Short stories that may or may not have plots, and that I have been wanting to post on here. Feel free to review or not, feel free to like or not, feel free to enjoy or not. Thank you.
Silence:
It's deafening. In fact it's obliterating to think what others do. I wake and can't move. Can't speak. I'm mute and unable to fight. Unable to defend myself against their attacks. But why. What blow can they make that is powerful? What power should they have over me? Why do I feel so worthless and powerless against them? Who are they? What is there true purpose? I am baffled by everything around me as everything goes black, quiet. Deathly quiet.
I feel like prey that is being hunted. I am just waiting for them to strike and kill. I am just waiting for the next blows, the next falls, everything they have to throw at me. I am nothing.
It's quiet. It's dark. My mind is filled with terror. I can scream and run, though nothing will happen, or accept the fate that will. I am defenseless.
They have taken it all from me. I am silent.
But what's it matter. I am just a woman in their eyes.
We were just girls in their eyes. Nothing would ever matter. Not me, not Jackie, not anyone.
It's dark, quiet, and I am silent, with tears streaming down my cheeks, as await my fate, knowing my friends already got theirs.

We were silenced when we woke as we sadly accepted our fates. We were silenced and continued to be.
End.
