"So I was thinking. Should we try to bring Liana into the fold? Smuggling business made us a pretty penny but do we want to stop here? We should start going into other businesses. How do you feel about going into personnel security?", I asked Matt for his honest opinion.

I had been wondering for a while now. Was smuggling actually what I wanted my life to be all about? With such a powerful Powerset I should be considered one of the top Villain in the country if not on the planet. So I would have to become a bit more ambitious.

"Hmmm. Doable. What is your plan?", He inquired.

"So you have Perfect mind. I also have omnicompetence as one of the powers I can give out. Not great but pretty helpful. What if we start training our own personnel. You could start thinking in that area. I am sure using Perfect mind, True or False, and Proficiency, we could make a training plan. The plan that will make even the lamest guys into a very competent militia. There is an increasing threat of 'parahumans' that the world is fearing. What if we advertise ourselves as competent authority that could safeguard against a lot of parahuman threats.", I said.

"That's not going to be an easy task. The powers of parahumans are varied and powerful. There is no way anyone will be able to fight Eidolon.", Matt replied.

"Ya, I get what you mean. Our goal is not to fight those tiers. But there are weaker capes. Look at that Feminazi bitch that is going around. It will be very difficult to fight her when she is all lit up but even then I have a power that makes people sleepy in their vicinity. We could always field a guy who makes everyone sleepy in dire circumstances. Also, we can make a device, SOS, something like a button, that when pressed every agent and client will be teleported back to base.", I was thinking out loud.

Matt interrupted me.

"So you mean to say a teleporter will go there and bring everyone at a base one by one? Also, we will have to make a very secure base.", said Matt.

"You are right. But I do have other powers. We would be able to have a very good and very strong base. Also, I have a reverse Teleportation power where the Power bearer can actually summon anyone to where they are.", I said.

"Ok. It's possible. But we are going to need a lot more personal now. And lots of funds too.", Matt said.

"Everything comes back to money. We can hire ex-marines. Will save a lot of time in training. At Least in the beginning. But money is going to be a big problem. I have 4,50,000. It will be tight. Maybe we should just target Brockton Bay in the beginning. We should hire Liana for all the formalities. Get everything done. Maybe even help her to set up her practice. It can never go wrong to have a good lawyer on our side.", I said. Having such a powerful thinker in our corner would be in our best interest.

"I will start researching about setting up a legitimate business and get the money you have laundered.", he replied.

"Ya, get to it. We will need a lot of money to set this up. Also, we will need to set a precedent of our competence. Find a way to capture Lustrum and some of those E88 capes.", I ordered him.

"I will get to it."

Interlude: Liana Adams

Knowing what to say to get what you want is a really good superpower in my opinion. Not as good as being able to punch villains in the face but at least I can shut people up. Everyone kept wondering how I ended up with the best client and winning all the cases. That was before I ended up entangled with one of the most powerful cape on the planet.

First time I met Rahul Sharma I knew he was like me. Powered. He had a weird name for people like us. Capes. It caught up with people when he went and made a security company named Capes International. It was supposed to be a security company. It didn't stay that way. The company gained worldwide recognition in the first week of its launch. Taking apart nearly all of the cape criminal elements of a city like Brockton bay made a huge statement around the world. Arsenal became a household name and beacon of all the rogues around the world.

Rahul was different. My power just didn't work on him. Like all the other powerful beings on the planet. Scion. Eidolon. Not many to name on that list. So I decided to get close to him. It was not difficult. Within 2 days of getting him out of custody, his associate contacted me. He wanted me to join his company. I was first wary of joining a cape fighting company but soon found that it was the best decision I ever made. Nothing is as fun as telling the president what to do. Let's not talk about the fact that Mike was the president at the time and particularly sour about the fact that Rahul had forced him to that position.

Meh. He will have to do what must be done. In the end, Arsenal was the best Hero the world has ever seen. He cannot be just sitting in an office doing nothing.
