"Lovisa," Gayle said gently. "the other staff members are meeting in my office, why don't you join us?"

"I'll be there in a few minutes, Gayle." Lovisa said.

A few minutes later, Lovisa joined the other staff in Gayle's office.

"What's going on here, Gayle? I was in the middle of teaching my group Waldgrave Kennicot class how to repot mandrakes!" Professor Silvia Moto exclaimed.

"Sorry about that, Silvia," Gayle said. "I just think the safety of our students is important during times such as these."

"Who's doing the dirty rotten deed?" Everett demanded to know.

"That's the mystery, Dear Boy," Doctor Lightfoot replied, sighing sadly. "we don't know."

"Well, I aim to find out who is behind this nonsense!" Everett shouted.

"I'm putting you on the case!" Peter said to Everett.

"I will not let you down, Doctor Lightfoot, I promise!" Everett said.

Everett raced off to collect information about who had been stealing energy from the innocent.

When the lunch bell rang.
