Prologue : Annabeth and Percy are a married couple. Their lives were just as normal as ever due to no monster attacks or emergencies at Camp Half-blood. Then one day after experiencing a week of morning sickness Annabeth finds out that she's pregnant. Now Percy tries his best to take care of his wife and her odd requests. But deep down inside both of them knew that they were excited for their little baby girl on the way. Come join Percy, Annabeth and their kids on an unforgettable journey.

Labor Pains – chapter one

Annabeth really did not want to get out of bed. All she wanted to do was snuggle with her beloved seaweed brain. "Annie, wakie wakie" Percy said softly. Annabeth groans and pouts. "I don't want to wake up!" Percy sighs ever since Annabeth's pregnancy she's gotten a little moody. He lifts himself up from the bed. "No, don't leave me!" Annabeth begs/yells. Percy groans. "Well if you don't want to be left alone you can come with me to make breakfast." Percy says giving his signature lopsided grin. Annabeth thinks for a moment and then hauls herself from their comfy bed. "Fine" she says, still pouting. Percy chuckles and laces his fingers with Annabeth's. "Come wise girl lets go have breakfast."

Percy and Annabeth make their way downstairs with Annabeth wobbling a little with her almost 9-month pregnant belly. Annabeth seriously can't wait to give birth to her baby girl. But that doesn't stop scenarios from coming into her head. What is she's a daddy's girl? Not really that bad but eh. What if she's just as stubborn as Annabeth and Percy? She quickly shakes these thoughts away telling her self not to overthink it. Then Percy lets go of Annabeth's hand and walks over to the stove to get breakfast going. "What would you like for breakfast Wise girl?" Percy asks. Annabeth thinks for a moment then says "Scrambled eggs and a Blue muffin!". Percy smiles and responds with "Coming right up". Annabeth claps with delight. God this pregnancy makes her act so much like Tyson but she doesn't mind. Tyson after all is very cute and baby like for a cyclops. A little while later Percy comes with two plates of Scrambled eggs and Blue muffins. Annabeth immediately stuffs her mouth with her husband's dish. Percy tries really hard to contain his laughter as he watches his wife eat his food like a child.

When Percy and Annabeth are done eating breakfast they decided to go get cleaned up and snuggle while watching Disney movies in their bedroom. "So Annie what do you think the name of the child should be?" Percy asks dropping himself on the bed. "Hmm I was thinking maybe Pearl or Charlotte?" Annabeth answers while resting her head on her husband's chest. "Oo I like Charlotte reminds me of Charles but I still think Percy Jackson Jr is better" Percy stated in a playful way earning a small punch in the arm. "I already told you Seaweed brain we are not naming her Percy Jackson Jr." Annabeth says while frowning. Percy sighs "Ok fine but I personally like Charlotte. And I bet she'll be a Daddy's girl." Percy says grinning. "No way she'll be a Daddy's girl!" Annabeth exclaims while Percy just rolls his eyes. "Yeah whatever Wise girl." Percy puts on a movie and snuggles closer to his wife. But half way through the movie Annabeth yells in agony. Percy's protective instinct immediately kicks in as panic surges through his body. "Annabeth, baby what's wrong?" Percy asks hastily. "Percy.. I think… my water broke!" She says while panting.

Percy was just clueless on what to do but he remembered reading somewhere that when their water is broken it means they are ready to give birth or something like that. If you're wondering where he got that from its something that has to do with Athena, books and Annabeth's pregnancy. So now with this piece of logical information he grabs the emergency bag in the closet and carries a yelling Annabeth bridal-style to his car. And boy putting Annabeth down was the real struggle, she clung on to Percy for dear life. But with reassurance and a few threats Percy manages to safely put Annabeth in the passenger's seat and buckle her up. After Annabeth was safely buckled up he got into the driver's seat and drove at full speed down the streets of New York city. They arrive at Jackson Memorial Hospital 10 minutes later. Percy then struggles to get a screaming Annabeth out of the car and into the hospital. At the entrance he is approach by a few doctors. Apparently they heard Annabeth's blood curdling screams from the parking lot and immediately knew they've got a lady that is pregnant on the way to their hospital.

They quickly take Annabeth away leaving a worried and pacing Percy in the lobby. Percy knew he couldn't just let Annabeth give birth with only his company so he calls his friends. Nico, Jason, Hazel and Frank couldn't make it so that left Percy with Leo, Thalia, Piper, Grover, Rachel and also Sally and Paul blofis, and Fredrick chase and some Olympians. The Olympians include Poseidon, Athena, Aphrodite, Apollo and even Zeus. While everybody was arriving a Nurse came to inform Percy that Annabeth was 10 centimeters dilated and is ready to give birth. Percy was literally freaking out but also overly excited to see his wife give birth to their baby girl. As he follows the nurse he prays to ever single god and goddess to make sure he and Annabeth have a successful child birth. When they arrive in Annabeth's ward he could see Annabeth's face plastered with sweat. She was panting like crazy! Once his presence was known to her she yells. "PERCY!"

Percy immediately rush over to her and intersects his hand with hers. "Percy it hurts! It hurts a lot I can't take it anymore!" Annabeth said while panting like a dog after a long run. "I know baby." Percy said trying to calm his screaming wife. But apparently that didn't work because after she took a sharp breath she turned her head to glare at her husband. "YOU KNOW? DO YOU KNOW HOW to FEELS TO PUSH ANOTHER HUMAN FRICKING BEING OUT OF YK? DO YOU KNOW THE PAIN IM GOING THROUGH PERCEUS!?" Annabeth yelled while their audience burst out laugh. Percy rubbed the back of his neck nervously and said "U-uh maybe because you're the girl and not me?". Percy thought he couldn't make his wife any angrier buy gods was he wrong. "PERCEUS JACKSON YOU'RE SO GONNA GET IT WHEN WE GO BACK HOME!" She shouted while glaring daggers at poor Percy. Percy felt like he was going to shrink into a hole and die until Annabeth yelled out of sheer agony. Maybe it was one of those ah contractions Percy thought. "The baby it more than ready to come out Mrs. Jackson just one big push ok?" The doctor said. Annabeth looked like she would rather die than push. And for comfort Percy squeezes Annabeth's hand and whispers "Just one push wise girl and it's all over.". Annabeth takes in a few deep breathes and says "Ready." The doctor nods. "Alright in 3, 2, 1 push!" Annabeth strains and she yells the loudest she ever has and then there was another set of cries.

"Congratulations Mrs. and Mr. Jackson you've successfully given birth to a healthy baby girl." The doctor says smiling. Percy and Annabeth couldn't help but smile and they both felt relieved that it was all over. Percy didn't realize everybody else was cramped up in the ward until they all started cooing as the doctor handed Annabeth their baby. "She's beautiful." Annabeth says softly while cradling her. "Well you made her." Percy says. "No, we made her." Annabeth corrects. Percy smiles at that and reaches over to cradle their child. "We shall name you Charlotte, Charlotte Jackson." Percy says and everybody in the room had a silent agreement while Poseidon was grinning so hard it looked like his face was going to explode. He must really like his granddaughter. Then Percy and Annabeth reluctantly let the others hold their child. It was surprising that both Athena and Poseidon held the child and cooed and stared in awe as she opened her big sea green eyes at them. Percy has a feeling that she was going to be a Daddy's girl.
