Halt! The gate-guard ordered. The petite individual stopped in her tracks sliding forward a bit at the abrupt stop. The two guards stopped her because of message they received from the Hokage that he wanted speak with the individual that matched her description immediately. She was about 12 years old brown hair tied into a ponytail, her clothes were what boys would normally wear blue shirt and brown pants and were matted and torn in places to show she wasn't well off or had an easy journey. She had a backpack with her to haul probably basic necessitates.

"Is your name Gem?'- Izumo
"Yes Sir That's me"- Gem
"Good, the Hokage wants me to escort you to him immediately on your arrival, I'm Izumo"- Izumo
"O-okay, lead the way"-Gem
So Izumo lead the way with Gem following close behind. Gem was in awe at the size of the village and how many people were in one place. Being from a small village of about 100 people. Konoha blew this place out of the water. As she looked up she noticed the Hokage rock with the faces of past hokage. She didn't know who those people were but she knew they were legends. The only problem was they were painted in a funny manner with all sorts of demeaning pictures, Gem couldn't help but snicker at the priceless art being displayed.
"What's happened to the hokage rock, asking Izumo who followed Gem's line of sight and sighed."-Gem
"We have a bit of prankster living in the village he's a decent kid overall he just creates a lot of extra work for all of us, he's about your age I think and also training to be a ninja. That's what your here for as well right? To Train as a ninja?"- Izumo
"Yes, I live in an old mining village it's how I got my name since I'm an orphan they named me Gem thank god I wasn't a boy could you imagine a boy named Gem?"- Gem
"Could be worse? You could have been named pickax?"-Izumo They both snickered at the bad joke.
"Look we're here, the hokage's office is at the top let's go"-Izumo
"They arrived at large complex of buildings directly underneath the hokage rock, inside they climbed a bit of stairs to the top where the hokage's office resided. Inside was a secretary who look up and greeted us in. Hello Izumo I take it this is Gem to meet the hokage?"-Secretary
"Yes, June this is Gem, this is where we part good luck!"-Izumo
"Thank you for escorting me Izumo"-Gem
"Izumo left the office through a nearby window and disappeared. Gem and June entered the hokage's office. Sitting at the desk was old man about the age of the elder at Gem's village, but eyes full of life. He smiled warmly at Gem. Welcome to Konoha Gem I'm Hiruzen Sarutobi but you can address me as Hokage or sir since your wanting to be a ninja. I apologize for not meeting you at the gate I had a couple meetings to attend to and to gather some others to attend the meeting with us."-Hiruzen
There were four other individuals with 3 men and one women. The woman had a wild look to her with sharpened teeth I felt like I was in front of a dangerous wolf. Next a blonde man who looked very regal. Standing next to him was a man who looked like he was bored siting on the couch and yawned like he hasn't slept in days. Finally behind the hokage was a man who looked like I was his next meal and couldn't wait to get hold of me. When he looked into my eyes I subtly took a step back and all except the last man started snickering.
"Danzo,Stop scaring the poor pup"-?
"With a smile Sarutobi started, Let me introduce you to Danzo he pointed next to himself, Inoichi Yamanaka he pointed to the blond, Tsume Inuzuka he pointed to the wild haired woman, and Shikaku Nara he pointed to the one on the couch about to fall asleep. I trust these people most with my life you can trust them as well. We need to talk about what you found out you can do."-Sarutobi
Yes, Hokage I unlocked my bloodline when I was 6 years old and have been working with it constantly since then.-Gem Gem then activates it only on herself using the agility gem for a few seconds before deactivating it.
"What does it do"-Shikaku Eyes now open with interest piqued.
"Far as I've found out it allow me to manifest spirit gems that increase the attributes of my self and others. So far I found I can increase defense and agility."-Gem
"Hmm what kind increases and how many and while we are at it how long can you hold it"-Shikaku
"That's hard to say I don't know how to explain the increase however what I do know the increases grow as I have grown. When I first started I only had access to defense and could only apply it to myself now I can apply it myself and one other individual. As for how long I can keep it up that's also tricky to explain. I have 5 min when at peak condition, I can apply my bloodline using my sensor abilities or 5 senses, doing it that way decreases the amount I can increase the attribute by, If I can focus completely on the individuals through my sensor ability I lose the ability to defend my self and it lowers the amount of time to about half the normal the trade off being the increase nearly doubles. After about a 4 hour rest I get another 5 minutes of use. Also I can only use one gem at a time."-Gem
"They all thought hard Shikaku on the couch closed his eyes, for a few minutes silence. Then Shikaku got up and looked at the Hokage. Hokage I would like to test these abilities on one of our ninjas and see if we can measure the results. I would like to ask Gai if he could help us with this, Having a hyuga to observe what her chakra is doing may also help us figure out what's going on."-Shikaku

A Ninja in full black equipment appeared out of nowhere kneeling in front of the hokage's desk scaring Gem a bit making her jump.
"Please ask Hiashi and Gai to meet us in training yard 7 in 20 minutes. Let's go"-Sarutobi
Twenty minutes later everyone was gathered on training yard 7 a clearing of a measured circle of trees around a small clearing with a small lake nearby. There were also two new individuals a man who also looked very regal but very cold and unemotional, the other was wearing a green jumpsuit and just release a warm vibe like no matter what was going on it's alright it was hard for Gem not smile from his welcoming chakra.
"Okay we have Hiashi Hyuga and Might Gai pointing to both men, Here we have Gem and she has support type bloodline we would like to have Gem use on Gai so he can determine what kind of increase he receives and Hiashi so he can observe her chakra network and report his findings. Gem are you ready?"-Sarutobi
"Yes Hokage!"-Gem
"Okay begin now"-Sarutobi
Gem started, "Okay first is my strongest gem agility, I'm going start passively which will the weakest increase."-Gem
The catseye appeared and add a subtle glow to the area but not eye-catching. Guy started moving around a bit and his eyes got big.
"So YOUTHFUL!. HAHA I'm getting at least a ten percent increase in speed and reflexes it feels like a fire inside me."-Gai
Everyone elses' eyes got bigger
"Are you sure Gai that quite an increase for you isn't it."-Inoichi
"Mmm? Maybe it multiplicative rather than additive so it for Gai who exclusively trains in taijutsu he will receive the most gains, if she applied to one us it would still be about the same ten percent increase. Gem can you apply it to me?"-Shikaku

Gai then exploded in fervor "Twenty percent increase this is most youthful to think the increases would be so large."-Gai
Shikaku then went up to Gem who had her eyes closed then when only few steps away snapped his fingers, and took a kunai to her neck in a flash. Gem opened her eyes and quickly stepped back, deactivating the ability.
"Sorry, I had to measure how much focus you're putting on Gai which is a lot. You would need either have someone watching your back or a way to hide yourself or prevent others from getting to you."-Shikaku
"It's okay I can only focus on my sensor abilities to see when active, doing so shuts off all my other senses. So I didn't notice you until you were drawing a weapon right in front of me"-Gem
"Hiashi did you observe anything"- Sarutobi
Gem didn't notice before but he had veins sticking out around his eyes and they gave here a creepy vibe like they could see through her.
"Yes Hokage, I found that the gem collects chakra up to an percentage amount from Gem even right now while they are deactivated. They use that chakra to connect to the chakra networks of individuals to apply the increases. In the passive mode as you've described applies a thin chakra string and the active applies a much wider chakra string. I'm not sure how it's doing it but it's similar to what Gai does with his gates. However this applies no strain to the body or the chakra network."-Hiashi
"Amazing, Gem can you apply the other gem you have to Gai passively?"-Shikaku
"Yes Shikaku."-Gem
The gem that appeared was this time alexandrite, there was also a cosmetic effect on Gai, his skin took on an iron look while Gem's looked more like stone.
"Could that be the effect? Guy what do you feel any negative effects?"-Inoichi
"I feel no different and it's not effecting my movements"-Gai
"Gai I'll have someone throw a kunai at you take in such a way to minimize injury in case the increase doesn't work the way we think."-Sarutobi
Gai nods. Then Shikaku throws a kunai and take it on his forearm dead on with the point, the kunai twangs and bonces off with nay a scratch and Gai chuckles.
"You need to be much more youthful I barely felt that."-Gai
Then Hiashi stepped up and attempted to block his chakra pathways. With one jab toward his forearm Gai winced a bit but was otherwise okay. The color of Gai's arm went back to normal then immediately changed back to the iron color. Hiashi's eyes went wide in awe.
"That felt like it will bruise and I can still use my arm just fine."-Gai
"It's much better than that it defended your tanketsu from being blocked I was going at fifty percent power as well. And this is passive it's already so strong."-Hiashi
"Remember it's increasing Gai's defense up ten percent so it may only be because of his taijutsu specialty that the effects are so extreme. What I find fascinating is that the ability all these variables may increase. Gem told us initially she only had the defense gem and she could only affect herself and finally the time and increases were a lot lower when she first started."-Shikaku
"What do you mean"-Tsume
"He means what would happen it she could affect 4 or five individuals at once what if the increases are seventy percent or even double, and who says there are only two gems if she could get more what would their effect be seeing as the first two are already so powerful. Not to mention Gems own mastery of the ninja arts. We have to take her in she could keep Konaha safe for generations to come."-Danzo
Tsume, Gai, and Inoichi and Gem were wide eyed and shocked at the revelation that Gem's abilities were still growing and had no known limits. Sarutobi, Danzo, Shikaku and Hiashi were deep in thought about the bloodline in question. Gem was in awe of what she could become and decided to take this bloodline and push it as far as it would go in her mind.
"I agree however she deserves to adopted by a clan in addition it will give her protection, I would like her to receive a full adoption receiving full ninja art access of the clan that takes her in. The best candidates would be Inuzuku with their cooperation with their ninken would give Gem the protection she needs for her active mode and the taijutsu training she needs for missions, also maybe a possibility of Senju if I can contact Sunade, doing so would give Gem medical skills which would give gem a full support ninja skill-set to decrease the likelihood of death or injury of Konoha's ninja."-Sarutobi
It doesn't have to be chosen now as Gem is not yet a full fledged Konoha ninja. In fact she may have to wait a year or two to graduate as there is only two weeks until graduation.-Inoichi
"I will have Iruka test her personal ninja abilities and we will go over the report tomorrow at 1800" -Sarutobi
Gem deactivated the defense gem and yawned,
"Today she can stay at hotel and I can have someone help her get settled and have her guarded overnight. Gem I want to not use your bloodline in front of others except in emergencies until you become a genin, for now you will be just a village girl that's shown some promise as a ninja, understood"-Sarutobi
"Yes Hokage I understand"-Gem
"Great follow Dog and he will set you up at a hotel and later someone will approach you to supply you with food and some clothes you will be needing."-Sarutobi
