Naruto and Hinata, after their wedding, were both walking together to their new home that Hiashi had built for the newlywed. On the way home, Naruto noticed that Hinata was all fidgety but thought nothing of it since she was always like that. The walk home was silent and awkward. Everytime Naruto wanted to start a conversation he would look at Hinata and notice that she was lost in thought and he didn't want to disturb her, so he didn't say anything.

Once they finally got home, Naruto opened the door, let Hinata and himself in and locked it behind him.

"Well, I'm spent," he said, raising his hands to stretch.

"M..me t..too," stuttered Hinata "I'm going to t..take a quick shower up..st..st..airs" she said as she was taking off her shoes.

"Okay, and I'll take a shower downstairs"

They both took their clothes from their suitcase and went their separate ways.

Naruto went straight to the bathroom and Hinata went upstairs to the dresser to take off all her jewelry. It took her quite a while to get her hair loose and all the jewelry off and when she was done and about to go to the bathroom to take her shower Naruto came into the room.

"Still haven't showered?" He asked while using a towel to dry his hair.

"No, I've been taking off all th..th..e jewelry, but I'm going to take it now." She answered quietly before walking into the bathroom and locking the door behind her.

Hinata finished taking her shower but was staring at herself in the mirror. She looked at what she was wearing. Sakura, Ino and Ten-Ten had bought her this night wear they called "sexy lingerie" and forced her to wear it on her first night with Naruto. Even though she easily could've worn something else and told them she actually wore it, she didn't really have a choice since they took out all her clothes from the suitcase leaving only a robe, this nightwear, some bras and underwear in it.

"I probably look ridiculous" She told herself, not realizing she was thinking a bit too loudly.

Naruto was putting away his dirty clothes next to the bathroom door when he heard some whispering.

'Is Hinata talking to herself' He thought before slowly and quietly walking up to the bathroom door and putting his ear to the door to hear what she was saying.

Meanwhile, Hinata just kept going on, talking a bit louder every time, unaware of her husband lingering outside.

"He's probably going to think I look stupid"

"This doesn't look nice on me"

"But it's either this or nothing"

"I could just put the robe on top and never take it off, then Naruto-kun wouldn't have to see me wearing this ridiculous revealing outfit".

She took her robe and wore it on top of her lingerie and was about to open the door to leave but suddenly froze when her thoughts were filled with what she was expected to do with Naruto tonight.

"I can't do it!" She almost yelled at herself in the mirror.

"I'm not ready. How can I tell Naruto-kun I'm not ready though?!"

"I don't want to ruin the night for him"

"I hope he's too tired and just wants to go to sleep right away" She said while staring at herself in the mirror a while longer before going for the door handle.

Outside the door, Naruto heard every single word she said and slowly backed away from the door and sat on the bed.

'Wow! I didn't know she felt that way. I honestly wasn't going to do anything tonight since I thought Hinata was going to be too tired anyways but I wish she would be able to tell me that she isn't ready' Naruto thought to himself with a sad expression on his face. That is until Hinata opened the door when that upside down smile turned into a huge grin.

He just had the best idea! Well at least he thought it was the best idea.
