I'd like to think I've gotten some of the old humor back in this chapter. Please tell me what you think!

Dear RWBY #50

Start.

Hello and welcome to another Dear RWBY vlog!" Ruby Rose threw both her arms up, then made an arc towards two familiar figures sitting in between Freezerburn and Ladybug, "And today we have them!"

"Hello again!"

"Hi."

"Arkos!" Yang clapped right after the couple greeted the viewers.

"If you're wondering where Ren and Nora went, it involves the word 'pancakes' and 'otters'." Blake interrupted nonchalantly, "Don't question it."

"Yeah we decided to not join them...for that we value our lives." Jaune laughed nervously.

"I kinda wish the words were 'pancakes' and 'puma' though!"

"Still not done with the puma thing yet, Yang?" Pyrrha questioned.

"She's never done with anything, Pyrrha." Weiss spoke.

"Aw bae!"

"Like her homework."

"Ah damn!"

"But she's done you~" Blake smirked.

"Belladonna."

"I haven't done my homework as well." Their leader said, ignoring her scowling partner.

"Me too." The Faunus continued.

The heiress just pinched the bridge of her nose in response. How could her teammates, who were absolutely beasts in the battlefield and could possibly be world renowned huntresses in the future, be so irresponsible with their assigned tasks?

"To be honest, I haven't done mine either…"

"Pyrrha!"

"It's due two weeks after, Schnee." Jaune deadpanned.

"I have a busy schedule, thank you very much."

"Speaking of schedules, bae, Sunday afternoon's supposed to be a time for us to relax! Not to film vlogs!"

"And who complained about being tired with classes and training on weekdays?"

"Thank you, Blake." Weiss spoke. After a slight pause, she clicked her tongue and continued, "That felt strange to say."

"You're welcome."

"Guys enough flirt- I mean bickering! Let's move onto the question!"

"I agree with Ruby." The Faunus smiled gently, "That felt amazing to say."

"Aw Blake~"

"Ah, such wonderful gayness…" Yang basked herself in the pleasant atmosphere her teammates were emitting.

"What can you expect? It's a team full of gay girls. Very, gay, girls." The knight rolled his eyes.

His girlfriend giggled, "So, whose turn is it to read the question?"

"Mine!" Ruby snapped out of her gay bubble and raised her hand, "But since Pyrrha is here, I have decided to let her read it instead!"

"What about me?!"

"Uh...just...well...just read the last half!"

"Alright Jaune~ Let's read it together then!"

"Sure~"

And thus, Arkos read the question aloud after the brunette handed them her scroll (they didn't have access to Team RWBY's server), "OBSERVER01 asked, Dear RWBY, what is the most trivial thing you have ever used your respective semblances for? Example if you had a telekinetic type semblance and used it to scratch an itch on your back."

"I've never used my semblance to do trivial things!" Came the immediately reply from a certain Little red, "It is made for battle!"

"Didn't you use it all the time to eat cookies?!" Jaune exclaimed.

"Eating cookies is not trivial thank you very much."

"I think...there's a question like that in one of your previous vlogs?" Pyrrha tilted her head.

"Yes." The heiress replied, "But I cannot recall which."

"Let's just let our viewers look for it themselves!" The blonde made a thumbs-up at the screen.

"The most trivial thing is that I used my semblance to play tag with Yang."

"You mean to play Yang in a game of tag."

The Faunus shrugged in a smug way and said, "Can't help that I have a semblance made for the game of tag."

"You dick!"

"Well technically, I'm more of a pussy…"

Everyone went absolutely silent afterwards; some were just rendered speechless, and some were completely stunned by the sudden innuendo. And one of them was just waiting for the right chance to show finger guns at her partner while yelling "Ayyy!"

"Aye." Blake replied.

"You got my hint!" Yang exclaimed.

"Of course. People might have forgotten about it, but we're fourth wall breaking buddies!"

"There it goes again…" Ruby sighed.

The Amazonian giggled at their interactions, then asked, "Well, what about the rest of you?"

"I used to utilize my glyphs to reach the top bookshelves before…" Her voice faded gradually.

"Before you fell in love with Yang~?"

Weiss scowled at the Faunus.

"And now she just uses Yang to get the books." Ruby assisted her girlfriend.

"Quiet you!"

"But she also uses Yang for many other purposes!"

"Pyrrha!"

"...As a...brilliant strategist, I've concluded that I should probably not get involved in this." The boy put both hands up as a sign of surrender, "Wouldn't want to be frozen."

"How dare you betray your own girlfriend!" The sisters made the same expressions - the infamous 'the scream' face.

"Do you guys think she would freeze Pyrrha?"

"...Good point, Vomit Boy."

"Thanks."

"But she did freeze Pyrrha during our Argus vlog." Blake commented.

"Good point, Ninja Cat." Jaune mimicked Yang's way of speaking.

"Oops~" The redhead stuck out her tongue.

"So!" The blonde yelled suddenly, startling everyone, "My answer to that question is...I used it to binge anime. Check out one of our older vlogs for detail! And since you both are here, why don't you answer the question as well?"

"Well…" He scratched his head, looking uncomfortable as he answered, "Since I haven't found my semblance…"

"Don't worry about it, Jaune! You'll get there!"

"Thanks, Pyrrha."

"I'm kind of curious about Pyrrha's answer." Ruby looked to her teammates for affirmation.

"Me too, love."

"And me three."

Everyone then turned to look at Weiss, who avoided eye contact with them and answered, "Yes, I'm curious as well."

"Oh you've seen it!" The redhead exclaimed.

"Really?!" Team RWBY spoke in unison.

"I mean not Blake and Yang, but you both have seen it. I might have used it to assist a certain someone in a battle~"

"Who did you assist?" Her boyfriend asked.

"Was it on our first assignment in Forever Fall?" Ruby raised an eyebrow.

"Bingo!"

"So you've decided to reveal it." Weiss crossed her arms nonchalantly.

"Huh?"

"She helped you kill the Ursa that attacked both Cardin and you." Little red answered.

"That… Oh! No wonder I had a...strange sensation! I just thought it was an automatic reflex of the human body!"

Pyrrha giggled, "I figured it's time I let you know."

Jaune was silent for a while, seemingly trying to come up with something to say. A moment later, he inhaled deeply and spoke, "That is not a trivial thing, Pyrrha. That actually gave me a lot of courage. I never thought I was capable of protecting someone, and you helped me realize that I could, had I just be a little more confident and less...arrogant."

The girl just smiled in return.

"Thank you, Pyrrha. I love you."

"I love you too, Jaune."

Everyone awed.

-beep-

"And we have reached the end of this episode!" Ruby made a peace sign.

"So, you have both wonderful gayness, and also wonderful...hetero...ness? This week! A win-win!" Her sister also made the same gesture.

"The lovebirds went back to their dorm." Weiss spoke in a rather calm tone.

"If you have anything to ask, just leave a comment. We'll see you next time. Ninja vanish!"

End.

Damn it, I exceeded 1k words again! Anyway, I was listening to some RWBY videos and came across the scene from volume 1. A scene that essentially changed Jaune's life, so I figured I should give it a mention even though this is just a silly comedy series.

No puns this week. I'm already exhausted from trying to come up with puns.
