Chapter 5
Zachary was inside, and from the looks of him, he was greatly content. There was no designated seat for him, yet, for the vast majority of the time, he would sit at the same spot; by that day, he had sat on that seat for a very long time, hence, it was always warm and a piece of shelter he escaped into from the outside chill whenever he happened to be nearby. He was stationed behind the entrance, yet he had already deciphered Selina had come by the way she handled the door.
Fearful that his discourtesy might render himself tasteless to her, Zachary untied the knot of his legs and kicked off the seat. A welcoming feeling was the key, yet Zachary worried whether he was appearing too affectionate or not.
Selina returned his gesture with nothing (as he very disappointedly found out). Due to that, he could only watch as Selina turned the corner and entered their room.
This room would not be conceived as a room by none who entered or saw where it was stationed, but it was a room for Selina and Zachary, and it was their room only.
