Dear RWBY #56

Start.

"Hello and welcome to another episode of Dear RWBY vlog! So let's get into the question now-" Ruby Rose's talking speed rivaled her semblance, but she was interrupted by her sister before she could finish.

"Sis! Don't ditch the rest of us!"

"But I can't wait to go to the pool!"

"Ssh Rubes! Don't let Weiss know!"

"Yang, how dare you abandon your girlfriend. Love, know that I will never do that to you."

"Aw Blake~"

"But what if we got frozen again-"

"I can hear you."

"Gasp!" The sisters said the word out loud with a horrified expression.

"...Let's get into the question." Weiss Schnee sighed as she crossed her arms, "I will not bring Myrtenaster into the pool."

"Princess is looking forward to seeing Yang in bikini obviously." Blake clicked her tongue, "Such a useless lesbian."

"Hey!"

"Am I wrong though?"

"...Not on the first half."

"Princess became such an honest child."

"Shut up!"

"All you had to do was ask, Weissy…"

"Let's just get into the question!"

"Alright, let's resume our Weiss bullying later!" Ruby nodded. She ignored her growling partner and proceeded to read the question, "Mew Shadowfang asked, Dear RWBY, have all of you ever been drunk before and how much have you had? I respectfully ask for one silly story of each. I also do not expect Ruby to answer this question, because unless you're smuggling alcohol behind your sister's back…"

"Did you, Ruby?" Yang raised an eyebrow.

"Of course not." She answered nonchalantly, "Who in their right mind would spend money on alcohol when you can spend it on cookies and weapons?"

"Everyone except for you, apparently." Weiss snorted.

"Do you spend money on alcohol, my dear partner?"

"Wine, yes."

"Such a lady~" Ruby smiled smugly while putting her hand on her mouth.

"I am a lady."

"I can verify that since I was there the night she became a la-"

"Shut. The. Fuck. Up." The heiress pinched her girlfriend's cheeks before she could finish her sentence.

"Guys, answer the question!"

"Let the gays be gay while I answer it." Blake spoke, "I have gotten drunk in the past yes, but I cannot recall how much I've drunk. And...seriously, Mew Shadowfang, do you think we will tell the entire world our embarrassing drunk stories just like that? Who in their right mind would let-"

"I once got so drunk I put on a horse mask and jumped into the sea yelling 'I'm a seahorse!'."

"I was there." Ruby face-palmed, recalling the unforgettable incident with her dearest sister.

"Oh boy, that's gonna be hilarious as fuck. Footage?" The Faunus asked.

"Yang almost murdered the guy who recorded it with his scroll right after she was sober."

"I don't think Yang would murder someone just because her silly antics got captured." Weiss defended the dragon.

"...She was naked when she jumped into the sea."

Blake, seeing a chance, quickly talked in her usual Weiss-mocking voice, "Ooh, my girlfriend was naked, now I really want to see that footage~"

"Hey!"

"Don't you?" She raised an eyebrow and smirked.

"...No."

"Hey, showing the video is kinda crossing the line okay? I told you the story already, let's keep it at that! And I don't remember how much I've drunk since it was a challenge from...someone."

"Okay, alright, Miss Seahorse."

"So, Weiss and Blake story time?" Ruby turned to the Monochrome pair.

"I'm the type that doesn't remember much when I get drunk, so yeah, no story from me."

"Right before I came to Beacon, my father actually held a mini celebration even though he was unhappy that I chose to come here over staying in Atlas." The heiress crossed her arms, obviously annoyed at a certain family member, "I...took a little more wine than usual and got a...little high."

"And~?" Ruby nudged her partner with her elbow.

"According to Winter, I couldn't stop pulling his mustache. He had to call security just to restrain me because Winter was too busy laughing at him."

Everyone burst out laughing right after she finished telling her story. Just imagining the scenario in their head was hilarious enough for even the Faunus to laugh like there was no tomorrow.

And Weiss' face turned red.

-beep-

"So...yeah that's it guys! Leave a comment below if you want to ask us anything! Seeyounexttime!" Little Red rushed her sentence impatiently.

"Really looking forward to going to the pool huh?" Blake giggled, "How cute."

"How gay." A certain heiress snorted.

"By the way, check out IBurn's profile as to why the updates are so fucking slow!" Yang ignored their antics and said.

A pause.

"I know most of you won't so I'll just say it here, briefly - she's currently writing a light novel, so the priority of fanfiction is being pushed down. She's trying to make it work."

"Fanfiction?"

"It's okay love, the viewers know." The Faunus winked as the screen turned black.

End.

So yeah, as Yang said, I'm pushing fanfiction down my priority list as I work on my LN. I've always wanted to start it, but I kept telling myself I have to 'perfect my writing' before starting. After five years or so, I realized that it was nearly impossible to do that. All I can do is just to start, then learn from my mistakes and stand back up again. So, I've decided to just dive into it.

Updates are going to be really slow, maybe once or twice a month. And it might not even be all DRWBY; it might be 'Brilliant Silver', my other series.
