Chapter 3
Keefe emerged from the leap and found himself looking at a pristine lake, almost completely surrounded by woods. He knew Foster liked these places.
From his human-inspired pack-pack, he took a blanket embroidered with a lake almost identical to the one he was looking at now. He reached down farther and pulled out some gnome produce, and a large assortment of goodies, both elvin and human.
The other day, he went to check up on Mr. Forkle #2 (the one who gave Foster her scar on her hand) because he was living in San Diego and had caught the coronavirus. After that was done, he walked around for a bit. Then he saw a candy store. He walked inside and was hit by a beautiful smell. From his pocket, he took a Dex-invented DNA scanner, and scanned every candy. Then he walked out to a secluded location and leaped to Atlantis.
He took out his whirlpool in a jar and jumped in, then went to the best bakery. He asked them to try a couple of the recipes and let him know when they were done. So the next day, when he was alerted, he went back and bout a bunch of candies.
He set all the food down and started to pace while he waited.
