Ravio and Yedlarmi sat on the couch, sipping their last mouthfuls of the precious brew cupped in their cold hands, savouring the taste as if it was their first and only time to have such luxury.

It was as though they'd never had tea before.

What is this warm delight?

It was like they believed they'd never have it again.

Maybe they wouldn't.

They couldn't trust the others enough to help them survive this place.

They couldn't burden them with their nuisances.

"What are we supposed to do now?" Ravio asked, incredibly tense.

"We drink tea," Yedlarmi responded, hopeless.

"And then what?" she snapped, "You're not being very helpful!"

"And why exactly is, what we do, my call?"

"Why are you being like this? Yed, we just won, we got away, I know you're upset about everything that's happened but-"

"But what?" He turned angrily, "I'm upset, am I? Everyone we know, everyone, they are dead; Fuskle, Bescot, all our families, they are all gone."

Yedlarmi stood and faced away, rubbing his eyes.

"And us? We get to live here?" He turned back around. "Get?! This is not a reward. We're in the 21st century for Pete's sake, we don't belong here, and now look, we're stuck here!"

"You're wrong, Yed. Okay? We'll be okay. And y'know why?"

"Why?" he said.

"Because," she continued, gesturing for him to sit down, "You've got me, and we are in this together."

She smiled comfortingly at him.

He returned the favour shyly.

An urgent, rough-sounding, pound, ricocheted against the door.

Yedlarmi jumped in alarm, yet he relaxed slightly when he heard Graham's undaunted tone.

"Alright, alright! I'm coming, hold ya horses," Graham yelled.

He opened the door to Yaz's knuckles, which were currently mid-air, cut off from another round of knocking.

"Yaz? Oh my goodness, come in, come in. Are you okay? Where have you been? Come sit down."

"Shut up, Graham," she blurted. "It doesn't matter anymore."

Graham frowned.

"Sorry, I'm sorry, it's just, I've got something really important to tell you, where's Ryan?"

Yaz looked within the home for Ryan, panting between words, after all, she had just ran all the way there.

"To tell us? Tell us what?"

Yaz merely chuckled then indicated to the man to her left, who was quickly coming into Graham's line of sight.

"Jack?!"

"Hello again, Graham. We need to talk, all of us."

"Well betta' not stand out there then, eh." Graham said as he indicated the pair to come in, still gaping at the man in front of him. "You guys sit down, I'll go get Ryan."

Yaz put a hand out, indicating he go first.

He nodded in appreciation as he made his way to the couch.

"Hello," he said with his pearly-whites twinkling in the light, "who are you guys?"

"Ravio," she said, unfazed by his flirtatious demeanour. "This is Yedlarmi,"

"Nice to meet you, Ravio," he shook her hand, then proceeded to shake Yedlarmi's, "nice to meet you Yedlarmi."

He continued to shake his hand as he sat down, Yaz sat in the chair opposite.

It wasn't long before Graham resurfaced with Ryan.

"Yaz!" he said, coming down the stairs "Ya back! I was worried about ya, I'm sorreh if I upset ya,"

She smiled reassuringly.

"Well I'm back too," Jack joked.

"Hehe, good to see ya, man" Ryan said politely as Jack got up to shake his hand, he was rather annoyed at his absence, but felt it would do no good to confront him.

The two then proceeded to sit on the couch opposite Yaz and perpendicular to Ravio and Yedlarmi. Graham crossed the room to pull up a dining table chair next to Yaz.

"Right, what's this news then?" Graham asked, searching between Yaz and Jack.

Yaz nodded for Jack to explain.

"Well," he said, "I know where the Doctor is,"

"She's alive?!" Ryan exclaimed.

"Yes." Jack continued.

Ryan let out a sigh of relief.

"But it's nowhere good."

"She's in prison." Yaz finished.

"What?" Graham panicked. "Why? What has she done?"

"I don't really know exactly, she must have done something, whether she did in her past or whether it was recently or she might have even been framed, I don't know, but it's a life sentence, if she stays there, she'll never see any other walls other then that prison again."

"We have to break her out." Yaz concluded.

"And how exactly are we supposed to do that?" Ryan said, hopeless.

"Well, I was just telling Yaz how I said I'd come when she needed my help, so that's exactly what I'm gonna do,"

Ryan suddenly felt a lot less resent towards the man, as Yaz nodded approvingly.

"You have a plan then?" Asked Graham.

"Yes." Said Jack, pulling back his sleeve to reveal the contraption strapped to him. "This is my vortex manipulator, it will allow us to travel to where the Doctor is being held,"

"I'm guessing you know where the Doctor is then, yes?" Graham questioned.

"Two thousand years in the future, give or take, not entirely sure where but I have co-ordinates,"

"So we could land in a volcano for all we know," said Ryan.

"Well, I know it was an orphan planet until the prisons creators cemented it into prison cells,"

"An orphan planet?" Yaz asked

"Yes, it's a planet tha—"

"Yes, I know what one is, I just mean, there's a whole planet dedicated to incarcerating people?"

"Yes," he answered.

"So how in the hell are we supposed to get on there then?" She said, "I mean if it's the whole planet, every inch of it will be guarded, we'd be caught before we even touched the ground."

"Not exactly, vortex manipulators are designed to be small, they don't get detected upon landing, usually. Also, they'll be guards outside every cell, especially the Doctor's, she's in a highly guarded facility."

"What the hell did you do, Doc?" Graham mumbled.

"It doesn't matter," Yaz snapped, "she's our friend and I believe she's innocent,"

Jack smiled at her loyalty.

"Of course," Graham stuttered, "I'm just saying—"

"That we're in," Said Ryan, firmly.

"Yeah," Graham agreed. "What first?"

A/N: I promise in the next chapter, stuff'll actually happen instead of like 20 dozen 'argh feels' talks, because I feel it's getting repetitive and tedious now, maybe??
