Glitchy spent some time training Caddi who evolved into Marowak. Once he was on par with his team mates, she headed to Pokémon Tower.
With the use of the Silph Scope, Glitchy and Abba defeated all the Channelers within the tower. Near the top of the tower, she came face to face with the ghost of Marowak. Springs had earlier informed her had been killed by Team Rocket. Pacho helped the restless spirit by beating her up until she fainted, something Glitchy has no idea how that helped calm her spirit at all. The ghost of Marowak departed to the afterlife and she headed up the stairs.
Glitchy and her team defeated the Rocket Grunts at the top of the tower to 'rescue' Mr Fiji. According to Mr Fiji he never needed saving as he went to the tower of his own free will. His goal was to calm the spirit of Cubone's mother from the wrong side and without any Pokémon to assist him. After all, as Glitchy learned, the best way to calm a raging spirit is to repeatedly beat them up until they have 'fainted'. He was however kind enough to teleport both himself and Glitchy back to his home where he bestowed to her the PokéFlute. This key item is used to wake up any of her Pokémon who have fallen victim to any sleep based attacks or waking up fat git Snorlaxs who refuse to move out of the way.
Glitchy and her team travelled to Celadon City then Vermilion City to wake up and challenge the two Snorlaxs blocking her way to Fuchsia City. Meggy was victorious in her battles against both Snorlaxs which unfortunately meant Glitchy was unable to catch either of them. This didn't bother her one bit as she was more interested in getting to Fuchsia City to obtain her fifth badge.
