Chapter 3

It was six in the morning: three and a half hours before the time it was required for Bruce to be at his position at Wayne Enterprises. Despite that, he got out of the house as he did whenever Selina was not there with him.

Selina was undoubtedly the greatest woman who ever lived, and she was a curious character to study as well. She had a very uncertain and complex schedule which she was able to follow at utmost professionalism: that was what Bruce decided after what he found out at the least.

Bruce's hands were in the pockets of his coat at he strolled out of his street. He looked around as he questioned which way Selina went. He was a man with strong instincts, thus he let them speak for his mind, and he obeyed.

He followed the road down and turned right to the more rural area as he liked to call it due to its extreme abundance of trees that would put Amsterdam to shame. He had realized long ago that Selina cherished the presence of trees; he had realized long ago that so did he.

However, both him and his senses knew the reason why he took down that road: it was not the trees, it was what lied at the end of them, and now, he was there.
