Snowy sent back the Thunderbolt right back at Ash's Pikachu, I knew Snowy could probably take a hit from this Pikachu, but the biggest problem was myself. I never wanted to get into battling to begin with, so I lacked experience, I did my best to remember how Mom used to battle, and I fell short on my memory.

"Use Iron Tail!" I snapped back into reality, "Snowy on three, use Ice Beam!" The Pikachu ran, it's tail had already turned to iron, and was running in. My iming would have to be perfect if we were going to deal with tis speed, "one…" the Pikachu was honing in, "two…" it had jumped into the air, now it was vulnerable, "Three!" Snowy quickly fired an Ice Beam, and hit Pikachu.

I hit the Pikachu and it was thrown back quite a bit. I was grinning, Davaid at least knew we couldn't rush in head first against an experienced trainer. I looked at the Pikachu's legs, they were frozen from when I had hit the Ice Beam. A Pikachu would still be quite fast even with its leg in that state, I lowered to the ground, and got ready for it to start moving again.

Off in the distance was a Meowth shaped hot air ballon, "looks like the twerp is fighting a strong Pokemon!" Jessie was staring at the Ninetales from the moment she saw it. Meowth was rubbing his paws together, "looks like we'll be getting two Pokemon for the boss! "We'll be getting a raise, right Jessie, "I think we should keep the Ninetales for ourselves, and give that twerp's Pikachu to the boss," said Jessie. Her friends nodded as they loomed over the battlefield.

What really grabbed Jessie's attention was how elegant and soft the Ninetales looked. She imagined herself laying in a fancy bedroom, using the Pokemon as a soft pillow, and being greeted with a series of kisses from the Ninetales. She was rought back into reality when Ash started yelling.

"Thunderbolt let's go!" Said Ash, pumping the air as his partner launched its attack, "Snowy, use protect!" A small shield raised up, quickly stopping the attack, the Pikachu wouldn't be quite as mobile as he was earlier in the battle. My head was pounding, my heartbeat kicked up, "how about we finish this! Use Moonblast!"

All of a sudden a smoke bomb was dropped on the battlefield, "what in the fu-" Davaid stopped himself, realizing that wouldn't be a good thing to say in front of a child, "prepare for trouble!" Said a woman's voice

"Make it double!"

"To protect the world from devastation!"

"To unite all peoples within our nation!"

"To Denounce the evils of truth an-"

"Shut the hell up already," I said, getting pretty bored of their stupid speech about world domination, "hey! How dare you interrupt our motto," said a guy with blue hair? Were these guys weird Kpop fans? I stared blankly at them, while Ash and his friends were getting ready to fight this weird duo.

"what do you want Team Rocket?" Yelled Ash, "it's simple, we're taking that Ninetails and your Pikachu too!" Quickly after, two robotic hands swiped Pikachu, and the other grabbed Snowy, "the boss is going to be very happy with his new Pikachu!"

I stared at this "Team Rocket" I began to smirk, Snowy seemingly got the message as well. These people might as well have pulled on Snowy's tails. I stared deep into her eyes, and she was already pissed off that somebody interrupted her battle. Team Roket literally wouldn't know what'd hit them.

I forced myself to get up off my Davaid's backpack, it didn't matter if I was injured, my friend was getting kidnapped, and I wasn't going to sit back and let it happen. I ran up to the side of Davaid, who had picked up a rock, and calmly juggling it, "I wouldn't recommend pissing off Snowy, she might curse ya for a short thousand years," he said calmly. He looked down to me, "Ruby, you don't need to do anything, just watch the fireworks… hey Snowy use telekinesis on their Balloon's flame for me."

I started using my telekinesis, "Davaid, throw that rock into the open latch," I chuckled at these petty thieves' attempts to take me and Pikachu away from our trainers. They must've forgotten the number one rule of dealing with Ninetales, don't ever piss one off. Davaid threw his rock into the balloon's compartment, and I started moving the fuel onto the open flame.

Ash's friends' Pokemon were already attacking these weirdo's hot air balloon, I took a picther's stance, and threw the rock as hard as I could into the compartment where the robotic arms originated. I gave Snowy a thumbs up, shortly after their balloon exploded, and Ash's Pikachu expertly landed on the ground. Snowy landed next to me, and began grooming herself, "we're blasting off again!" Yelled the trio before disappearing into the blue sky. Snowy controlled the explosion with her telekinesis to make a spectacular light show.
