*TAYLOR'S POV*

(LAST CHAPTER

Anagha starts...)

(Bold is Taylor and normal's Anagha)

"I'll start at the beginning. It began when I found out I was gay. In India, people don't exactly support gay people".

"What do you mean?"

She continues, "I mean 98% of the people don't know they exist. 1% that do know they exist, discriminate them and the other 1% are a part of the Lgbtq+ community."

"There are laws protecting the lgbt community from non-accepting people."

"In India, the process of making such laws have just begun and won't be complete for some 30 years."

"So that's why you came here instead of being there and (pause) your family supports all this?

"They don't know anything and I'd like to keep it that way. I had to think of a way to leave without them knowing the real reason and it took me a year to think of a perfect solution. Now, they think I just wanted to go to a boarding school like St Clare's because of the drama."

"Why in the world would they think that?"

"Because I am a Enid Blyton fan".

"Doesn't explain the stupidity."

"Yeah right, how slow do you have to be to buy that?"

(Alexis) I don't think you can buy that part even if you can't run fast."

"She meant that her parents didn't find out the real reason she wanted out.

(Alexis)"Ohhhhh."

"So that's it?"

"Not quite. I couldn't just leave in the starting of the school year. So I had to spend another year there and in that time I decided to find out more about myself."

"Okayyyy..."

"I was constantly on my mobile taking quizzes and when my parents asked me what I was doing I replied nothing cause that would lead to more and more questions."

(Emily)"That's kinda shady."

"That's what they thought too. Then they constantly started checking my mobile and not trusting me. That lead to me not trusting them, losing trust in just about everybody and getting trust issues."

"So much problem just for nothing."

"That's when I found out I had depression for 3 years and had anxiety for 1. That got me recommended a bipolarity test and turns out I was bipolar this whole time."

"Since when you were bipolar?"

"Since I can remember."

(Casey, who has been listening with rapt attention) "So how did you get in the gym?"

"I didn't go to any gym though I did lift weights. I am a swimmer, like professional type who go to competitions. Because of that I did have to exercise a lot in and out of the pool. I swam everyday from 5 to 8 pm and 4 to 5 pm exercising and stretching."

(Casey) "When did you study? I thought you were smart."

"School was from 8 am to 3 pm. I studied from 3 to 3:45 pm."

(Emma) "Whoa, Hectic week days."

"Yup and 9 to 9:30 pm guitar classes."

"Why keep a full day with a not much relax time?"

"Cause I wanted to keep myself outta my head."

"And the swimming?"

"My father put me in swimming because he wanted to swim but couldn't when he was young."

"Makes sense in weird way. But explain the timeline."

"I found out I was gay in 7th grade, thought of the boarding school in 9th and now I'm here."

"Now I got it."

"Then I can leave."

"Where are you going?"(While walking toward the door with her)

"To the gym to check it out and maybe lift some."

At least there will be some use to the gym.

"Why now?"

"Why not now?"

(I just give her a look)

"Cause I'm mentally tired enough to sleep for a hundred years. But I won't be able to sleep because I am not tired so I'll exercise, get tired, have a bath, eat dinner and sleep."

"You got it all figured out."

"If I hadn't it would be a sign of weakness."

With that she's gone. There is just so much to process after that. Like what did she mean the no rights till another 30 years? Why so much time? And she's gay? Lets not think about that. She's going to the gym to exercise that already amazing body. Not that again! Think about something else. Instead I go back to the couch and see that everyone is still in the same position as before.

"You guys look like a storm just hit you."

(Casey)"Not funny T."

"It's the truth."

(Casey)"I did not expect her to say that."

"Me too and I had prepared myself for every scenario."

(Casey)"Wait, every scenario? Someone's got a crush."

(Emily and Alexis)"Someone's got a crush."

"I was kidding."

(Emily)"Sure you were."

"Really."

(Emily)"Someone hasn't denied their crush."'

(Alexis)"Who?"

(Emily)"Taylor."

(Alexis)"Taylor who?"

(Emily)"Taylor, our Taylor, Taylor Swift (pause) our T Swift.

(Alexis)"Ah, Taylor. Why didn't you just say so?

(Emily)"I did!"

(Alexis)"Who's Taylor got a crush on?"

(Emily)"Anagha."

(Alexis)"I guess she does look good. Who knew Taylor liked girls?"

(Emily)"Yeah right?"

"Can you both stop talking like I'm not right here?"

(Emily)"Can you here something Alex?"

(Alexis)"'I thought I heard a snake Em."

"Very funny guys."

(Emily)"Someone still hasn't denied their crush."

"Mature, Em.. just mature."

(Emily)"Someone's crushing hard. Just say you don't have a crush on Anagha."

"I don't have a crush on... I can't say it."

(Emily and Casey dancing around)"I knew it. I knew it. You have a crush."

"Will you guys stop dancing? You are 15 for gods sake."

(Emily)"Admit it. We want to hear it from you."

"Then will you stop?"

(Casey)"Maybe."

"Fine. I have a crush on her."

(Emily)"On who?"

"You know who."

(Alexis)"Voldemort? I thought you had a crush on Anagha."

"I meant Anagha when I said that."

(Alexis)"Why can't everyone say exactly what they mean?"

After that everyone stood up and left to do different things. Emma was helping Alexis do her homework and Casey and Emily were discussing Justin Bieber's marriage. I decided to go play soccer with dorm 5, our neighbours. I call them and 5 of them come. We play 3 on 3 for an hour and go back a little sweaty but not much. I come in the room it's 6 pm and they all are sleeping. Lazy people. I take a shower and see that Anagha is not in the dorm. I do my homework and exactly at 7 pm, I see Anagha enter all drowned in sweat and looking great. She walks by me without a word, picks up a towel and disappears for 30 minutes. Then she comes out looking all happy... no content. I call her. She comes and sits beside my desk, on my bed. I ask her what's new. She said the whole school somehow knows she gay. I tell her it's probably Alexis, Emily or Emma who babbled.

(Bold is Taylor and Normal is Anagha)

"Emma?"

"Yeah."

"Why do you think she would do that?"

"She'd say it's what's best for you."

"Okay..."

"She wouldn't do it for spite. She just looks out for everyone. Even if nobody thinks so."

"I'll take your word."

"I promise."

"I didn't mean it like that I meant I believe you."

"Oh... okay."

"So what are you writing?"

"The English writing homework."

"I thought they don't have homework in boarding schools?"

"Why would you think that."

"Cause we don't go home? So technically it's schoolwork."

"Nah it's dorm-work."

(We both giggle and Casey wakes up at that time)

(Casey)"Hey why are you both awake now?"

"I thought you knew I didn't sleep at this time since we've been in the same dorm for years."

(Casey)"Oh yeah... I have a sleepy brain."

"Fine."

"So what do we have to write for the homework?"

(Casey)"Oh that. We have to write what they taught today."

"All of that?"

"Yes."

"Okay thanks."

(Casey)"Do you need help I already finished mine."

"Nah. I'll finish it in a sec. We used to write way more than this."

(Casey)"If you say so."

I continue doing my homework. In 30 minutes I see Anagha shutting her book and going to the door. I ask her where she was going. She says she's just gonna explore the city and asks if there is a place we can rent a bicycle. I tell her a place and she thanks me and leaves. In a while my homework is done and I chat with Casey for a while. Soon we wake everyone up to go eat dinner and Casey says to call Anagha. Nobody has her number. We decide to leave a note telling her to give us her number and telling her to come and eat dinner. And then we go laughing at how stupid we were to not take her number. While walking down the stairs, we see Anagha and tell her what happened. We all laugh and exchange numbers while reaching the canteen. We finish our food and decide to watch some t.v. We watch keeping up with the kardashians. Apparently Anagha loves it. Before we go back to the dorm, some red head girl says she wants to talk with Anagha. She tells us to go without her. We go and I go to sleep as quickly as I can. At some 3 am, I here our door so slightly creak, I could swear you would miss it. I quietly put half an eye out of the curtain and I see Anagha coming in without a sound. It looks like she has been sneaking in all the time. Disturbing thought. She is wearing her cotton slippers on her feet cause they make no noise, unlike what they show in movies.

"Anagha. What are you doing now?"
