Argus Limited Part III
Continued from the previous vlog, after a long beep.
"And we're back!" Ruby raised both her hands and exclaimed. She stood in the middle of her friends who lined up horizontally so that the scroll could record all of them. And Qrow Branwen was still nowhere to be seen.
"So...we have my scroll on a tripod that we borrowed from Stephen." Yang explained, "It took a while to get it to a level that could...you know, get us all in the screen."
"That Stephen guy has everything." Blake commented.
"So can we start now?" The heiress interrupted.
"Yes we can~" Her girlfriend winked, "But before that, I just wanna let you guys know that even though the questions were directed to us, in this very special Argus episode, Team JNPR will answer them as well!"
"It sounds lovely! I'm really excited for this, since the one-hundred followers celebration was a blast!" Pyrrha couldn't contain her excitement.
"Right…" Her boyfriend said.
"Let's do this! Right Ren?"
He just nodded in response.
"I mean they need to practice just in case." Yang grinned playfully, "Foreshadowing, am I right?"
"What do you mean by that, sis?"
"Nothing. So let's start! Bae, it's your turn."
"How many times do I have to- Grr." The dragon's bae scowled and took out the scroll from her pocket, then proceeded to read the question aloud, "HaloGoji75 asked, what is your favorite superhero origin story? What do you guys think of the Superior Spider-Man?"
"Just so you know, we started using this...uh...sky storage?"
"Cloud storage, love."
"Right!" Ruby smiled to thank the Faunus, then continued, "So we all have access to the info and thus not needing to use my scroll every time!"
Before anyone could say anything, Nora grabbed her boyfriend's arm and yelled, "Superhero origin story? Does Ren count?!"
"I'm pretty sure I don't."
"Too bad, that's my answer!"
"I mean, we don't usually watch...superhero movies." Yang tilted her head.
"I like the Huntsman! You know, the one with a dog named Wonder Zwei?" Jaune looked to his teammates for affirmations.
The flower-power pair nodded, but the red haired girl just chuckled in response as she spoke, "The Huntsman was good! But I guess, my favorite would be the Red Huntress."
"I don't waste my precious time on movies."
"Aww Weissy you tsun~"
Said tsun scowled at her girlfriend.
"Superheroes are not my thing, so I can't answer both your questions, HaloGoji75." Blake voice was monotonous.
"Same!" Ruby continued.
"Crap, I totally forgot about the second question…" Yang made the infamous 'horror face' emoji expression before shrugging nonchalantly as she answered, "But we don't know how to answer that anyway."
-beep-
"Second question!" Little red was hyper, "Oh I can't wait to read this one!"
Blake Belladonna smirked at her usual teasing target, knowing fully what her girlfriend meant. That resulted an annoyed "What?" from the heiress. Team JNPR then took a peek at Ruby's scroll and simultaneously turned to the side trying to suppress their laughter, save for Ren who just smiled at his ex magical-sleeves buddy.
"What?!"
Ruby tried to talk in her poor imitation of a proud knight, deepening her voice with a weird accent as she looked at her partner, "Ahem, OBSERVER01 asked...Dear Weiss, forgive me for asking for what may be too personal of a question, but my curiosity is simply overwhelmin- pft!"
She broke the persona and just decided to read it normally then, "But my curiosity is simply overwhelming. What is it about Yang that attracted you to her? Respectfully your loyal, lowly subject OBSERVER01."
Everyone burst out in laughter afterwards, save for two certain girls standing there with a few shades of red on their faces; one of embarrassment, and the other one was mixed with a tiny bit of anger.
"Guys, there's more…" The brunette wiped off her tears and continued reading, "PS, please watch Mobile Fighter G-Gundam, it's quite fun to watch. Smiley face. PPS, all hail Weiss Schnee future Supreme Overlady of Remnant!"
"No." The Supreme Overlady crossed her arms in annoyance, "And I am not going to answer that."
"But Yang is curious~" Blake smirked.
The brawler blushed, but not because of the question - she had already known the answer. They had been together for such a long time, so of course at some point she'd ask her girlfriend that question. What she was embarrassed about was recalling the scene when Weiss told her the answer - and the answer itself. A mix of both. It was during an, ahem, intimate moment they spent together in Yang's secret garden back in Patch when the team had a vacation there. It was a fantastic night.
A line appeared at the bottom left of the screen: A tip: Viewers can refer to Yang's second vlog for Team RWBY's vacation in Patch. However, nothing about any 'secret garden' was mentioned there. Please make use of your imagination.
"I, am not going to answer, something this personal, on camera!"
"Ah what am I kidding." Having mastered the art of ice-skating with the power of love, Blake swiftly moved towards the heiress and smirked, "The entire world probably knows what Weiss likes about Yang. Right guys?"
Everyone nodded.
"I fucking hate you." Weiss crossed her arms and scowled.
"And no, we're not watching the...robot thing."
-beep-
"So...Yang was supposed to read this next question, buuut~" Ruby Rose looked to her friends as the screen resumed.
"But she's a mess right now!" Nora made finger guns and pointed it at the brawler.
"Oh shut up guys!"
"And for once, Weiss didn't freeze this place." The Faunus continued picking on her teammate, "Probably because Diamond Port is always Frozen, right?"
"I don't get that pun if it was one." Jaune narrowed his eyes.
His girlfriend chuckled, "You will get it after this question, Jaune. Mew Shadowfang asked: Dear RWBY, have you ever participated in a snowball fight before and has Weiss ever made an ice castle? With all the glittery crystals and stuff."
"Why, is, every, single, question, poking, fun, of, me?!"
"Calm down, El*a!" Ruby laughed.
"Do you think she sings when she does that?"
"Ren!" Weiss squeaked.
"Yes Mew, of course we have participated in a snowball fight before." Her battle partner skated to Blake, linked arms with her and pointed towards the sea, attempting to create a dramatic moment as she answered, "Us versus Team JNPR!"
"Yes!" The ginger mimicked her. After a pause, she continued, "Well...things might have gotten a little destructive…"
Yang rolled her eyes, "You're destructive."
"You're the one to talk, Xiao Long!"
"Aw c'mon Jaune, that was an accident at best!"
"Accident?!" The knight questioned, "You destroyed a cliff! And almost killed a pum-"
"Whoa, hey, not on camera!" Ruby moved to her friend using her semblance and covered his mouth before he could finish talking.
"You did what?!" Weiss turned to Pyrrha, but the latter just shook her hands and smiled nervously.
"Oh right." It was Blake who spoke, "You were defeated from the very first so you didn't get to see the…"
"Last moment of the cliff." The Amazonian continued after the Faunus eyed her.
"Weiss being bad at snowball fights is a little out of character." The long haired man commented suddenly, earning a loud 'yes' from his girlfriend.
"Probably should have just stick to making glittery ice castles." Blake smirked.
And that earned an annoyed scowl from the Supreme Overlady.
"...You suck, ice queen." She delivered her final blow.
"Oh yeah? Let's see if I suck at making ice cast-"
-long beep-
"What the hell just happened here, pal?"
"No idea, Tiff. I was observing the girls from my booth and all of a sudden those big chunks of ice turned into...this."
Tiffany, along with Stephen were standing in front of a small ice castle made of crystals that glittered in red, orange, yellow and indigo. The walls were thick, and it stood about ten feet high. An enormous, not to mention totally gorgeous piece of art.
"This must be the most eventful day of your life as a guard here isn't it?"
"Probably. You're damn lucky too to have come visit me at the right time. To witness this...well...ice castle?"
A voice interrupted the both of them, "Stephen? Stephen is that you?"
"Hey dude, someone's in the ice!" Tiffany nudged his friend.
"Yeah, someone's in the ice." A monotonous voice was heard coming from within, "More than one, actually."
"I've seen this in your vlogs." The bald man said, "It's usually that blonde chick isn't it? Gettin' the ice treatment."
"Yeah the blonde chick's gone to the frozen sea with the white ch- I mean, white haired chick." The ginger girl laughed.
"I'm pretty sure she knows you guys can take care of yourselves." Stephen grinned.
"Yeah, they'll probably come get us after their, ahem, gay little hour." The girl wearing a red hoodie rolled her eyes.
"I can't believe she froze Pyrrha as well!"
"Well I did participate in the...tease?"
"Ain't teasing the Schnee your main attraction?" Tiffany raised an eyebrow.
"Yep." Everyone answered in unison, except for the man in green shirt.
"Tiffany, Stephen, can we get some help here?"
-camera cut-
The Freezerburn pair sat on the partially frozen sea, both facing the sun as it gradually lowered onto the horizon. The evening breeze was super cold, so the blonde tried to get her girlfriend to wear her brown jacket, but said girlfriend refused her offer.
"...You still mad, Weiss?" She asked carefully.
"Not really." The answer was short, but genuine.
"Not in the mood?"
"I guess." The heiress shifted nearer to her personal heater and leaned on her shoulder. Yang smiled and wrapped her arm around the petite girl in response.
"Is everything okay?"
"Yes. I find it rather amusing that Blake acts so out of character today."
"The...thought of having a kid probably got to her head?" The blonde rested her head on her girlfriend's.
"Are you fine with that?"
"With Ruby and Blake having kids? Of course I am."
Weiss raised an eyebrow, "I thought you'd be more… 'Yang'."
"Well, we'll grow into adults, Weiss." She chuckled, "And I'd like to think that I...have matured."
"You certainly did." The heiress smiled gently.
"Ruby's a big girl now, and I support her decisions." A pause, "Blake might be sassy and outright sarcastic, but she isn't a bad person."
"Of course. She could tone down a little with the teasing though."
"Indeed." Yang kissed the top of her girlfriend's head, "I'm actually glad Ruby's with her. And I'm glad we're together."
"Dolt."
Sounds of drills and ice-picking was heard from their back after a moment, but neither of them turned around to check it out. The blonde just laughed and commented, "They're trying to defrost the castle you built."
"...I got a little agitated back there." Weiss admitted.
"Weren't you always getting agitated by them teasing you?"
"You're one of them!" The heiress shifted away from Yang's shoulder and glared at her right in the eyes.
"Hey, I kept myself in check for this trip okay Weiss?"
"I'm aware." She crossed her arms and closed her eyes.
"I didn't make any puns either~"
"Yes, you behaved."
None of them said anything afterwards, until the white haired girl broke the silence after she grabbed her girlfriend's hand and spoke.
"Yang?"
"Yeah?"
"How long do you think we can be doing this for?"
Yang wanted to joke, but decided against it upon sensing the seriousness in the heiress' tone. Now was not the time for fourth wall breaking or timeline jokes.
"I can't really answer that, Weiss." She smiled gently, grabbing her hand back, "Thinking about the future?"
"When I saw Saphron and Adrian...I couldn't help but think about the future."
Yang giggled, having found the reason Weiss wasn't acting like her usual 'vlog' self today - she was the same as Blake, thinking about having kids! She just wasn't as obvious as the Faunus. Suddenly, an image of her holding a white-haired baby on her arms appeared in Yang's mind, causing her to blush heavily.
"Yang?"
"...By that, Weiss...are you implying that...you want a baby?"
Her cheeks turned pink, "I'm not entirely opposed to that idea."
"Well...if you want one, then I will support your decision." Yang's voice wavered because of the thought, but she was determined in what she was trying to convey.
"Thank you." Weiss kissed her cheek and smiled, "Though, I do have some hesitant."
"Hm?"
"Having moms that work as huntresses...isn't going to be very…" The heiress' voice gradually turned inaudible. After a few seconds of mumbling, she cleared her throat and voiced her concern, "I mean, it's going to be tough on the child…"
Yang Xiao Long knew her girlfriend was referring to her mother Summer Rose. A mixed feelings overwhelmed her for a moment, and having sensing something was wrong, Weiss apologized and attempted to pull her hand away, but the blonde responded by strengthening her grip.
"Don't worry about this, Weiss. Never apologize for voicing out your concern." She smiled. Her abandonment issue still haunted her, but she had this wonderful person staying by her side now. Someone who would never abandon her the way her birth mother did; and she was strong enough now to protect her from Summer's fate.
"I love you, little dragon."
"I love you too, my little snowflake."
"Are you two done being gay yet?" A voice interrupted them from behind.
"Yes, Miss Belladonna." Weiss rolled her eyes, but the corner of her lips was upwards.
"Weiss! Yang!" Jaune ran towards them, "My sister just called and told us that Terra's home!"
"Let's go meet her then." The heiress spoke. The brawler had gotten up before her, so she was lending her a hand to get up as well.
Jaune reached the frozen sea and stood a few meters away from the three girls. He continued speaking in excitement, "Apparently Tiffany was Terra's old friend and he'd offered us to go dine in his restaurant! Hot pot!"
"That's perfect for a cold place such as Argus!" Yang gave Jaune a high-five as they walked towards him, "By the way, has everyone gone out of the ice yet?"
"Nora's still frozen." Blake said. She then smirked at her teammate, "And I'm so getting my revenge, Ice Queen!"
"Hmph."
"Let's go guys!" Ruby yelled from afar. Tiffany and Stephen were standing beside her and waving at them.
Weiss and Blake reunited with the gang as Yang went to get her scroll. She saw Ruby poking the heiress playfully, probably 'punishing' her for freezing everyone up. She smiled, then turned to the camera and winked, "See you guys back at Beacon!"

I know, I know. Qrow didn't get a lot of screen time. But that's okay! Instead we have...useless lesbians!
The gang's not actually upset about Weiss freezing them up. I mean, they had it coming for the non-stop teasing towards ponytail Elsa.
