Yami P.O.V
I was heading home when I bumped into Yuka. "Yami are you heading home?" she asked. I knowticed the usually cold look she only reserved for me. "Yes. I have to get home. The test Chono-sensei gave us in a few days" I said. Yuka froze remembering how scary the teacher could be and then asked
"How is home lately?" she asked. "Been watching movies with my cousin." I said. "Oh forgot Seth was your cousin. I have a cousin in America." Yet she teases me all the time for being a foreigner.
After awhile she left. Guess Yugi dumped her already and she was in shock. I got home and entered. I looked around and then found my favorite dish from Ancient Eygpt. Yugi smiled. "Thought we would have a private day alone. Just dinner, movies and..." he began. I got up and turned and left for bed.
I felt the usual depressed and hurt feelings hit. "I can't. I'm going to bed. Sorry Yugi." I said.
Yugi P.O.V
I felt all his thoughts. Depression, pain, guilt from the Doma days, and most of all depression from being in the modern world and not being used to it and being in a body now. I sighed putting the dish in the fridge. I then got ready for bed and had Yami room with me since he might cut himself. I smiled watching him. /I love you Yami no matter what. No matter what happens. You can tell me anything./ I said and then laid down and went to bed.
-The Next Day-
Yami P.O.V
I woke up to find Yugi asleep next to me and smiled. I wrapped the blanket around him so he wouldn't get cold. I knew it was close to December. I came downstaires and found Jii-chan drinking something hot. "It's coffee. Don't drink too much of it. You'll be wired." he said knowing I didn't know much of the modern world. I thanked him and Yugi had told me Haga had asked for a duel so I decided to go find Haga. I found him and we set our cards out. "Met Yugi's ex." Haga said. "She doesn't seem to like you."
"She usually doesn't." I answered. "It's because I like Yugi." Haga had known this but he was dateing Ryuzaki. "If that's the only reason it's a stupid one." he said. "You're going to end up with Yugi some day. Ryu-kun and I have known this for awhile and even placed bets on it."
We ended up with a tye on the duel. "You're getting better. You should enter a contest again." I said. "Not until I do better on dueling you." he said smileing. "Besides you weren't at your best today."

Normal P.O.V
Jonouchi was now dateing Honda. The 2 had ended up an item for awhile. They had known about how Yami liked Yugi and thought that the whole Yuka and Yugi thing wasn't right. They paused seeing Yuka. She was looking at some things and looked suspecious. Jonouchi paused knowticing Yuka was getting some things that would hurt Yami a lot worse and frowned. "Just wanted to make Yami a pie." she said. Honda frowned seeing bags full of dirt from cemeteries. In Yami's country disrespecting a grave was horrible and painfull.
"Who's is this?" Honda asked. "A friend of mine works in Eygpt. We found some relatives of his." Yuka said. "Fine. Jokes over! I'm telling Chono-sensei you are digging up graves then and we'll see how she likes it!(in this Chono is strict but she has become a bit nicer in this)" Yuka paused at this. Chono was after all her mother. The teacher had finally taken in kids but Yuka was the only one who acted out.
"Thought so." Honda said smirking. "No one wants to get on their parnts bad side and Chono-sensei still has a bit of inner bitch herself" the 2 then left.
Jonouchi had sent a quick text to Yugi on what had happened.
