The Bleak Future / The Bloody Morning After

[Iron Island (AKA Land of Iron), at the Kage Summit]
Tsunade, Shizune, and Anko are among the other witnesses from other nations on Neutral Ground as the Daimyo of the Land of Fire called a meeting with the other Daimyo and the 4 Kagé (Gaara of Sunagakure, Ōnoki of Iwa, Mei of Kirigakure, and A' of Kumogakure) for an important order, with Mifune (Grandmaster of the Samurai Guild) and his bodyguards as witnesses.
The Fire Daimyo declares, "Ladies and Gentlemen of the court, I called you here because we're facing a crisis. We're days away from an all-important ceasefire. However, we seem to have people in our villages that are not truly acknowledging the reason for this season."
"With all due respect, milord," Mei questioned, "What happened to the current Hokagé, Hiruzen Sarutobi? He was supposed to be here."
"I would expect the old duff to at least show his face after the last 2 wars," Ōnoki remarked.
"Old man, you are no saint yourself after you tried to terrorize my home country and Konoha's," Gaara said, "You could have at least prepared a successor before somebody pulls a backhanded tactic and possibly further ruin your homeland's reputation."
(Gaara learned the hard way when his father and previous Kazekage, Rasa, had made a colossal blunder making a bargain with Orochimaru.)
"And what are you going to do about it, whippersnapper?" Ōnoki argued until he felt a crick in his spine, "Agh! My aching back!"
"The brat is right," A' said while pumping some iron with a heavy dumbbell, "You need someone trustworthy to take over while you need a good chiropractor."
"People! People!" the Fire Daimyo called for order, "As you know, Hiruzen Sarutobi's former teammate and fellow member of the Elder Council of Konoha, one Danzo Shimura, has started a huge mutiny. He has declared war on your respective villages, all because of one particular Konoha Genin."
"You don't mean Naruto-kun?" Mei asked, "He helped bring back Zabuza and Haku from going too far after my predecessor was being controlled by an accursed Uchiha who was exiling and killing off those with bloodline superpowers. I'm grateful for that brave young man stopping them."
"Naruto saved my life, too," Gaara said, "Orochimaru posed as my old man and almost took over my country just to get even with Konohagakure. And Kabuto Yakushi was holding my older brother and sister hostage, but Naruto managed to put a stop to this. I am indebted to him."
But A' and Ōnoki still didn't like Naruto because of the resemblance to the (presumably) deceased 4th Hokage and wanted to argue, but the other Daimyo forbade them.
"The obvious problem with ourselves lies with that young man of Konoha. I have been given word that he has been treated unfairly. He wasn't properly trained, wasn't provided proper care due to negligence, foolish pride, and chauvinistic prejudicial ignorance. And yet, that very man managed to pull off some manner of methods to keep himself and every other innocent people alive. Obviously, my current Hokagé and his so-called council are positively wasting Naruto's and possibly even others' potential. And that makes me mad. When Hiruzen and/or Danzo arrive for our meeting, they are to be considered as undesirables, due to their long-running act of being prideful when, behind their backs, the entire village and its citizens have forsaken the Sages' and the Heaven's will entrusted to our ancestors, and we are likely in the wrong, too."
The other Daimyo agreed to the Fire Daimyo's sentiments and should have done better than they were, all that for a war over one's inheritance where it should have been shared in the first place. That's why they have the Chunin and Jonin exams to keep the peace between nations without having the necessary need or want to start a big fight.
Even the Sound Daimyo had realized that he had done a terrible wrong appointing Orochimaru as his land's unofficial Kagé, not knowing that he made the citizens live in further poverty and were being used as experiments and guinea pigs.
But then, all of the sudden, a guard, who appeared to be seriously injured, came into the building and brought ill tidings to the leaders, "Milord! Milord! We're under attack! The enemy are aiming to kill us off on Neutral Ground!"
The guardsman collapsed into unconsciousness from his wounds.
The Fire Daimyo murmured, "I'll bet it's that old goat, Danzo. Everyone, to arms! Prepare yourselves and draw your weapons! Because tonight, we must to battle!"
The Kagé and their bodyguards prepare for a massacre as they leave the building to witness an army coming towards them in sheer numbers. The deposed Minister, Danzo's ROOT soldiers and Hiruzen's group of Ninja from Konoha; Orochimaru, Kabuto, the Sound Nin, and the white Zetsu Clones; the Akatsuki including PAIN; Obito Uchiha and Toneri Hyuga hiding themselves with their Ocular Jutsu.
Tsunade and Shizune prepare for standby for any medical emergencies while Anko stands by to help with the anti-toxins in case of poisons and venom.

The battle on Iron Island was awful as they fought for days, not knowing when there will be any rest.
Danzo wanted to tear everything apart just to find Naruto to make him unveil his secrets to the Uzumaki claims for his own just reward (and he's not telling his partners that).
The other Kagés' respective ninja are still too far away for any assistance and there are many casualties on their side.
Fortunately for them, the cavalry has arrived, but not what they're expecting. It was the long-lost Uzumaki Nin thought to have been killed off after the 2nd War and they rushed at the incoming enemy. Surprisingly, they were also assisted by what appeared to 4th Hokagé and his wife Kushina, and… the trio couldn't believe it, but… Naruto and Hinata, and they looked healthier than they were before and they and the Uzumaki tore through the enemy lines. Naruto goes after Orochimaru, Hinata goes after Toneri, and Minato and Kushina take on their former students.

[Naruto VS Orochimaru and Kabuto]
Naruto ran into Kabuto first as the doctor of death said, "I know all about you, Naruto. You were poorly trained, your teachers weren't much help, you were banned from being able to attend the Chunin Exams, and you just recently lost your house by your fellow citizens. All in all, you are nothing but a common street rat."
"And you don't know when to stop nosing and prying into other people's lives," Naruto said as he triggered his first trap: a Delta Horse right in the know-it-all's clutch, followed by a Giant Mallet to send Kabuto flying out into one of the fighting skirmishes where he got trampled underfoot.
"People who don't know about loose lips sinking ships will get hit by a giant mallet and die," Naruto said before facing Orochimaru who chuckled, "Fufufu… Don't tell me that setting up traps is all that you can do, Naruto-kun?"
"Then why don't you try and come closer, cowardly snake? You give ninja a bad name when you try to win Sasuke over to your cause and he paid the price with his life," Naruto countered as he readied himself.
"A snake, am I? I'll show you how s-s-s-snake I can be!" Orochimaru declared as he transformed into a giant white venomous snake showing its fangs, "Now, foolish mortal, I shall swallow you whole and your knowledge will be mine!"
"Ha ha ha… how about not," the unimpressed Naruto triggered another set of Devastating traps with his hidden, well-placed sealing tags…
A blood-curdling scream echoes in the battlefield…

[Hinata VS Toneri]
Both Hyuga possess the power of their bloodlines to stop or alter the opponents' chakra flow. Toneri (Hinata's ex-betrothed and 1st cousin by Hiashi's diabolical means) has his Tenseigan from a different pair of Hyuga eyes that Hiashi had provided.
"So, my father betrayed our family so that you can activate the forbidden power," Hinata noticed the motive behind her clan's tendencies and learned that one of her relatives is currently in a medically induced coma, "On top of that, you're using my baby sister's eyes? This is one thing that I cannot tolerate, Toneri!"
"Your sister's eyes are now my tools for awakening the legendary Tenseigan, the same weapon that Hamura Ōtsutsuki uses on the moon!" Toneri declared as he unwrapped the bandages around his eyes, "And she'll be next when I eliminate yours and everybody else's chakra! When I'm through with you, your eyes will be mine and you and Hanabi will be slaves to bear children and you won't be able to hold them! Ever!"
Both Hyugas fought valiantly and neither were backing down as some casualties were taken from the missed shots. (Their chakra levels were drained out of them, causing them to lose their inner strength.)
Toneri, unfortunately, over-relied on the Ocular Jutsu and their Anti-Chakra rays, that his eyesight is starting to fail him.
Hinata took the opportunity to choke Toneri and said, "Those eyes don't belong to you. And I love Naruto-kun, not you. Just for that, your life is now forfeit. Abayo."
And she used her chakra scalpel like the fangs of a lioness to pierce and rip off Toneri's throat and arteries in an internal decapitation. Toneri was already dead before he hardly knew it.
Hinata quickly used her iryojutsu to carefully remove the stolen eyes off the corpse and into a sterilized container and sealed it into a blank scroll. For now, all that she can do is to survive this war and find Hanabi before anything else happens.

[Naruto's Doubles VS Hiruzen and his Ninja Squads]
Naruto's doubles (numbered at about 1,000) were previously given orders by the original, "Tear those flanks apart until they know the reason not to mess with me, my friends, my family, and the Uzumaki legacies, and bring me the ones responsible. I want them alive!"
The Doubles obeyed and charged through the enemy lines. The Konoha nin were blindsided by Naruto's sheer numbers. People like Kiba Inuzuka and Akamaru didn't stand a chance when they got hit with a smoke bomb filled with Rebuf (a type of dog repellant), and Akamaru is acting very strange as he keeps wallowing and wailing from the repellant on his skin. (Akamaru is unable to continue.) Kiba became very angry and wanted to capture Naruto (dead or alive) for not just the reward money, but to win the heart of Hinata Hyuga, even though she belonged to someone else. "You can't do this to me, you vile fox!" he ranted, "I don't care what my mother and sister said. You're nothing, you hear me? You're just a nobody! [Spinning Fang!]"
The Inuzuka charged at the army of Doubles, only to trigger a trap that stopped him in his tracks: Kiba is trapped in a cage and poked him in the butt with a senbon laced with a sedative that makes him fall asleep on the spot.
"Bad dog," D. Naruto mocked, "Tsunade-obachan and Shizune-oneechan taught me a few tricks to help with their patients. Speaking of patients…"
He noticed a few more nin, including Team Asuma in their new clothes (Shippūden style), were charging at him with their typical ninja arts, but when Ino tries to use her [Mind Destruction Art] to mess with him for putting her in an embarrassing dress, only to realize that Naruto poofed out.
"A double again‽" Choji exclaimed, but it was too late as they fell for another hidden trap as they were entrapped in containers and their clothes disappeared again, but this time, they've been completely stripped down, even their weapons were gone.
The men tried to hide their privates while Ino covered her front, not knowing that they struck with drugged senbon needles and fell asleep.
While the other group of doubles carried their said prisoners away from the battlefield via storage scrolls, one of the doubles fought against Sakura who is acting like a spoiled brat as she tries to punch him, "You demon! You killed Sasuke during the invasion! I'll never forgive you for that, you fiend!"
Double (D.) Naruto blocked the punch with ease and said, "Sakura, I requested Obaa-chan to help you get out of your fanaticism, but it seems to be just a waste of time. I only wanted to be friends with you while growing up, but you sided with the wrong crowd. I pity you and those ignoramuses. As for Sasuke, he had his chance when he attacked innocent people from the crisis and tried to rape Hinata's younger sister Hanabi in the alley even with his Curse Mark. I just caught him with his pants down and he uses his Chidori at me, aiming to get a hole in my chest, y'know."
"Shut up! You are not even considered a ninja, you freak! I blame your parents for not raising you, because my mother told me all about you!"
"That's where you're wrong, my friend. It turns out that my parents are alive and I have a family that I never knew, until recently."
But Sakura didn't want to hear the end of the conversation as she screamed as she thrashed at her opponent, but she unfortunately swung wide with her right hook, giving D. Naruto an opportunity to use his trap: the old-style [Orthodontic Cases]. Sakura's head and face are bound with mechanical apparatuses and her mouth is trapped as she looks utterly repulsive in front of some of the onlookers who stopped fighting and giggled and laughed at her new looks.
"«What have you done to me‽»" Sakura muffled in the new cases with a controlled smile, "«A fine thing! Look at me! Just look at me! I'm a ruined woman! Just wait 'til the Civilian Council hears about this!»"
"I'm sorry, I couldn't hear a word out of your big mouth," Naruto mocked while getting the wax out of his ear, "Don't worry, this device is cleaned out and safely sealed before I had it set up." And he knocked her out with a laughing gas bomb.
Meanwhile, another of Naruto's doubles managed to win Karin Uzumaki over after he defeated Suigetsu and Jūgo. Karin explained that although she once lived in Kusagakure (Grass Hidden Village), the people within the village betrayed her and her mother's trust by killing the latter. To make matters worse, the leader of Kusa sold Karin to Orochimaru for a hefty price as a slave. D. Naruto decided to make a mental note that Kusagakure will have to answer for their crimes and messing with the wrong family.
As for Shino (Kiba and Hinata's teammate), he decided to back off, knowing that Naruto was a few steps ahead of him. Unfortunately, he was shoved aside by another double who took the hit and poofed out when Kakashi used his Raikiri against Naruto (who is definitely not laughing at his former student's little joke as he wanted revenge against him).
"Naruto, you are wanted by the Hokagé and the council," he said while using 3 katas to ready another Lightning Blade, "Your death is at hand, you scum!"
However, Kakashi was suddenly stabbed by what appears to be a crimson-chained harpoon and was forcefully dragged away to a different part of the battlefield as the Naruto army continued clashing.

[With Minato and Kushina]
Kushina threw Kakashi down to the ground, and Minato is very unhappy with his former student and said, "Kakashi Hatake! It's bad enough that Rin and Obito sacrificed their lives to save you, but you have forsaken our teachings to your other students, especially my son!"
Kakashi was speechless and asked, "What son?"
Kushina grabbed Kakashi and slapped him around some, enough to make his nose bleed through his half-torn mask.
"That's my son, you schmuck!" she screamed, "Naruto Uzumaki Namikazé, our only son! Get the picture?"
"Him‽" Kakashi exclaimed, "But I thought that he's just a worthless orphan and I thought that you're dead!"
Minato grabbed Kakashi and slapped him with a Chakra Locking Seal and angrily said, "You're wrong on both ends. We were taken hostage by Danzo in a coma until we were rescued by our benefactor. We were forced to wait until Naruto came here. And where were you this whole time and Peacetime? Moping over the losses of your friends all the time near Memorial Stone? Training one student and neglecting the others, all for the sake of teamwork? Kobayaro (You stupid fool)!" *slap!* "You're supposed to handle the responsibilities of a Jonin and train all members of your students and underclassmen. But now, you're nothing but a disgrace. No, you are far worse than a dishonorable disgrace! We took you in after your father gave his life to save his partners and we taught you better, but you never listen nor did you heed the importance of what a real soldier is all about!"
Kakashi didn't want to hear one more lecture from his former teacher and attacked Minato with a technique that he "stole", the Rasengan. However, Kakashi ran into a trap by a smirking Kushina, by means of her Chakra Chains hidden in the ground, as many lengths of Adamantine chains pinning the target, standing up.
But just as Minato was about to stop Kakashi but good, he and Kushina were interrupted by a raging fire, consuming Kakashi in agonizing flames.
It was Itachi Uchiha who returned with some of the Akatsuki members PAIN and Konan who joined his cause after he destroyed the pitiful man once known as Kakashi Hatake of the Sharingan, now just an ash heap blown in the breeze; forgotten.
"PAIN and Konan are the real members of the Akatsuki after Jiraiya and Danzo's members deliberately attacked them," Itachi explained, "The other members of the Akatsuki just wanted blood and formed their separate group and started creating chaos and destruction everywhere they pleased."
"Those idiots don't know the real meaning of pain," PAIN said, "They let the destitute, the widowed, and the orphans suffer while living a wicked life. They will have to answer with humility."
And he and Konan have to split up from Itachi to take down some enemy Ninjas from Oto and Kusa.
On the (false) Akatsuki's side, Deidara blew up a number of soldiers and didn't matter or even care whose they're on. Sasori fired a volley of poison needles and gas bombs upon some unwitting soldiers. Kisame uses the water from the ocean to create waves of chakra-bodies of sharks to tear and chew off victims in their wake.
Kakuzu and Hidan didn't show because they have been dealt with by Naruto's doubles before they cause more real damage in both physical and religious terms. Kazuku's mask/hearts were destroyed by a well-aimed and thrown Rasenshuriken, while the near-immortal Hidan's head was cut off, but still cusses his mouth with vulgarity and rancor, but was censored by means of a soap bar stuffed in and remove the False God Jashin's power elsewhere, with the help of the Sages.
Minato and Kushina assisted Itachi, PAIN and Konan in stopping the remaining Akatsuki.

[Back to Naruto]
Naruto (the original) plus a few remaining doubles were facing Obito after they took down Asuma (with the Raised Floor and Magnet Panel through his trench knives), Kurenai (in the middle of the Magnetic Trap, getting kissed by Asuma), and other key Jonin with his various traps and contraptions. Hiruzen, unfortunately, was hit by a stray thrown item from one of the enemy's skirmishes and died immediately on the spot. Naruto checked and found that they looked like their minds were strictly nowhere, as if they were practically hypnotized.
Obito Uchiha, AKA Tobi, suddenly showed up and used the Sharingan (in his right eye) and the Rinnegan (in his left eye), that was reformed by Zetsu, as means to put the world to be stuck in under a geis to keep them from knowing the real truth. That he wanted Rin back into his life after she sacrificed herself to save him and Kakashi from a vicious ambush.
Naruto disagreed and said, "Rin is actually alive and she said that she liked you back then, but now, she also said that she doesn't like the life you're leading with the Akatsuki. You were supposed to be helping people, not poisoning them by sowing and reaping heartache and pain."
"But Rin is supposed to be my lover, girlfriend!" Obito ranted, "I gave her presents on Peacetime, I spent time with her on missions, I made sure that she is safe! Tell me why do you think that I shouldn't love Rin?"
Naruto paused for a moment and said, "For one thing, while she wasn't taken by Mizu and the previous Kagé, and besides, you and Kakashi would rather kill her than to rescue your fellow ninja. And that's why she didn't want to date you in the first place. You just don't have the heart to win the heart of a fair lady."
Obito became absolutely furious and tried to use his Rinnegan power to forcibly remove Naruto's soul, only to realize that it was actually a trap: a Spark Rod was substituted and unleashes megavolts of stored lightning and electrocutes Obito, followed by someone else throwing paralyzing senbon needles to prevent the Uchiha from moving or using any form of action, other than the parts keeping him alive. It was Rin Nohara, who was coincidentally nearby as she borrowed Naruto's Meteorite Blade. "It's over, Obito," she said to her helpless foe as the Uchiha's head was offed, "You stole, you lied, you cheated, and you lost, after you broke my trust after my cousin Ringo was killed by your hands and my blood clone was done in by Kakashi. For that, your life is now forfeited the moment you made unforgivable crimes against humanity."
Obito has passed in this life.
Naruto comforts Rin as he puts the severed head and the body of Obito into the containment scroll to be put away for later.
"You stupid fools," she muttered at the way Kakashi and now Obito idiotically lost their lives for their actions and then she returned the blade to Naruto.
But just as Rin leave toward the First Aid tents to help the injured and the maimed and Naruto was about to return to the main part of the battle, he was interrupted by none other than Jiraiya who wanted more than just his 2 ryo's worth as he uses his Sage Mode with the Toad Elders (Shima and Fukasaku) on both of his shoulders in a temporary fusion and by means of his Rasengan.
(Naruto casually avoided the charging attack.)
"Naruto, you must stop this at once!" the Toad Sage declared, "This isn't how the prophecy isn't going to happen! I must do whatever means to stop you!"
Naruto isn't buying the perverted idiot's act one bit. Hagoromo and Hamura told about this prophecy about a savior that will appear and save the known realm from certain annihilation, but that was misinterpreted and misinformed by those of ill intentions. "Ero-sennin," he said as he stows away the scroll, but keeps his weapon on hand, "We both know that you were supposed to be my godfather, the kind that was supposed to take care of me while my parents were away. But you didn't take the responsibility. Tsunadé-obaachan at least apologized for not being here, but she took better responsibility than you would ever do."
The two ninjas fought against each other with fist and ninjutsu as they were evenly matched.
Naruto then says, "Tell me. What would you gain from this so-called prophecy? Fame for bringing out the said person or people? Fortune that you already gained from your books that are way past the Harlequin category? Or is it that you want my family to be put in a different light?"
"Of course it would," Jiraiya arrogantly answered, "The world will know of Jiraiya the Gallant Toad Sage, the one who found the Meshia! I will be as famous as the… *gack!*
Naruto took the moment in Jiraiya's weakness by grabbing him by the throat. He aimed an uppercut at a good angle to the chin, just enough to knock him down, forcing him to defuse Sage Mode.
Naruto grabbed the 2 toad elders and questioned them, "What gave the both of you the right to give that imbecile to spread the prophecy? It has done nothing but cause too much pain that wasn't even necessary to kill for, even for shinobi!"
Fukasaku says, "Naruto, miboy, we thought that we trusted Jiraiya-boy to keep the oldest elder Gamamaru's words a secret before he passed away from his venerable age. But it seems that even no matter how we tried to discipline him, he had intentions to say it to Hiruzen and Danzo anyway, that shiftless bum!"
Shima then added, "When we found that Minato-boy was still alive, we decided to keep it a secret by reverse summoning ourselves and found ourselves in an underground catacombs. We found Minato and Kushina in a coma, so we secretly took them away while we brought our family to confiscate the evidence. And what else we found complete took us for a shock!"
Shima and Fukasaku explained and presented the evidence that Naruto has 3 siblings (1 brother and 2 sisters) by artificial means of cloning (all of which were waiting safely in Myobokuyama), and that Danzo had other children from other clans and families that were secretly kidnapped before they were rescued and eventually free from the brainwashing.
"So! Danzo was behind this farce this whole time," Naruto deduced, "I've seen him around with the councilmen and the old man whenever I get a few visits. He always gives me a creepy vibe that makes me feel uncomfortable, like he's hiding something, ya know."
Jiraiya suddenly came out of his unconsciousness, with plans on attacking Naruto, but the Toad elders smacked him - Shima with a slap and Fukasaku with his stick.
"Jiraiya-boy, you disappoint us!" the Pa Toad scolded, "You used us for your selfish gains and not just to peek into women who are unprotected!"
"But...but, Fuka- -" Jiraiya tried to explain, but Shima (the Ma Toad) slapped their "prized" student again, saying, "Shut up and listen, ya darn, stupid fool!"
Fukasaku explained, "Our Oldest Elder of the Toads, Gamamaru-dono, said to you that you are to find the said person to put him or her in their rightful place in the world. In other words, you are supposed to be the messenger to only that particular person. But here you are, mucking this with those conspirators! Danzo, Hiruzen, their former compatriots, and the people in Konoha had used the prophecy against not only Naruto-boy, but have greatly treated the other villages with contempt!"
"But Naruto is supposed to be humbled!" Jiraiya exclaimed, "He isn't supposed to make peace with the other villages like that! He isn't supposed to be a hero to them!"
"Like the way you did to Nagato and Minato?" Shima questioned and gave the idiot another slap, "We're disgusted with you! *slap!* You made poor judgment! *slap!* You let people like Hiruzen and Danzo get away with crimes that would never be amended! *slap!* And now you've buttered your bread, now you'll have to mucking lay in it! Pa, would you do the honors?"
"Yes, Ma," Fukasaku complies before turning to Jiraiya, "From this point on, you are officially blackballed from the Toad Clan and you are not to call us or use other Eidolons as your meal tickets! And also, your Sage Mode is officially revoked. As of right now!"
The elder toad uses his stick to remove Jiraiya's extra strength that kept him going and his old scars and lesions began to show.
"From this day forth, you are officially struck from our pact. You are now nothing but a man with the weakest intentions and ambitions after exalting yourself and your stupid ego. But the final Judgment will come from God. May He show mercy on your poor, pitiful soul."
And they and the rest of the Toad Clan reverse-summoned themselves back into their realm to take care of other things.
Jiraiya couldn't believe it; he lost his powers with the Toad Clan and not only is he feeling the agonizing effects of his old wounds, but also felt something inside his pants that he has something worse than having a vasectomy from all the hookers and prostitutes he slept with. If that weren't enough, Minato, Kushina, PAIN, and Konan are approaching him, with intentions of dealing him serious hurt.
"So there you are, Sensei," Minato said as he, his wife, and his in-laws are cracking their knuckles, "Where were you when Nagato and his friends needed you when Danzo attacked them? Where were you when Obito attacked us and left our only boy behind? Why didn't you rescue us when Hiruzen, Orochimaru, and Danzo experimented on us? Well‽ Answer us!"
Jiraiya wanted to take the cowards way out by simply running away, but the infections wouldn't let him move his legs properly, and Kushina compounded the problem with her Chakra Chains pinning him to the ground. But what happened next gets even more painful as Jiraiya screamed like a girl as he was beaten up very soundly.
"HAVE MERCYYY!"

Naruto knocked out a few more soldiers, including Fu Yamanaka and Toruné Aburamé after they tried using their most dangerous jutsu, only to get burned by a Scorching Rasengan (combining wind-powered Rasengan with a simple Fireball Jutsu). They're still alive, but are terribly hurt by 2nd to 3rd degree burns.
By the time Naruto found Danzo, the old shinobi used his means to get close to his foe with his Sharingan Eyes hidden in his bandages.
"You are in my power, Naruto!" he commanded, "My Kotoamatsukami will make you change your mind on attacking your Hokagé, now that you are powerless in my presence!"
But all that Danzo got was a laughing matter by an unaffected Naruto who somehow has developed a resistance to the Sharingan's hypnosis as he replied, "So you're the one who was controlling the village and made the other Villages fight and kill each other! I thought I smelt a rat when the people were acting very strange, why would they despise me for something I did or didn't do. You never care about the way I look, about the way I learn, giving me a good education, you kidnap and screw with my family, and a lot of other heinous things that you don't like about until there's nothing left of me."
"Because you're the biggest liability! The prophecy states that the Meshia will save our world from dying!"
"Then answer me this: why did you go so far as to cheat many people? Was it for spite? Or was it that you are playing God just to let the guilty live and the innocent die by your own whims?"
"What imprudence! I AM the Meshia that is destined just to die peacefully! I will transcend as God of this world while you, persistent Naruto, your life ends here as I send you and everybody else to Hell!"
And Danzo attacks with Wind Bullets.
Naruto countered the attacks with Wind Blades, knocking them aside. He then goes for an opening by using his Meteorite Blade to unravel the bandages, revealing to the world that Danzo not only has the Sharingan Eyes but also the abomination on his right arm that appeared to be living wood by the First Hokagé - Hashirama Senju.
"So, that's it!" Naruto declared, "You let Orochimaru and Kabuto do plastic surgery on you so that you could use powers that didn't belong to you."
"Correct," Danzo replied, "I lost my original arm after the 2nd War after I got careless! Orochimaru - my former colleague's student, and a few associates of mine used our villages' money to reconstruct my arm." He also admitted a few particular details, "And here's something else for you just before you die, I killed Shisui Ichiha for his Sharingan and the Kotoamatsukami. The Uchiha massacre was not Itachi's idea, but mine and my ROOT army! Now, wise guy, as the Hero of the Konohagakure, you are deemed too dangerous to live! Begone from here!"
And Danzo resumed his attacks.
Naruto kept on fighting back, but whenever he made his mark, Danzo seems to be avoiding his disastrous fate every time and now, he is starting to lose a bit of his steam. But then, Naruto noticed that Danzo kept regenerating himself even though the Sharingan Eyes should have been blinded and closed, thanks to Itachi's advice about them, but the healing factor had to be coming from somewhere or something, so he tried a different approach by summoning a few more doubles and they positioned themselves in an quick movements, away from his opponent's sight.
"It's useless, Naruto!" Danzo declared, "The trouble with you is that you're nothing but a nuisance, even if there are no Jinchūriki nor Bijuu to settle our fights!"
"Well, that may be, old geezer," Naruto replied, "But after what Grandpa (Hagoromo) and Uncle (Hamura) Sages told me about the previous [World Reset], that had removed the factors that would have torn our world worse than it already had."
"Naruto, there is no need for me to destroy you. Surrender! Surrender yourself and we will be lenient in your sentencing!"
Naruto laughed as he clapped like he was cheering from a good performance, "You always wanted an audience, you sap."
Danzo growled to himself, "I am invincible…," as he hears more of Naruto's "feeble" reply, "Y'know, I always wonder why you and the people of Konoha always keep pushing me around. Hoping to find this "Meshia" that can solve the world's problems to end all wars but good. But there's something that bothered me. You kidnap people from clans left and right for years and you even go so far as to mess with my family after Obito came back to hurt us and Toneri did the same when he used Kumo to kidnap Hinata to have her for his child bride. And I always wonder what happened to the Uzumaki clan, one of the founders of Konoha of the red spiral, about why they were driven out of house and home of Uzushio and Konoha…" He pointed at Danzo, "...it all leads back to you, the Elder Council, the 3rd Hokagé, and the elders of those generations that have caused strife unbecoming to our villages' founding. Their families will be ashamed of what their predecessors had done, but you! You don't even have family to call your own. You don't even appreciate Peacetime the way our forefathers prepared, so you created "monsters" to think that they're the targets of your little games to which the people intend to make us as pariahs and outsiders. Well, I have news for you, pal. Your plans backfired. The real monster of all this... is you."
Naruto draws a 50mm hand cannon from his sleeve. (It was a replica of the ancient, forgotten Uzumaki firearm, with modifications to reduce recoil. The bullet has an explosive end.)
"You wouldn't shoot an old man with this, now would you?" Danzo questioned.
"You're right. This makes too much noise. However, in this case, I'm going to make an exception," Naruto answered as he put his finger on the trigger, aiming at a certain spot lower than Danzo thought, "I'm precisely aiming for your groin. So speak or forever hold your peace."
"Die, Uzuma- -" Danzo declared before he felt the bullet hit where the spot said it was supposed to be, with an explosion blasting behind him with flames. The old false Hokagé felt like he was in pain worse than having a urinary tract infection and castration at the same time, while the flames cauterized some of the wounds, but burned him in other areas. What's worse is that his regenerating factor isn't with him as the power was completely spent and his Sharingan Eyes began to completely go black and become useless.
Naruto blew out the smoke from his gun and he queried, "So, "Hokagé-sama", are you going to take your [medicine] or do I have to get tougher?"
Danzo isn't finished, not yet. He decided to take one last attempt at destroying the Uzumaki legacy and everything else with him. "You thought you had defeated me, Naruto, but you'll have nothing now that my secret seal has been activated. Your world will be reseted once again and I will rule as the apex God! Danzo Shimura will always have the last laugh!"
Little did Danzo know, Naruto had counter-plans for just such an occasion as he activated a group of high-rank barrier seals and slapped a spring trap with different seals as they landed on Danzo's legs. "Ketsu!" Naruto declares as he puts the dangerous old man inside the barrier and the special seals mobilize just as Danzo is about to activate his seal on his chest, unleashing a vacuuming time bomb as a result.
That was when Hagoromo and Hamura appeared and stopped the battle and called forth the Shinigami who appeared with an ominous appearance: a humanoid figure that looked like a punk rock star, has a nearly face that can freak anybody because of his what appears to be missing a nose, but still has nostrils (more or less), and much of his head to his upper rib area looked like they'd been stitched to his body.
"My brothers," the Shinigami said, "What brings you to summon me into this already miserable battlefield? Got any apples?"
"Brother Ryuk, we need your assistance," Hagoromo said, "Danzo has meddled with this timeline after he, Obito, Toneri, and Orochimaru unleashed a forbidden jutsu."
"Don't worry, brother," Ryuk replied, "I've gotten those said souls and a few extras, all except for Danzo's. I've been called by God to let him know that he and his associates are going to answer for their crimes against humanity. However, I sense that once he's out of the picture, there will be consequences. Good or bad, I cannot say. But the time has not come for this life to end on Earth just yet."
Naruto tossed a few Apples to Ryuk from his scroll and said, "Fresh Pink Lady Apples from the orchard; nice and naturally sweet. Planted them myself when I was 5."
Ryuk grinned as he thanked Naruto for the gift as he munched on them as quick as a flash. He went to his business as he went through the barrier and grabbed Danzo by the chest and said, "You foolish mortal. Tonight, your soul will depart from you, and your possessions - - what will become of them? You are nothing more than a vapor in the universe!"
Danzo tries to resist his soul being ripped out from his body, but Ryuk's indomitable will was stronger as he yanked out the old man's embodiment who screamed and wailed from not getting what he wanted, "You can't do this to me! I'm the Meshia! I was supposed to be a hero! I am god! Put me back!"
But just as Ryuk immediately left the scene to retrieve lost souls to be taken elsewhere, a bright light from Danzo's corpse engulfed the battlefield as the survivors were taken away. The remaining Ninja and the people involved in the instigation will have a lot to answer for as they were taken elsewhere.

[The World Between Dimensions]
Hagoromo and Hamura are having a conversation with Naruto and Hinata about making an important decision while Tsunade, Shizuné, Anko, Minato and Kushina (with their other children), Hanabi (who is bandaged after having a new pair transplanted eyes), Itachi, Nagato (AKA "PAIN"), Konan, Karin, the lost Uzumaki clan members, a few close friends watched in anticipation, wondering what direction would they have to make.
Hagoromo speaks, "Young Naruto, it seems that the war with Ninshu and Ninjutsu had caused nothing but strife. As you know, the people that antagonized you were under a geis by Danzo and his ROOT squad long before you were born. Kakashi Hataké was fueled by jealousy after your actions helped many people and stopped the enemy even if the odds were against you. Hiruzen Sarutobi's mind was poisoned by greed when he sold the Uzumaki clan, including Karin, her mother, and Kushina in order to gain their prized possessions - jewels, the deeds to the alloy mine, their seals and all kinds of things valuable.
Danzo was the main instigator after the end of the 2nd War during the 3rd War after he and his colleagues conspired to undermine the authority inside Konoha all for the sake of power. Orochimaru and Kabuto were no better than Hiruzen and Danzo after they lost their friends and family, as well as their sanities and common sense."
"And don't forget Hiashi and the leaders and elders of the Hyuga clan," Hamura added, "They were about to make the same mistakes as those of the Ōtsutsuki-Hyuga Moon Tribe did. For that, those said members will have to be judged for their crimes. As for the remaining members, they will have to put their animosity of the apartheid aside. This nonsense of separating people to divided states has got to stop."
"True, true, brother," Hagoromo replied, "And that goes the same with the rest of the people beyond Konoha and the Ninja Lands."
"So what are we going to do?" Naruto asked, "I just wanted to spend some time with Hinata-chan for Peacetime and now look at what happened… All of this pushing me around, all because of ill-gotten gains, y'know. And my friends and family had to get dragged into this also…"
The other people felt ashamed of their own actions that led to this result.
Then, Hagoromo realized the serious complications that led to what is happening now, so he bore the bad news to everyone, "Because some laws of physics have been broken by Danzo's designs and Naruto's seals, you will have to remain in this dimension until further notice. It will be like a twinkling of an eye. However, Naruto will have to make a choice and there will be no turning back from this. Hinata and a few people will join you while the others will have to wait a while before returning to their current realm. Also, even though the said enemies are gone, there will be other trials that you and the other will have to face before we have to meet again."
"As long as the likes of Danzo, Hiashi, Toneri, Obito, the Pervy Has-been, and the other cowardly snakes are out of the way, we'll be ready for this," Naruto said as he hold his hand to Hinata, willing to face the world once again.
And soon, the people joined together as Hagoromo and Hamura uttered the words, "Return to the past now."

A/N: It took a while, but ever since the vacation on the beach last winter, I have been thinking about this story, but now, I'm back in business, baby!
You may notice some similarities reused from Ralph Bakshi's "Wizards", the late Sir Roger Moore's rendition of James Bond, "Kekkaishi", and some "Code Lyoko" thrown in.
Also, Ryuk from "Death Note" makes a cameo appearance as the Shinigami in this story.
And the heat will be on!
