

"I know."

But that didn't make him happy.

"Let me know when you want to do this. Kurogiri can warp us out. Have some people follow Overhaul and find out where he's at."

"Will do."

Katsuki sat in the waiting room with a million thoughts going through his head and he liked none of them. There was something seriously wrong with that crusty ass villain. The way he acted around her. He didn't like it. It was almost like Shigaraki was in love with her and that made the hero sick to his stomach.

What right did that fuck have to look at someone so perfect- so pure? He was downright evil- a killer. Shigaraki had no right to look at anyone like that. It didn't matter what happened all that time Ochako had been gone. It was sickening to him. If anyone else thought otherwise they were fucking stupid and needed punched in the face.

"You're giving off a murderous scent that it's scaring people," Shouto said aloud, not really caring who heard him.

Katsuki glared at his friend but it didn't faze the other hero- he was already used to such looks.

"Who pissed in your Cheerios? You should be happy she was brought back."

"By him! HIM! He acted like he had the right-

"He's been with her this whole time. He has every right to not trust a single person. The things he told Izuku and I... If he had his quirk he would've killed people for stepping too close. He saved her from Overhaul. He has my trust at this moment."

"You're fucking stupid."

Shouto's nose twitched in annoyance but he ignored the insult.

"Overhaul tried to rape her. Tried to mutate her into something else. He even used his own quirk on her. Apparently she was close to killing him and he did it to control her."

All color drained from Ground Zero's face.

"That ship was their whole world. They did their best to save each other. She fought to escape. He saved her from rape. They planned their way out together and he saved her. He said he beat the shit out of Overhaul. Called his companions and got them out of there. He was aware of what we would do but came anyways. It wasn't like he left her on the ground in front of the hospital."

Katsuki still couldn't talk.

"The way he was before... he isn't anymore. He's no longer a murderous man child. He cares for her- probably more than we ever would. Ochako may never be a hero after this. He knows that but he wanted to make sure she didn't hurt anyone innocent. Tomura Shigaraki cares for her and she's a hero. A better one than we are... Because she changed him when no one else could do it."

"He looks at her-

"Like you do? I hate to say it but... she might love him back."

Katsuki jumped up, knocking the chair down onto the ground. His face turned dark red with hatred.

"HOW FUCKING DARE YOU!" he bellowed but Shouto didn't flinch.

He sat there calmly with his hands in his lap without moving.

"I only speak the truth. We don't know what happened in there. What happened between them."

It hit Katsuki all at once.

I don't know. He's right. We don't know.

Izuku walked into the waiting room.

"Is everything ok?" he asked looking alarmed.

"NO!"

The green haired hero sighed and bit his lip.

"The doctor said for us to go home. There is nothing left we can do here. She still sedated and she will be detoxing from the drugs she's been on for months."

"What did they say about the side effects?" Shouto asked.

"They... they may be permanent."

Katsuki got up and stormed towards the elevator with his two friends following behind him.

Tomura sat in one of the chairs by the windows. He stared through the blinds at the moon that shined brightly in the night sky. He wanted to watch Ochako like he had done many nights and days but he couldn't look at her. She was hooked up to so many tubes... It was so painful to see, even if he wasn't the cause for it.

He ran his hands through his hair cursing himself.

I should've done more... I should've killed him when I had the chance. I should've been stronger than some drug... I forced all that on her to get us out. I knew she had problems with it. She looked... wrong?

"You deserve more than me," he whispered, tears stinging his eyes.

He didn't feel this more than right now. Knowing he would be ripped from her in the matter of days and he wasn't ready. He would never be ready. Tomura turned around in time to see a warp gate open in the room and Dabi stepped out alone. It closed behind him, leaving them staring at each other in silence. Tomura returned to staring out the window.

"It's strange to see you like this," Dabi commented as he stepped up beside of his boss.

"Shut up."

"What do you want to do about it? Are we kidnapping her after she's better? Or are we joining their side?"

Shigaraki looked up at him in shock.

"This can only go so many ways. Might as plan for the one you want. Don't be surprised."

"I love her. I want what's best for her."

"Hm."

After a moment, Dabi spoke again.

"Don't force what you think is best. Let her decide. Then talk about it."

"That's... insightful."

"Only because he thought he knew what was best for me and he didn't. He turned me into this."

The decay villain stared down at the floor.

"I want to be with her but I don't want her to give up everything just for me."

"I don't think she would think 'just you.' She would think the world of you and would want to be with you too."

"How would you know?"

Dabi snorted, "She seems like the type to care about others. Just a guess though."

Shigaraki smiled.

"I would be ok with it if she came with us. I know Himiko would be too. I think everyone else could come around. No one had spoken too much on it yet."

Hm.

"Alright."

Dabi pulled out his phone.

"I gotta head back. I just wanted to make sure you were ok."

He was gone within seconds, leaving Tomura alone with his thoughts once again.
