Hey, my little Bugettes and Kitties! Sorry if this seems like a ripoff of another story, but I'm doing it because that story ended on a bad note. I changed it up a bit, though. Also, this story might end on a bad note, but trust me, I will make more stories to this series. I do not recommend this story if you cry easily.
Marrinette was looking out her window thinking about her one true pair, Adrien Agreste. Then, she spotted two people in black clothes and ski masks headed straight for the bank, which had been closed on that day.
"Tikki, look!" She said, pointing at the two men. "Robbers… Paris needs us! Time to transform! Tikki, spots on!" With those words, she transformed into Ladybug.
Adrien was doing the same thing as Marinette was, but instead of thinking of himself, he was thinking of Ladybug. And instead of seeing robbers, he saw Ladybug leaping on buildings.
"Ladybug? Plagg, I think she needs our help! Claws out!" Those two words transformed him into Cat Noir. He quickley caught up with Ladybug.
"I saw you leaping onto buildings. What's going on?"
"See thoes robbers over there?" She pointed to two people in black clothes and ski masks going towards the bank.
"Yeah."
"We're going to try and stop them." They finally caught up with them at the bank.
"Hey!" He said when they had planted their feet on the ground. "Don't you know you aren't supposed to take things that don't belong to you?" The robbers looked at the two heroes. Cat Noir pointed at one. "I think I'll call you… Brad. And you…" He pointed at the other robber. "Chad…"
"Cat Noir, this is no time for jokes!" Ladybug said. "This is a robbery!"
"That doesn't mean I can't be funny!"
"Ladybug, Cat Noir, we have just the thing for you." Said Brad. He threw some sort of tiny machine at him, but missed, and it broke.
"Missed me!"
"Darn it! Why didn't we bring more than one?"
"It doesn't matter. I got her."
What? He was so worried about Brad that he didn't notice Chad had hit Ladybug. She seemed to be fine though. She raised an eyebrow at Chad and took off the machine and dropped it. He let out a sigh of relief.
After the battle, the robbers were tied to a tree, and she did it by first handcuffing them with her Lucky Charm rope, then tied them to the tree with regular rope.
"Pound it!" They said, giving each other a fist bump, like they always do after a victory.
"Ah…" Ladybug winced.
"What's wrong?"
"Nothing… Just a headache…" Her earrings beeped with two spots left.
"I'll find you somewhere to hide so you can detransform!" Cat Noir said. He held her arm, taking her somewhere to hide. He picked up the machine that hit her, and slipped it in his pocket.
During the run, her headache only got worse. She kept repeating "ow" louder and louder until she couldn't take it anymore.
She collapsed on the floor. "OW! MY HEAD!"
"Ladybug!"
"I-It hurts! Make it stop! Please!" Tears filled her eyes, as did his, as he knew there was nothing he could do.
"M'lady…" He held her in his lap.
It felt like her brain was rewiring, but with a lot more pain. Something was telling her to give up- stop fighting- that either way, she would lose. So she listened to the voice, to stop the pain. She let her brain rewire itself. She fell unconscious.
"Ladybug, no… Come back to me… Bugaboo…" She slowly opened her eyes.
"Don't… call me… Bugaboo!" She pushed Cat Noir away and stood up.
Her earrings continuously beeped, and she detransformed.
"Marinette?" She slowly lowered herself from the roof they were on, and ran home.
"Ah, Marinette! There you are!" Her dad said when she entered. "How about a videogame?"
"Why would I want to play videogames with you?" She asked, and she went up to her room.
