"There is a problem."

Katsuki, Shouto and Izuku were visiting Ochako even though she wasn't awake yet. Tomura was leaning against the windows trying to give them space but it was hard. He didn't want to be away from her side. This was as far as he was willing to be away from her.

"What kind of problem?" Katsuki asked in his usual threatening tone.

"Ochako is about two to three months pregnant. It's hard to tell since... Since the drugs could've affected the growth. The child itself is showing side effects and stress."

The three heroes turned to stare at the villain. No one spoke. Tomura stood there frozen for a few minutes. The doctor looked like he was anxious to leave the room. The tension was thick and unwelcoming.

"She's... she's pregnant?" the villain choked out.

"Yes. Am I to assume you're the father?"

Tomura swallowed hard but nodded quickly, "He never got to... got too do anything to her... little that."

"Well, the effects of the drug is causing fetal distress. We weren't able to get a clean blood reading until now. Somehow it blocked everything- including our ability to type her blood. We don't know if she's going to carry it or if it'll cause her further harm. Even her DNA is messed up in some places. It's hard to say how everything will play out."

The villain looked like he was going to faint. Shouto grabbed a chair and helped him lower Shigaraki onto it.

"What are the choices?" Izuku asked as he nervously stared at his childhood friend.

Katsuki stood against the wall without a single word. He looked like he wasn't even in his own body.

"Abortion. Considering what that drug might've done, it could cause the fetus to gain it's quirk within a few months. I only say this because the gravitational force Mr. Shigaraki had told us about will force the baby out. We are going to do a few more tests but it may be possible she will never be able to have children. Can... I have consent?" the doctor asked looking at Shigaraki.

"Her parents-

"They can't be here," the doctor stated, "The father is sick and we don't want him in here with her."

"Can you... can you make sure of everything first? If there's a chance... I don't... Ochako may... want something different and I don't..." Tomura trailed off.

The doctor nodded.

"I understand. There's a ninety five percent chance this pregnancy won't play through. If she miscarriages, we can take care of it."

The villain nodded.

"I'll have to have all of you clear out shortly. I'll send in a few nurses and an OBGYN to do an ultrasound."

The doctor left without another word. Izuku cleared his throat.

"I'll call her mom. I'll let you know what she wants too."

"T-thanks."

Shigaraki got up slowly and went to the recliner by her bed that was closest to her. He didn't even feel like this was real. Like it was some sick joke.

"You sick fuck."

Shouto stepped near his angry, blonde friend. This was not going to end well.

"You forced yourself on her."

The villain's face twisted up into something scary and mortified.

"Excuse me?"

"She would never be with someone like you!" Katsuki shouted.

"Calm down- you can cause Ochako to stress out-

The blonde shoved Shouto out of his way.

"HOW DARE YOU!" he screamed as his hands crackled.

Tomura jumped up and stood at the foot of the bed trying to shield Ochako's lifeless body.

"Stop this!" Shouto hissed trying to keep his voice low.

In a matter of seconds, the hospital door flew open. Izuku dropped his phone onto the ground. He charged at his best friend getting ready to swing at him to stop him but Katsuki saw it. He swung out at Izuku, his fist connecting with his cheek. The freckled hero fell backwards into the tiled floor. Katsuki lunged at Shigaraki but the villain shoved him away.

A few nurses came walking in with the ultrasound machine. They stared at Izuku who was spit blood onto the tile by his leg. Shouto grabbed Katsuki's arm and pulled him towards the doorway. One of the nurses put down the carrier she had in her hand and rushed to Izuku's side. Shigaraki stood there motionless the two pro heroes left the room.

How did it come to this?

Once they made sure Izuku was ok, he and Tomura were forced out of the room. They stood there in the hallway without a single word to say. Izuku couldn't find anything to say to comfort the poor guy. He had to chose ridding of his child because the life form had no chance after what Overhaul had done to them or giving it a small chance for Ochako to make the choice.

Would her mind be clear enough for such a thing? She hadn't woke up yet.

Not even the doctor knew what choice for them to make.

"I'm so stupid."

Shigaraki slid down the wall onto the ground.

"I never once thought about it every time we did it. I just wanted to be in her arms... With what little time I had left and I wouldn't be able to touch her with my bare fingers ever again. That small bits of human contact meant more to me than anything else in the world. To feel that warmth and...love."

"You shouldn't blame yourself."

The villain looked up at him.

"How could I not?"

"Because you feel guilty. You feel... you feel like a human. You aren't as emotionless and crazy as everyone thought you were. You're human. You're alive now. Don't be angry."

"But- but my... my baby. Ochako..."

If someone had told Izuku he would be comforting the leader of the League of Villains in a hospital... he would've been disgusted. He would've laughed in their faces. He had no idea why he felt so compelled to make sure Tomura was ok. Why he felt that he should be there for him. There was no answers to it all but he felt like it was the right thing to do. Just like last night.

That was the right thing to do.

"Ochako's mom said thank you."

Izuku slid down beside of him.

"What?" he asked in disbelief.

"The moment she showed up, I explained everything. She actually has come up here a few times. She was too afraid to meet you but she sees that you care for her daughter. She trusts you. You made the right decisions for her so far. You risked it all and then some. Don't be ashamed."

"Hmm, how weird."

Ochako looked around. She was back in the UA dorms. She had missed being here lately. It felt safe. She missed being safe.

"It's really weird now."

She walked towards the hallway and to her room. For some reason the door was white instead of brown.

"I wonder why that is."

"Don't open the door!" a voice yelled.

She turned around to see a much younger version of herself standing there looking like she had been through a battle. Younger Ochako had a cut across her cheek, the fabric missing off her left leg and the fabric hanging off her left arm.

"What's behind the door?"

"You'll wake up."

"I want too."

"Something bad will happen."

Ochako stared at her.

"You want to wake up to him?" younger Ochako asked, "He attacked us. He tried to kill us."

She had no idea what to say. It was all true.

"He's there?"

"You don't hear his voice?"

Ochako closed her eyes and she heard the muffled voice of Shigaraki and someone else.

"People change."

"No they don't and you know that. He doesn't love you. You love... you love them."

Younger Ochako pointed to Katsuki and Izuku that suddenly appeared a few feet away from her.

"You love them," the younger self said, "You know you do."

"I... I did. At one time."

"Then why him?"

"I don't want to ask myself that. I ask you why you love them."

The younger Ochako dropped her arms.

"Because they mean everything to me."

"You're right. They mean everything to us. But there's a difference between us. It was young love and fear. This time- for me, they are my rivals. The markers in a path I want to pass. As much as they are my friends, that isn't true love."

"What do you mean? Loving a killer is better? Do you even know what has happened?!" the teenager yelled.

Ochako grabbed the door knob as tears ran down her face. Was it a dream or memories trying to form themselves to make sense? Perhaps the younger her was the logic her brain was trying to tell her she wrong... Or was it the drugs starting to wear off so she could think again? She turned around to smile at her.

"All I ever wanted was a man who sees me as a equal. Not as someone who needs saving at every corner. I'm no longer a child."

"How do you know Shigaraki doesn't think of you that way?" younger Ochako asked looking more upset.

"Even if he did, he doesn't now."

"You open that door, bad things will happen."

Ochako forced a smile, "I know and that's ok."

She pulled the door wide open and was met with a bright light.

Ochako gasped so loudly that Shigaraki nearly jumped out of a dead sleep. He got up and stumbled to his feet seeing the horrified look on her face.

"AHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

The gravity in the room suddenly became too much and he was slammed into the tiled floor knocking the wind out of him. Ochako ripped the IVs out of her arms, screaming. She sat up, clutching her head in agony. He barely could look up to see her but he could tell she was shaking her head. The tiles on the floor were starting to crack and creak from the intense pressure.

"NOOOOOOO!"

As soon as she dropped her hands, everything started to float in the room, including the both of them. The villain looked mystified as he hit the ceiling. Ochako gripped the hand rails of her bed trying to stop herself from floating upward, nearly crushing them in her grip. She grinded her teeth together and let out a shaky breath. Everything hit the floor with a loud bang.

"Ochako!" he yelled, trying to get up.

"Tomura-

A sudden crippling pain hit her all at once. It felt like Overhaul was using his quirk on her all over again. Panic hit her thinking he was actually there.

"Fuck! It hurts!" she cried.

"Ochako! Where does it hurt?!" he yelled looking at her but it looked like nothing was visibly wrong.

Shigaraki pulled back the sheets to see if she had some injury on her legs when he saw the massive a lot of blood flowing from under her hospital gown. As far as miscarriages go, he didn't think someone didn't bleed like that.

"HELP!"
