Ok dont be alarmed yes 2 CHs have been uploaded I deleted CH 11 and did a bit of editing. The part about the Summoning scroll was removed it just didn't sit right with me dont worry he will still summon foxes but in a different way. The orignal way I planned it was that the Kyuubi just produces a summoning scroll within the mindscape and he signs it there so I need your feed back.

"EXPLODING FLAME SHOT" Takeru said igniting a spark in his hand and tossing it aimed at some random leaf genin. The trio jump out of the way just as the spark impacted a tree making a large explosion and all made a mad dash for Takeru who calmly drew his sword.
"KONOHA-RYU YANAGI" (LEAF-STYLE WILLOW)" Takeru waved his sword back and forth, locking them in a genjutsu which caused them to hallucinate multiple waving arms. The movement resembles that of a willow tree blowing in the wind. With the enemy off guard, Takeru cut them down in none vital spots.
He didnt want to kill them so he just settled for knocking them out. He checked all of them for the scroll and soon found out that they had a earth scroll just like him.
Takeru sighed "Damn it oh well on to the ne..." he was cut off as he dodged a kunai that was now jammed into the back of the shinobi he was just checking head
"It would seem you've hit a bit of bad luck..." a low voice called out from the trees "well allow us to give you...a hand with that"
Takeru looked up and saw 6 Taki(Hidden Waterfall) Nin all glaring down at him. "So what you're all going to gang up on me" he said clenching the hilt of his sword
"Well you were the only foolish enough to take this Exam alone of course we'd target you and while this is a test Taki shinobi stick together now Gentai's squad needs a Earth Scroll now just hand it over or die simple as that" one of the Taki Nin
"I have no intention of dying during this exam but seeing as how I need my scroll and yours to pass...guess I'll have to go all out" Takeru said getting into a kenjutsu stance
"Not alone you dont"
Takeru's ears perked up at this voice as he felt a presence drop down beside him, he heared the unshething of a sword and knew who it was. "Naruto-kun what are you doing here?"
"Nii-san Im a clone the boss is with the others I was sent out as a scout but I noticed you needed a little help" the clone said splitting the Soaring Sword into two and getting in a dual bladed kenjutsu stance
All of the Taki nin surrounded the two Konoha Genin. "You really think adding one more person will help you fool...get them" the one known as Gentai yelled out
Out of the corner of his eye Takeru looked to his little brother and they both smirked.
10 Minutes Later
"Well *pant* that was *pant* fun" Takeru said to his brothers clone both of them standing in a clearing of bodies
Naruto smiled "Would have been nasty if not for your Kenjutsu and Genjutsu combo's glad to see you had got it down pact"
One of the Taki nin laying on the ground groaned in terrible pain "What the fuck are you two...you took down...ugh all of us with out killing us"
Naruto smirked and Takeru smiled "We're brothers oh and by the way thanks for the Heaven Scroll I needed it" he said smoothly before dropping a smoke bomb the two of them quickly taking to high up in the trees.
"Well Ive got my two scrolls so lets go back to the real Naruto" Takeru told the clone who nodded and then both boy dashed off
With Naruto
The resulting scream from the captured Rain Nin attracted his two team mates, giving Squad 7 a moderate challenge but the team still came out on top. The only down side was that the team actually didnt have the scroll they were looking for but a damn painted fake. After the battle the squad moved to a different spot and took a break.
"Aw man I thought for sure they would have a different one" Naruto mused
"I guess we just keep looking..." Sasuke sighed
Hinata thought about it for a moment before speaking "Maybe we should set another trap for another team"
"Yeah you're right smart thinking Hinata-chan...huh" Naruto praised her quick thinking before he caught a scent that made him cringe with disgust
"Naruto-kun what is wrong?" Hinata asked worried about her teammate as he shot up with his hand on his Short Sword
"I smell something foul...Hebi (snakes)..." Naruto suddenly felt something come, then he saw a huge gust of wind coming right for them "Guys move!" with out thinking he pushed his teammates away from him as he took the blast of wind head on, taking his short sword and stabbing it in the ground to stay stable.
'What the hell is this feels like a powerful Futon jutsu' Naruto thought to himself looking around to make sure Hinata and Sasuke were out of the way. His sword slowly started losing ground and Naruto was soon blown away deep into the forest, the giant gust of wind soon came to a halt as Sasuke and Hinata came out of hiding.
"Naruto-kun!" Hinata was truly worried
Sasuke scoffed "What the hell was that, come on Hinata lets find him..."
Sasuke was cut off when a giant poof of smoke appeared before them, once it cleared the were met with a lone female grass ninja wearing a bamboo hat, black under armor and brownish shirt and skirt over it with a large purple belt holding it all together.
"Well well I hope that wasnt to much for you kukuku" the creep woman said taking off her hat
"Who the hell are you start talking now!" Sasuke yelled
The woman smiled "Hmmm arent you fiesty...yes this promises to be truly entertaining" she said licking the edge of her hat with a creepy long tongue
'Oh Naruto-kun where are you I hope you're alright' Hinata thought as she pulled an arrow out of the quiver and took aim at this character in front of them keeping her guard up
Elsewhere
Naruto sat up against a tree rubbing his head "Damn it that hurt what or who the hell caused that damn wind jutsu Ill...whoa" the boy was cut off as a large snake appearing trying to eat him. Naruto dodged and dodged head and tail.
"Alright Ive had enough" he split his short sword into two and took a stance "come on long and ugly lets dance". Both he and the snake lunged at each other.
Back with Sasuke
The woman took out her scroll showing that it was an earth scroll. "Ahh it seems you'd love to get your hands on our earth scroll wouldnt you, itd go so nicely with your heaven scroll" if this woman couldnt get any creepier suddenly she took her scroll, wrapped a long slithery tongue around it and ate it.
Hinata gasped in disgust trying to hold back the bile building up in the back of her throat, just the presence of the woman gave her bad vibes. Swallowing the scroll and holding her left hand over her left eye "Well when this is all over, one of us will have both scrolls..." she paused licking her lips and unnaturally opening her left eye "and the other will be DEAD!"
Catching a glimpse of her eye and hearing the words both Sasuke and Hinata could feel death on them. Then suddenly they saw their own deaths Sasuke bent over dying with several kunai jabbed in his body. Blood trickling down Hinata's body as she lets out a blood curdling scream, that last thing either of them saw was both of them being impaled by kunai in the head.
Gasping for air Sasuke had a look on his face even he thought he'd never see again...fear.
'Is this a genjutsu...' the boy thought before emptying his stomach on the ground in front of him, he struggles to get up but can hardly move 'Hnng no its...more than that...her blood lust is almost palpable...looking in her eyes I saw...the moment of my own death' his eyes quivered looking at the grass nin before him 'Who is she...what is she...' he looked over to his teammate his eye widened, Hinata's entire body was shaking with fear, her bow lay forgotten by her side, tears streamed down her face as her normally happy look was stuck in a look of death and fear.
'No use she's got it worst than me...we've got to get out of here...ugh get away from her...she's death...' Sasuke franticly thought
Letting a small devilish laugh fall from her throat the grass ninja spoke "You're paralized with fear" she said smiling
'Whats wrong with me move move damn it move Sasuke move!' the boy thought as he slowly felt his hand creeping toward his kunai holster 'Thats it you can do this...' (Dare I make a Team Four Star joke here)
He shakingly grabbed a Kunai and through sheer will power struggled to stand up.
"Very good what happens now"
'Its no use I cant move'
"Dont worry I'll make it quick but I dont have to tell you that do I...you've seen it with your own eyes" she said as she stalked closer ever so slowly, stopping she lifted up two Kunai "I expected you to be more of a challenge, how disappointing" tossing the kunai's toward them she found herself suprised
Sasuke still unable to move saw the kunai aimed for their heads coming toward them as if in slow motion. 'Move damn it MOVE!' doing the only logical thing to move he took the kunai in his hand and stabbed his leg, the pain overcoming the fear, his Sharingan activated he grabbed Hinata and her bow and lept up to the higher tree limbs. The kunai embedding into the tree roots behind where they were standing.
"So thats how it is" the Grass nin said looking up "A desprate move but a clever one kukukuku" she smiled 'So this prey isnt so helpless after all'
Up in the Trees
Sasuke sat down panting as he pulled the kunai out of his leg, the wound was deep but he'd live. Hinata still shaking but calming down looked at him worried.
"S...sasuke-san a...are y...you a...alright...t" Hinata asked in a horse voice but Sasuke silenced her by placing his hand over her mouth
Sasuke looked around the corner of the tree they were on 'Gotta move, gotta get away from her but how...where?' he was shaking Hinata frowned.
'Ive never seening Sasuke-san like this...Im so scared Naruto-kun where are you' Hinata thought wishing her blonde crush was here she noticed a shadow above them, moving Sasuke hand away.
"S...sasuke-san watch out" she yelled both of them jumping away from the bite of a giant snake
'Damn it I didnt even notice, Im losing it' Sasuke thought seeing the snake coming right at him its jaws wide he saw a slight after image of the grass ninja.
In a paniced move Sasuke tossed 6 shuriken at highspeeds at the snake "Ahh ahh nooooooo Stay away!" needless to say Sasuke was scared for his life. The ninja tools hit there mark killing the snake as it fell to a nearby branch blood seeping from its mouth, some how apart of the snakes skin starts to crack and break and the grass ninja being to sprout out of the hole.
"I can sense your fear and despratation, its only natural the prey must never let down its guard, not even for a moment in the presence of it predator" she finished slurping her long icky tongue around her lips. Quickly lunging toward Sasuke wrapping around the tree like a snake as she neared her prey she was stopped by a powerful gust of concentrated wind blasted right at her knocking her away for a short time. Everyone looked up in the trees.
"Take that as payback Hebi-teme" a certain blonde haired boy yelled jumping down next to Sasuke, Hinata joining them shortly
"Naruto-kun you're alright" Hinata yelled out in joy placing a hand on his shoulder
"Yea had to skin a large snake but was I connected the two scents I came rushing back to find you are you alright Hinata...Sasuke"
Hinata smiled and nodded not wanting to worry Naruto about her being scared Sasuke on the other hand "Naruto we've got to get out of here you dont know what you're up against"
"This guy must mean business if he's got you shaken but you're no use in endangering ourselves anymore than we already are, but we need to slow him down so we can escape he're the plan..." Naruto told them sensing they didnt have much time
Outside of the forest
"That is no way to treat a Budda" one chunin said to his partners
"What do you think its some kind of ninjutsu isnt it?" Izumo asked his partner
Kotetsu grumbled "Well whatever it is its a problem hmm, just when things were running so smoothly what a drag" All three men stood over three dead bodies covered in blood but there was something even more weird about them "We've got to report this go get the proctor" the other chunin shunshined away quickly
Anko was having a great day the exam had started, the sounds of screams and terror coming out of the forest aroused her greatly and just as she was finishing off some Dango and Sweet Red Bean Soup a chunin appeared before her in a cloud of smoke.
"Pardon mam there is a problem, there are three corpses" the chunin spoke
"Come on Im trying to eat here" Anko replied annoyed
"I think you'll want to see them, there is something strange about them"
"Stranger then being dead hmm lets go" she told him
A Moment Later
Anko and the three chunin stood over the dead bodies. Anko was trembling slightly
'Their faces have been taken...this is his jutsu but why is he here...why now' she thought lifting her hand to rub a spot on the back of her neck. Izumo handed her the three genins information and picture and after realizing that he might have already been in her presense and she didnt know it she called the order.
"We've got big trouble get moving tell Hokage-sama excatly whats happened here and while you're at it tell them to get some Anbu down to the forest of death, Im heading in after these guys now GO!"
The three chunin took off for the Hokage Mansion while Anko shot into the Forest of Death at a fast pace looking for that man...
'This could be bad...I pray im not to late'
With Squad 7
Soon enough the grass ninja appeared on the head of another giant snake "Well well Naruto-kun it seems you've escaped my friend bravo"
Naruto smirked "Indeed I did" he replied in a deadly calm voice "Now before we gut you why don't you tell us who you really are" his team at the ready with their weapons drawn and every ones Dojutsu activated. Hinata's Byakugan, Sasuke's Sharingan and Naruto's Kitsunemengan all ablaze looking at the person before them.
"Kukuku ah so you've seen through my ruse" the person reached up and ripped his face off like a mask of sorts showing them his true face "I am Orochimaru and it would seem you're fired up now you'll all make a tasty meal for my friend here"
"Not likely..." Naruto turned to look at his friend to see if they were ready "Sqaud 7 attack pattern KO-35 GO!"
So later on in the story...maybe part 2 should I give Naruto the Chakra Chains?
And also the KITSUNEMENGAN right now all we know is that is allows Naruto easier access to Kurama Chakra and a transformation into his regular beast form with control. I left it open for any other power or ability to be gained so PM me not Review but PM me your Idea's for the KITSUNEMENGAN'S other powers and with your permission I may just put it in the story.
