Well this is my first fanfic. Noticed Amourshipping was a little dead, trying to revive it a little bit.
Fully expecting to be bombed with hate from other ships. No idea how long I want to make this. Varying 1st person perspectives and expect a slow burn for amour. Planning on researchershipping and maybe some ikarishipping. Also no pokemon to be found here. Not much else to say other than amour4life.

Well. It's the last day of summer before high school starts. Oh didn't see ya there! My name's Ash Ketchum and I just moved here to the sinnoh region. It's my first day of high school so I'm kinda going through the emotions. Right now? I'm feeling pretty tired but oh well. Time to get training. Believe it or not I was the top golfer back in the Kanto region for my age group so my mom brought me out here to see how I stack up against some other top golfers. I would love to someday play in the Kanto open but that dream can only be fulfilled if I really dedicate myself to the sport. Thankfully my mom really has my back. As I start walking to the basement where we installed the swing simulator, I stop by the kitchen and make myself a quick pbj. Boring but filling. As I take my first swing on the simulator I start to think about the upcoming school year. I heard Jubilife High is one of the top schools in all of Sinnoh, rivaled only by Veilstone high. Most students carry a 96 average which puts me on the lower end of the spectrum with my 93. I think I really only got in because of my golf skills. After I hit 200 balls on the simulator, I started to practice my putting. Putting is often seen as one of the easier parts of the game but I beg to disagree. Any change in elevation can send you ball off line and cause it to miss. A fast or slow green can often lead to a missed par. And all you have to read the putt are your own eyes. After putting for a good half hour I head back upstairs and hop in the shower. Mom is probably at work already. I must have missed her leaving when I was downstairs. As I think in the shower I think about what my best friend back in Kanto told me before I left.
Flashback
"Hey Ash! Don't forget about me yeah? The 2 of us gotta stay in touch right?"
"Of course Ritchie, I could never forget a homie."
"That's good. Hey, by the way uh, do you think there are any cute girls in Sinnoh? Most girls here aren't exactly my type."
"Why should that matter dumbass? I'm not going there for love. Besides, dating in highschool is pretty stupid. I can't even drive and I have no money because I have no job. What am I supposed to do with a girl if I can't take her anywhere. Not to mention the fact tha-"
"Yeah, yeah I get it. But still. You should think about dating someone soon. You might learn something you never thought you could learn."

What could a girl teach me? I don't exactly have to learn how to use tampons or whatever girls put down there. But, Ritchie mentioned that for a reason... Right?

AN. Well there is chapter 1. Regarding updates, I have no idea man. I might upload 3 chapters in a day, I might not update for a couple months. Consistency is non-existent in my world but I will try to put out as much content as I can. Ship on peeps.
