Remember when I said they weren't dead? Hah, funny, well if anyone follows my other stories (FFS Rock Hard Journey has so many followers) a not so sad thing has happened with me ridding of a short story and Stainless Journey. I am not getting rid of the others as I believe they can be saved with some edits (in the future of course) well, lets get back into the story?

'Heavy...' I thought as Marian had rolled onto me in the middle of night, leaving me with a lot of weight on top of my small body. 'Though I did get the benefit of not freezing to death' I then thought out as the fire fox had stood up, realizing her mistake.

"Shit" She said as if she had run over a child with a semi. 'One out of 7.5 billion chance, right? Possibly a heart attack or-' I thought up as Marian realized I was ignoring her, and whipped me in the face with her newfangled tail.

"Ouchy" I responded with as a joke, then getting myself out of the bush I had another realization. 'The chances may have went up it seems.' I thought up as she followed me out so we could take a look at our surroundings. "Trees and grass?" I stated what I saw, me not being that big on nature.

"Eh, we seem to have as much knowledge on nature as a five year-old" she said as I went around the tree in an attempt to see more.

I then answered with the words "Same thing, other then the grass pathway those trainers has went on, it was forest everywhere." 'Shame, not even a landmark from the games?' I thought as she brought something to my attention.

"We could go down the path?" 'Good plan... but'

"We can't go at a good speed with both of us having problems with movement. Right?" She nodded to what I said. "Then I should at least learn to fly" I brought up, flapping my wings to little gain.

"True, and I should try to perfect walking" She thought up something in her fox brain. "But we should have a plan. Especially if we would be going to a town or a city."

"Ok then, it should be going to some sort of a town as it is grass? And a town should be easy to find someone who could help us. If not go back to being human, at least keep us from dying from a Rattata." I thought out loud.

"Good, now let's get to you flying, how exactly will you figure it out?" She asked me.

"Trial and error!" I answered, messing with the weird tail I have and me flapping my wings resulted in a few decent ascents out of ten.

"Ok then, I guess you can do that?" She told me, wandering off to what I assume is to get something to eat.

"That's a few feet up!" I declared in victory against gravity as I was able to stabilize myself at about 4 feet until the wings on my body gave out from the effort I have put them through. "Ouch" Gravity succeeds once again.

"Ay? are you still here?" a Fennekin walked out of a bush, revealing themselves to be Marian. 'Ok then?' I thought as she lay a blue berry down infront of me.

"Is it safe?" I asked her with some suspicion.

"Well, I saw some Pokemon eating them, so I'd assume."

"Well then, I guess we should eat?" I answered that as I took a bite out of it. 'Huh, good' I thought as I took the rest of the berry and gulped it down.

"So, how is the flying going?" she asked as she finished the apple sized berry.

"Well? Dunno for sure but I can stay in the air for short periods of time. So how about we make some progress on heading to a town?"

"Sure, the more energy spent towards becoming a human again the better." She said, us getting on the path and using our preferred way of transport.

"Hey! Can you hear me?" Marian shouted from the ground to me who had went up higher and higher when I figured out the flying thing.

"Yep!" I answered, "The path becomes a bit more of a Stone path later on" 'In point this may just be a less funded trail or it could mean that we are getting to a town very soon.' I thought out as I descended to take a break, surprised to see that Marian had kept up this whole time.

"We're stopping then?" She asked as if she wanted to keep running.

"Not for long" I answered, stretching my wings and hopping over to an Oran berry bush I had spotted. 'This must be the berry from earlier.' I thought as I took a bite out of one, with Marian not being far behind.

"Let's go!" she told me as I finished eating, sprinting the path on the route to the town.

"That was fast..." I thought out loud and started my flying once again to follow the impatient adult.

"Yes!" I heard the Fennekin shout in glee, prompting me to descend to see for myself.

"Santalune City! We must of taken a lesser used path to here then?" I asked.

"Most likely. But we do need to take into account that this isn't a small city as it has a Gym." She wondered around her brain. "Oh! We are also close to Professor Sycamore as Lumiose is just north of here!" She brought up, cheering both of us up.

"Though, I don't want to be a party pooper, but it is getting dark. What should we do?" I asked her.

"Head to that tree, it has plenty of cover for me and you can sleep on the branches." She pointed to an overgrown area with her snout and we made pace to it, settling in our own respective areas.

"G'night" I told her.

"Good Night" She responded to me, popping into the bush.

Neat, I'm posting and writing this at night so there may be some slip-ups that I didn't see when checking over it. I'm going to go over this again tomorrow. So I'm sorry if there was any grammar mistakes or typos. other than that, Have A Great Day!
